This was my 4th time going here. The first time, I received an excellent bargain on tires -better than Costco! The second time was general maintenance, before driving across country to NJ. The 3rd time, we had a car checked out that we had purchased. The most recent cost, we purchased tires for another car. Each visit has resulted in quality work at a great value. Each person we dealt with was professional. They explained what was needed & presented options. If you want service with integrity, this is the place for you.

Helpful, they caught me on a bad day I was very pressed for time, took a little longer then they said but thanks for the install an moving the other tire to the rear, so I took stars away was getting a vibration took the tires off an sure enough missing hub ring on on wheel but look more like they forced one over another with impact again let down explains why he was driving it after the swap IMO SMH

Went in for a alignment and a day later my car is back to how it was. They did advise me that I kneeded new tires and after my ride would be smooth. All my tires are different brand and uneven wear on each so my fault on that one. They were quick and very helpful and would recommend to anyone. Plus you cant go wrong with the warranty on the alignment its good for the whole year unlimited miles. You can come in and get your alignment redone for free.

Had alignment done and tires rotated on my lift ford 350 4x4 did a good job got me in and out of there in decent time Johnny was very respectful along with. Shop very friendly will probably use them again when need stuff done again

I came in thinking I had a nail in my tire because I notice a massive air leak sound while pumping air at a gas station nearby. I quickly looked up the closest tire shop nearby and they came up on the map. So off I went. When I arrived I was greeted by two gentlemen and they quickly assists me in determining what was the issue with my tire. They put my car on a lift and found out not only did I have a nail in my tire but my tire was also separating at the seams! In fact, two of the four tires I had were in terrible shape cracking and separating and two were just barely making it by! After the inspections they went ahead and got me a few quotes for a set of four brand new tires and the price was so good I couldn’t pass it up. Throughout the whole process they were very professional and handled my business quickly and courteously. I’d recommend this place if you are ever in need of tire service. Great customer service! Thanks guys!

I ordered a ST205 75R14 trailer tire, was given a ST205 75D14 trailer tire, which is of lesser quality, when I called them to explain they did not give me what I ordered, they indicated they gave me a better tire and claimed the D stood for the load which is an 8-ply, however after close inspection the D has nothing to do with the load of the tire, merely the type of construction. Not good Ontario Tire Pros!

Service was slow ..wanted me to wait for a tire patch up ..after I already waited for 20 minutes to get help while the two guy was taking their pretty lil time ..i ask how much is it they guy said 25 dollars.. i said ok can i pay for it and get i patch real quick so i can leave Im in a rush..the guy said no ..you got to wait for everyone else.. I can understand if Im buying tires but for a patch its in and out.. so I left I was to Les Schwab..got help right away.. they were fixing my tired while I gave info to the cashier and on top of that it was FREE.. i even try to gave a tip and the guy said no.. save 25 dollar and about another 1 hour by leaving pro tires..

I use the Tire Pros of Moab. My BF Goodrich TA KO2 was damaged by some road metal while out here in California. These guys were able to get me my new tire and back on the road. The tire warehouse is only 3 blocks away, so they can fix you up if you have a specialty tire like​ I do. Johnny and his brother are great. He was talking other customers through what to do for maitainence and explaining how to get the most bang for the buck. The was another long time customer in the waiting room I chatted up, he owns a drywall company, and he has been coming here since they opened.I definitely got the sense that they make their money by doing good work and repeat customers.

I noticed that if a white person is getting service done on their vehicles and a black customer comes in for service, the white people are put on hold and the black peoples car get done first. Then the work can be finished on the white peoples car afterwards. I also noticed more deals and freebies are given to black people as well.
