Will never go back … Not welcoming at all, came here looking for a new place to get my eyebrows waxed lady barely even acknowledged me, I was last min and needed them done so I brushed it off went in again to get them done she assumed I wanted my eyes brows threaded when I saw getting the stuff ready I told her no I want them waxed she then asked another lady there to wax my eyes brows I said can you do it since you did them last time I came she smacks her lips and says “it’s the same thing” I got up and said that’s okay and left … & for the record it’s not the same thing y’all are two different people who can’t possibly wax the same

If you have time to waste this is the place for you. Scheduled an appoinment a few days in advance. Got off work 30 minutes early to make it on time. Stylist never showed and never returned my call. Cant wait to schedule appointments in the future and not show! See what its like when people waste your time.

I go see Bobbi to get my eyebrows threaded and see Anna for my hair. They both do a wonderful job and are very detailed oriented. The service and quality is wonderful and the prices are fair. Will be coming back for sure.

They are so friendly and they have the best services. They even ask you if you want water, or tea before they start your haircut or hair dye. I have been coming here for a while and its going to stay that way. I really recommend this place.

I had a few extra hours before my flight and needed a hair cut so Stella was able to fit me me. My hair was lifeless and boring but she have me such a cute, choppy cut. I feel revitalized!

This place is ok to get your eyebrows threaded. Just make sure you tell them exactly the way you want your eyebrows done. Bring a picture if you have to. The people here will do your eyebrows according to how they like it. When I go now, I just tell them what not to do first, then how I want it. The eyebrow people are not that friendly. They need to be a lot more friendly for more clientele.

My experience here was the worse. If your doing hair or waxing this place is no good.I came in for an under arm waxing first on a Saturday afternoon, one side was okay but the other one was badly rush that didnt felt like it at the moment so, I seen some signs of olaplex thinking that they use this product and would try it since is a different service it turns out they dont even use it (smh) they applied 40vol with God knows what bleach on my hair and left it to a point of no return and I toll the owner (bobbi) of this really bad incident she was very unprofessional and rude and blame me for the damage instead, I didnt argue I paid and left very unsatisfied.

I have been here twice to get my hair done. I enjoyed the service they do a fine job for me. I have seen two technicians here.

Terrible experience the lady who did my eyebrows did what she wanted and not what I ask for. Don’t recommend this place at all.

They pretty much turned me away. The employee said she closed the register and i could only pay cash and not card. There was still 10min left before they closed. Here im thinking I got out of work early and I could make it. Bad customer service.

I get my eyebrows don’t here, the owner is super nice her names bobbie. I also get my hair cut here and get a deep conditioning when my hair feels drying I’d rather give my money here to the humble and friendly customer service I get here than Super cuts or fantastic same who always get my hair cut wrong

Dont trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Walk-ins are welcome. For anything hair related make and appointment.

Unfortunately the woman that threads here is horrible. Her thread work is somewhat of an amateurs job. I asked for a full facial threading and the whole time I had to crane my neck in the most uncomfortable position, towards the end where I couldnt twist my neck anymore she finally pushed the chair back so I can lie on my back like how a normal threading session should be. She was very impatient and when another lady walked in for a threading she became very sloppy.

Theyre friendly, clean, and do a good job.

Grand opening? Hell no! At4:50 they are turning away threading customers :(
