I showed up @ 7.15am & their was aline, onely 1 guys doing cards... The ladybat thendesk said the other person in the shop would be here soon... She then checked the computer and said actually hes signed in it just takes him a bit to get back here, well 25mins later he showes up to help. Just so unprofessional

I asked about new tires and extra keys and was greeted by 2 very friendly, chatty and eager to please young men! They explained how my keys could only be made by a dealership and to first by the uncut keys on Amazon...which I did! I didnt get the tires though, I found some elsewhere for convenience purposes is all. But, I really enjoyed the 2 young men who both treated me like I was a very important person!! I wish I knew their names for a personal THANK YOU👍

Well over 2 hours to get 4 tires installed and there were no other consumers.I go out after work was complete and the blue is still on side walls and there are multiple weights on 3 wheels, many on oposing sides of the rim. See pics below.The 2004-2007 Walmart Liberators were smooth on the highway the whole 200 mile trip home from PA where I just bought the vehicle. The new tires shake on the highway. Maybe you should calibrate your balancer and make your ppl work at a reasonable pace. I was a mechanic and if my knees, back, and shoulder werent screwed up Id do it myself.Worst thing though is the guy used a jack on my rocker panels crushing them. Seriously??? This van has a full frame like a truck!2444 is a great walmart otherwise! I used to live in oneida and remember this being brand new. There are many good workers in other departments.

Poor choice of tires... only very few in stock. They Will NOT put on tires that do not match exactly the manufacturers suggested tire. Only needed 2 tired would not sell...insisted I buy 4...took my business elsewhere.

Walmart wont install tire sizes other than the basic tire size that came with your vehicle (or whatever is in their system), even if what you purchased was a factory optional size (which mine was) and matches the size of the tires currently installed on your vehicle. Technician said this is a new policy enacted about a month ago (around June 2019).I will not waste my time again.

Awful experience went to get my tires put on . When I called them they said I would have a two-hour wait. When I got there they said I had a 3-hour wait. I waited five and a half hours and finally they came and told me and my vehicle was too low and they werent able to put my tires on after all.So I guess they probably deserve a 0 or minus one.

I waited two hours before my car could get in, which was fine, except all the workers were like slugs! My car finally went in at 1:15 and took an hour and twenty minutes for four tires to be put on. At one point there was a duration of thirty minutes no one was near my car while it was on the lift. Absurd. Wish I had a job I got paid to stand around and work at my own pace! Thinking of switching careers!

Walmart would be better off turning the auto care center into a wax museum because all of the workers just stand around. I immediately regretted going there because every time I would look into the garage the workers would just be standing around talking. It took 2 hours for an oil change and I was the only person there, wish I went down the street to a Quaker state or penzoil, dont waste your time going here.

The whole service area was empty, no vehicles in any bay. I said Id like an oil change, and asked how long until it would be finished. The mechanic responded 30 mins. I return to service desk 45 mins later, only to be told they all went to lunch and they hadnt touched my vehicle, and were still out to lunch (every single mechanic). Seriously...why tell me 30 mins? They cant stagger breaks ? I asked for my keys and just left, Ill go somewhere else now on.

Slow service but do a good job. Always friendly staff.

I was waited on at 9:30 and the staff said it would be about an hour and at 10:30 I went back and it was ready. Great friendly staff. I highly recommend them.

Great place i love the people that work here especially a young lady with red hair she is the sweetest! and my favorite employee in the entire walmart! she gets things done for you and always has a great attitude. theres a few nice men that are fairly younger working too here thatre always willing to help and be nice to you the older people seem to be less nice but not nasty! theres good selection and priced tires you can get keys made here and they always work for me ! they have cheap batteries! i just love the place
