The General Manager at Service King was able to accomodate our drop off and pickup requests. So far they have been attentive and very responsive to all our needs. Im giving this shop a 2 out of 5 (after looking at reviews online, it appears that the same issue that my wife and I had, others had too. (Color match issue)The distance from our house to shop was fairly close so that was positive for us. When we had initially taken our SUV, on April 30th, it was schedule for repair was around 10 -14 days - it actually took a lot longer as there was more damage than expected (additional parts needed) and color of bumper was way off.On May 13th, we were notified that my wifes SUV was ready and we can come pick it up. We would have to come back to finish up the job. Fast forward, my wife picks up her SUV brings it home. (No one at the shop checked it out before giving it to her - they just gave her the keys)After checking it out, I noticed the color of the bumper was way off. I asked her if anyone had inspected her SUV and she had said they didnt. I wasnt happy as the color was off and Ive dealt with other repair shops and all of them had shown me the repairs that were done before I had left.Both her and I arrived a little after the shop had closed but the front door was open. I went in and asked for Eric. They said he had gone home for the day. There was an office manager - lady and I think he was a shop advisor like Eric inside and I had told them the color of the bumper was way off color. So they both went outside to look. I had asked them why they didnt inspect and check before giving my wife her vehicle back? They both had no answer. I was already upset by this whole ordeal. I had told them that theres too much pearl (my terminology was off - it was the metallic) and the lady had the audacity to correct me and gave me attitude after pointing out the issue. Whether Im right or wrong, Im still the customer. (And yes, I have let my State Farm agent know about this too)Again, I wasnt happy about this as now it will take longer to fix. Eric had contacted me via text. He had told me he would make things right. He did take care of the rental car and assured us everything will work out.May 21st was when my wife picked up her SUV. This time, they went over all the repairs and repainted bumper. Eric again assured my wife that if anything is wrong, to get a hold of him.Conclusion:If this is a Preferred Repair Shop for State Farm, I would never recommend them to anyone. The customer is always right even if they come off being wrong. Some of the employees need to watch what they say to customers. Being proactive is better than being reactive. Always show repairs to customers before they leave a repair shop.

I had my car repaired here on January. They were professional and friendly. I was happy until after driving for two days, I noticed my car sounded and felt differently the whole time. I popped the hood and easily found that the air intake silicone elbow was installed wrong. It was flipped up-side-down. And because the elbow has a specific shape, it CANNOT be installed up-side-down unless someone forced it to fit which caused the elbow to come off easily (because of the vibration of the engine) from the intake pipe; therefore, my car was breathing dirty air into the turbo without any filter. This also exposed the map sensor and got covered in dust. Then the A-pillar plastic trim came off while I was driving. The other peace was also loosing. Had a chip on the windshield but never got fixed. I came 3 times for the above problems, and it took them almost 2 months to replace my MAP sensor, A-pillar plastic trim...and the chip on the windshield got ignored even that the manager told the windshield [would] be replaced but nothing ever happened...Ok here is the second problem. I had a trip to Vegas in July to make up for my wife birthday and our wedding anniversary. The drive was 4 hours, and after 2 hours 30 minutes driving, I looked at my temperature gauge and it was approximately 80°F more than usual. 15 minutes later my car lost speed and I could not go more than 40mph, could not go up hill. I pulled over on the freeway in the middle of nowhere, popped the hood, examined the engine bay, found the problem! The intake pipe came off from the turbo and caused the engine to loose boost. No tools, no lift with me so I had to called a tow truck to come pick us up. Waited from midnight until 4:30 a.m. on freeway in the dessert in order to get a tow truck. So my car was towed to a Ford Dealership in Vegas, they found the same problem that I found, and also told me the reason for the car got hotter than usual. Simply the cable connector of my grill shutter (which opens and closes automatically so air can go through the intercooler and radiator to cool off the car) was NOT clicked in all the way; it came off, shut down, caused the engine to be heat soaked with almost 100°F outside. My happy anniversary trip started with a disaster knowing that these problems caused by whoever put my cold air intake back on the car. Do I have a reason to get mad? YES!! I came back to this shop, showed them the invoices for the expenses caused by this incident. They told me they would sent my invoices to my Insurance, so I could get me money back. Days,weeks & months patiently waiting with no update. I called my insurance claim representative, but she didnt receive anything. Then I called back to service king asked them what happened and I was told the invoices were sent. So I asked them to send them back one more time. Weeks after I call my claim representative to check with her and she still said nothing was recieved. Call back to service king again to see what was going on. And the front desk person told me my guy was not available at the time and ask me to leave a message for him which I did. Weeks later, I got no call back. 5 out 7 times I was ignored when I called, left messages and asked him to call me back. recently I called again asking them to email me back my invoices so I could sent them myself to my claim representative. The front desk lady keep asking me why and seemed like she took it wrong. all i wanted was to have a copy of my invoices to sent them and get refund from my insurance. I DID NOT ask Service King to refund me. and she kept refusing to let me talk to my guy or the manager. why? she put me on hold for more than 20mins and then just hung up on me. I called another day, talked to my guy. he said he would find those invoices and let me know. again not a single call back. So then I called again and again and got a disapointed answer couldnt find them. Meaning what? You lost them! Nice work!! Im so done with this place. Negative 5 stars if that was an option.**More problems were not mentioned in this review**

Kenneth helped me out through the whole process. He made it a seamless and east process and kept me updated and informed the whole time from start to finish. They even contacted both insurance companies for 2 separate incidents and got everything taken care of for me. My car looks great!! I highly recommend them and would use them again a third time around.

I recently had to take I took my car in for collision repairs. I found Service King to be a top notch organization! Chiefly I was impressed with the initial meet and greet and the plan for keeping me informed about the progress of the repairs. Kenny was my service agent and he kept me abreast of every detail of the repair and even got the car back to me earlier than anticipated. The office space, reception staff, and technicians that took care of my car were all exemplary as well. Professional, friendly with attention to excellence is what I experienced during my visit. The office on Cedar was convenient and took care of my needs. Thanks Service King...my car looks new!!!

Although everyone was very kind, they did not take all the time they needed before saying my car was ready for pickup. When we came to pick it up the first time, we noticed paint chips, stone guards were removed and forgotten to be replaced, tint peeling and most importantly, I couldnt place my car into gear without them putting a plastic spoon in a gear lock. That wasnt a problem when I dropped it off and some how became an issue during the time they had it. They claimed my car was ready for pickup with all of this going on. For me, it doesnt matter how long it takes for the repairs and finishing touches to be done, please take all the time you need but please dont say something is ready when it truly isnt. My car was *supposed* to be ready every single day for over a week. I couldnt keep taking time off work to keep waiting around for when they said it was going to be ready. My experience made it seem like they intentionally did this so they could keep billing the other partys insurance for more money.

I love the set up here. You can make an appointment for both an estimate and for the work. There was no waiting around a wasting room forever and the gentleman who came out to look at my car took his time with me and was extremely helpful and friendly. My car looked brand new when they were done with it I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!!!

I had such a great experience with Service King. I was assisted by pretty much by one advisor, his name was Kenny,even though when calling anyone who answered the phone, was eager to assist until I personally asked for Kenny. I was always greeted so gracefully each and every time there was contact.i never felt I was a bother when I did call with a question. My car is pretty much my baby so Im definitely finicky about everyone coming in contact with it . Kenny kept me so informed of the steps being taken to return my car to its original condition. I definitely felt that was done. Im very happy w/ my experience. I also was informed many times,that if i noticed any type of imperfections or had any kind of questions what so ever, to please let him know,so my concerns could be addressed. This was my first visit to the place,it was actually an insurance claim,since I didnt know of a location near me,I asked my insurance company to recommend one. I would definitely go back,with all of our vehicles.

My third visit and they never dissapoint. I called after receivibg my car back and it has been a week and I noticed something irregular so I called and they took down my call back number and immediately called me back within a 3min time frame. The nice woman on the phone (Barbara) asked me as much information regarding my concern and even told me that if I could come in they would be happy to take care of the situation and that they did. It only took about 10min and issue resolved. Im super happy on how they took care of me from now and since my 1st visit. Carlos was great. Barbara is great. And the fast professional team working hard in the back. Really appreciate u guys and the great customer service u provide for us. Thank you!

This place is the best! Sadly My husband and I had to come here three different times because of unsafe drivers(hit and run, t-boned,rear end accident) but each time was easy and the customer service was awesome. Kenny is the man :) the guys in the shop make my car look new each and every time. Theyre the real M.V.P.s, I come back every time because I havent found a shop that can top thier service.

LIARS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!I went 2 times for fixing my front bumper.. first time they replaced the damaged bumper with new one and got loose and was shaking while im driving, went second time they told me gonna replace it again with new bumper but they didnt, they kept the first one and lied to me!!!Im not recommended to any body!!
