I had a fulfilling experience. While my vehicle turned out to be a total loss as a result of the damages, everyone was rather helpful and did all they could for me possible. Thanks to Mercury insurance for referring them to me. Kenny the mechanic even gave me a lift back home, after making unsuccessful attempts to hook me up with Uber. I would definitely recommend this place anyone. Keep up the good work.

Front end staff is very rude and extremely unprofessional. Overall a very sub-par experience. If you can, do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.Came here to have my front bumper and hood replaced. I ended up leaving with a dented hood, and scratches ln my front bumper due to the license plate mounting hardware being improperly installed.On top of everything I was informed that my AC was no longer working and there was nothing they could do to repair it, only offered to refill the gas. I paid out of pocket to have my air conditioner fixed by another shop.Upon returning to have my hood and bumper repaired properly, I was given a rental and Carl was very helpful and reassured me that the issues would be corrected. Unfortunately I could not confirm whether or not the scratches on the front bumper have been corrected, as the license plate covers the area in question.I am now left with no other option but to take the car home, remove the license plate just to see if the work was actually done, or if they simply re-mounted the plate over the scratches.

The autoshop was amazing. Keep me up to date with information on the process of my car. Ashley was great at communicating. They finished my car ahead of schedule which was great since I was paying for a rental out of pocket. Would definitely recommend this shop. I was rear ended and Fix Auto made the necessary repairs to my vehicle. Due to the age of my vehicle they were unable to find a replacement bumper but did secure an esthetic allowance. All the employees were very professional and courteous.

The staff there was very professional and helpful. I was surprised to get my car back so quickly at first I was a little worried that things would not turn out right. But they actually did a great job. I was happy with the results.

The mechanic specialists, service agents, and complete management team were very friendly and honest. Go work and dedicated to insurance good customer service even when obstacles occur with own insured company; this team of professionals give good options allowing the customer to feel at ease, knowing the terms and able to adjust their circumstances without relying on the customers aggressive insurance company.

I brought my car here for window repair after it was broken into. They took exceptional care to make sure the job was done completely and correctly. I had a rental car during the repair process and I had A LOT of different things going on while my car was being repaired. I traversed all of Southern California from Rancho Cucamonga, to San Diego, to L.A., to Palm Springs and back a few times in the 3 days they worked on the repairs. Admittedly I was probably a pain for them, but Ashley and Carl were very professional and responsive keeping in close contact with me so I could judge when my car would be ready before I got too far away.

Christian and the whole team was really helpful in checking my truck in. The updates in the meantime helped a lot. The completed work is beautiful!

My car had been broken into through the rear passenger window. I brought my car over to Fix Auto and they replaced my window and fixed the trim and felt attached to the window. The service was great! They gave me daily updates on the progress of my car and ultimately returned my car to me looking good as new. Thank you Fix Auto, Christine, and the lovely staff who serviced me and fixed my car. Second time this year (2021) I’ve had to take my vehicle to fix Auto Ontario sadly BUT also the second time they’ve taken excellent care of me and my vehicle. Would recommend to anyone who cares for their vehicle.

So I have used this service twice now. Reason for the two star is due to them losing trim pieces that they had to remove below the front windshield, for never contacting about the correct badge for the trunk lid when it was supposed to be an “LE ECO” not an “LE” badge, and for them yanking paint up on the roof of the car that wasnt there prior which happened when they masked the roof off to paint the rear quarters all the way forward. The paint is most likely going to be covered under a paint recall by toyota, so isnt a huge deal, but the fact that they did it and acted like it wasnt there kinda perturbs me. Needless to say, wont be using this place ever again.

The work done was amazing car looked exactly as it did before it was cracked and dented. They did a great job at paint matching as well. The time they told me it would be done was a lot later than it was actually done so that was great! I got my car back days early! Christine was an amazing help as well letting me know when my car would be done and showing me all the work that was done. Mayte Ortega was the one who i spoke to when I came here to turn in my car for the repairs and she was so nice and friendlyand very helpful. I had my fender and driver door fixed because it had dents. They fixed my car so good and it looked brand new when I got it! They kept in constant contact with me giving me updates about my car. I couldnt be more happier! I loved the fact that they even washed my car too! I would definitely recommend this place because the staff was great. I went in Monday and got my car Thursday. Amazing job!! I am more then satisfied with the results! My Burgundy Honda Accord Sport is more beautiful then ever! They fixed a nasty gash I caused on the backside and they also fixed scrapping on the front bumper. WORTH THE PRICE.

We had a crash last week and my car was damaged badly. We decided to take it to Fix Auto Ontario to get repaired. We expected to pick it up in a month. Thankfully they were so quick and after a week they called us that the vehicle is ready. Meanwhile Christina informed us about every single detail. She was so friendly and helpful.

Called me and let me know how everything was going, when it was expected to be done, if any problems came up they called me and let me know and how long it would take. Bad Customer Service and communication. Similar to another customers experience. After taking my car in for the initial estimate and pictures, I was told info and pics would be sent to the insurance company for review and I should be contacted by the insurance company shortly for drop off details. After over a week of waiting I called the insurance company for a status update and was told they had not received any of the pictures or info.Spoke with Fix Auto for clarification, and was told they would call me back with more info ......no call back. Decided to go to another shop Foothill Auto Body easy easy experience and super efficient. Going to Auto Fix was a complete waste of my time.

When is our car going to be done? You told the rental car place Wednesday that it was done when it wasnt. Than you told us Thursday it will be done so we dropped off the rental. The car was not done... Than Friday you never called us so now were out a rental. Its now Saturday and still no call or call back or rental....

Second time using them, and wouldn’t hesitate using them again, in fact, I wouldn’t even consider taking my car anywhere else!

From day one the lovely ladies of this office made my car problems their car problems. I was informed every step of the way about the progress of my vehicle and the estimated completion times. They even went a step further and got me in a rental when my insurance was hard to deal with. These ladys even worked with my busy work schedule and offered to have the vehicle delivered to my home. I went to fix auto with a problem and they gave me nothing but solutions and top notch customer service.I will 100% be back with all my future needs... but hopefully not too soon.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service and my entire experience. I dropped my car off the morning of Dec 5th for an estimate. I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours for this. I never heard back from them, so after waiting an entire week, I called them on Dec 12th to check the status. I was put on hold a few times, then customer service told me that they sent my insurance the estimate and were waiting to hear back from them. I asked them what the date was that they sent my insurance the estimate. The lady on the phone started acting funny and put me on hold again. When she got back on the line, she told me that they sent it on Dec 10th. I called my insurance and they told me that they still had not received an estimate from Fix Auto. I called Fix Auto back and started to complain about being lied to. Finally, they put James on the phone and he apologized and told me that he had been out sick and he was swamped. My car sat at Fix Auto for a week and hadn’t been touched!

Weve taken all our cars here. Theyre very fair price.Update: Im downgrading them to a 3 star rating. My son recently took his car in and without walking around the car and checking it out before pulling out of the driveway. We get home and noticed a pretty gnarly scratch on his back bumper!! My husband called the guy up, he told him to bring it back and they did and he asked all his mechanics what happened and of course (NO ONE) confessed! He does do good work at fair prices, just make sure you walk around your vehicle with the owner before and after, please!
