Love this place. My first time in 2 years going into the mall. This location is well stocked there was a sign at the door that requests wearing a mask very friendly employees.

Great selection. Im still looking for the globe with the purple crystals candle holder for Halloween. I cant seem to find it other than that the customer service was great from the entrance all the way to the check out!

Body and bath is okay the staff is wonderful and very helpful I just dont get the deals that they claim to be giving a deal oh but that thousand wish body spray and lotion smells so good give it a try

The aggressive selling makes me uncomfortable especially when I tell them I don’t need help and they persist also tell them not to speak about customers on a slow day when they are within earshot

Great staff, great store, speedy line, very very helpful staff that actually helped with me ENTIRE purchase.I just get sorta upset each time I go into one of these as a man, I get pointed and directed to the men section. Like I just cant imagine any straight man ever truly walks into a B&BW to buy their perfect fragrance. Like the only scent they will EVER WEAR is the mens B&BW line.Id almost think its way more common to have a man shopping for him AND his girl, or a woman shopping for her AND her man, or a guy comes in actually enjoying the smells and scents overall and would want to shop the entire selection (like myself).Maybe asking is there anything I can help you with today? Instead of tHe mEnS SeCTioN iS iN tHE bACk cORneR! might go a long way.

Got here at 548pm and Carolina Mgr said cant help me store closes at 5:45 wow online states 6pm. Why did I just drive 25 mins to a place that closes at 6 to be told closes at 5:45. Please change online hours to 5:45. She said 15 people in store and only 3 people were shopping. What management. Disappointed.

Ive always loved and will continue to love Bath and Body Works! I went during the semi annual sale and it wasnt crazy hectic or messy. Still very clean organized and the staff was very friendly and very helpful.

My wife loves this store so I am a fan of it just for her. They definitely have great items from lotions to scented candles and bathing supplies that helps her smell great even though I think she does not need it it makes her feel better about herself and I am her number one fan so what ever helps her is a bonus for me

Oh my goodness what a pleasure what a treat........

Wow!!! So many scents & fragrances! Lovely, well a few days b4 my trip I went to pick up only one bottle of body mist. The variety of new products they had was overwhelming. So I ended up spending quite a bit. Meanwhile, at familys packing.. my daughter discovered they I accidentally bought a tester product. So once my trip ended, on the way to work I decided to attempt to return the tester product. The customer service was excellent. I was very satisfied.

Sale clerk has always been nice when entering store even when busy.

Kinda rude didnt want to be bothered wait isnt your job to help customers I ended up going to the smaller one on the other side of the store. They were super helpful bubbly and nice.

I like the variety of fragrances and the ability to try a multitude of products and be able to go to a nearby sink and wash off and try again!!

When I entered the store no one greeted me. I needed help locating an item and had to chase the clerk down for help. She only pointed to where the item was and it was not what I was looking for. Customer service sucks!

I loved this location ESPECIALLY because everything was very organized and the staff was very helpful. I was comfortable with the purchases i made and plan to come back again and again.

Went into the store with my family and my cousin wanted me to smell one of there new candles and after i ended up having a seizure because of the smell. Im surprised people buy candles there because they are mixed with chemicals. Im sorry for the bad review but its kinda ruined my life.
