I had my front end worked on at three different places. It looked like it would never get properly repaired.My nephew advised me to speak to Dennis at Silver City. Mike personally took my car for a test drive and figured out what the real issue was.Since then my car has been great and literally never ran better.Id also like to mention that the place is spotless. Even the bathrooms are clean, something I didnt think was possible at a repair shop. These guys are great folks, truly five stars.

Silver City has continued to go above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. They have patched a tire for free when they noticed a nail in my tire, and my car was there for a different service. They are quick, pleasant to deal with, and honest! I cannot reccomend them enough.

I had picked up a screw in one of my tires while vacationing in north bay. Called 3 other repair shops in the oneida area, they all had 1-2 days wait time for such a simple service as a plug. I called silver city and they invited me to come right over. The staff were fast efficient and very thoughtful. My tire was repaired, all tires had their pressure adjusted and they reset my cars low pressure warning light all done in about 15 minutes! And it was much cheaper then I expected! Thanks!

Had a major blow out on NY through way at mm 272. Needed a replacement tire ASAP. Googled tire repair near me And Silver City Tore came up along with several others. So glad I chose SIlver City Tire. I cannot say enough about Silver City Tire. I have been a regular and loyal customer for a while now, and I just had to share my positive experiences. The guys at Silver City have always been honest, friendly, helpful, patient, and willing to explain anything to me and offer helpful advice. Whether it be testing my battery for a parasitic draw, performing smoke tests on my vehicle to diagnose various EVAP leaks, inspecting my vehicle, etc., they are always professional, courteous, clean, and accurate--all at incredibly reasonable prices. They are straightforward and honest, which I value, and as a mechanics daughter, I can say they truly are top notch. Most dealers and mechanics give people a hard time over giving them part numbers, and many mechanics are crooked and try to rip people off... not Silver City Tire. These guys have been awesome and have never given me anything besides excellent service. My father does most of the work on my car, but when he is away or when I need to take it somewhere... I honestly would never take my vehicle anywhere else. Special thanks to Dennis for diagnosing my cars EVAP leaks perfectly for the second year in a row. Hands down the most honest, friendly, and helpful repair shop Ive ever been to. I buy my tires here and have also had repairs done here with no complaints. Prices are higher than other places I believe but you get what you pay for. Id rather pay to have it done right than pay cheap and keep going back for the same problem. Ive gone to Silver City for car maintenance and repair for many years and I have always been very happy with their work. The staff are always friendly and respectful. They are fast and trustworthy. My entire family has utilized their services over the years and we have always had good experiences. They have renovated their waiting room and it is really comfortable. I feel like they go out of their way to take good care of their customers.

I have been going here off and on for years espechily when Im having more in-depth technical things done to my vehicles. They can do a lot more and have the ability and equipment to do more then most of the surrounding garages in the area. But be aware sometimes they can be miss leading and get you for every last dollor and they can be a bit more on the expensive side compared to other shops in the area. My latest indecent with them i brought my vehicle in because it had a front end shake and wobble at certian speeds. Make a long story short they gave me a list of things it will need in the near future that amounted to over $1,000 in repairs. Then they say all 4 of my wheels are bent so I would need them repaired or would need new ones. This was very hard to belive and shocking to me because I just bought brand new tires through them recently and they mounted and balanced them and there was no issues at that time. But then some time later down the road when the tires needed to be rotated afterwards is when the shaking and wobbiling started and then they told me all this suddenly. I new for a fact it was NOT my wheels. So I asked them to do a complete brake job on my front passenger side, because I had been having some problems with the caliper sezing and locking up on me to the point it would start smoking on that side. But they assured me they didnt see or find anything wrong with my brakes or the caliper roters ECT. But i asked them to do the brake job anwyays and come to find out I was correct and they where wrong. I had cracked brakes and a warped roter and it needed a new caliper. So to make this long story short I saved myself thousands of dollars with no help or credit going to them. I lost a little confidence, trust and faith in them after this unforgently. But with that said i may still use then for certian repairs because this is the first not so good indecent I have had with them. My vehcile runs great now with no shake or wobble after they did what I suggested and the much less expensive route.

Great service every time. Theyll walk you through the problem so you know whats wrong, why youre paying for their services - and its always worth it. They wont try to sell you gimmicks, theyll make sure you know what youre buying and why its the best for you. If you have a question about your vehicle, chances are theyll know all about it, and then some. They did great work installing a lift on my JGC, their repairs are usually done in a timely manner, and they have a nice waiting area next to a showroom of tires and rims. The staff are cheerful and polite every time Im in; all in all, a very professional experience.

Fast, friendly service. We do our own vehicle maintenance but when we need alignments, inspections etc., things we cant do ourselves, Silver City Tire is our preferred service center. If you havent checked them out, you should!

Got a good price on a tire for my 2013 Veloster, took me months and months to realize they had put my tire on backwards, ruining the tread on them. Waste of money, wouldn’t go here again.

This shop is a good find. A dedicated tire shop, with solid experience in all things tires, wheels, suspension related is becoming a rare thing. The fact that they can do many other services is especially convenient. Their prices are fair, and they have always done the proper work I needed. They have treated me well as a customer, and when Im waiting in the shop, I see them treating other customers well too. They do get busy sometimes, but when your prices are decent and you treat people well, this is expected.

Had my lowered Audi TT aligned here. Wanted a specific degree of camber and toe, and they were able to get it dialed in without a problem. Service was quick, took an hour. Friendliness of the staff left a little to be desired, but it could have just been circumstance as it seemed a little busy. Cost of the service was much lower than I was expecting as well, so thats a definite plus. Would highly recommend their work.

Quick service, fair prices and new tech/equipment for all jobs... Even the owner will get his own hands dirty to ensure job is done! A++ .For those with negative comments. You dont know what it is to get screwed over by a mechanic. Having to schedule an appointment or wait a few minutes more IS NOT qualifying.

Very busy this time of year because of a lot of people like me. Having said that, Dave told me at 1:15 they were lined up with cars waiting, and l could see all the work orders on the desk. He said he could get me done by closing time. While l could not wait because of work, he offered transportation. I said thank you and went back to work. My van was ready at 3:15. What FANTASTIC service at Silver City Tire. Highly recommended.

Im pist I was told that I could drop my car off on my lunch break today and they would try to get it in too be inspected so I made arrangements for a ride so I could drop it off just to get there and be told they cant do it they only have one machine and only do it by appointment well maybe you should communicate better with the people who answer your phones and tell your customers something else then what youll do I have been a loyal customer to your company and have spent plenty of money in your establishment but after today I more then likely will never come back have an awesome day !!!!!!

Not sure what happened here. I used to get excellent service at Silver City. You used to be able to stop by for a tire rotation if you purchased the tires there; now you need an appointment. I tried to schedule a NY state inspection, and was told they were booking 4 weeks out. This makes absolutely no sense. I also found out they sold off their Rust Check service.Its a shame, but it looks like Ill need to find a new service center. I really liked the old Silver City and their service, now they act like a big box chain shop.

I have brought my company car to Silver City tire for all of my service needs for years, the staff is friendly and direct. my car is taken care of quickly and i am back on the job!!

I had a 2pm apointment to have my car inspected. They were swamped with customers needing new tires and the place was a zoo. My paperwork had gotten over looked and after a hour and a half my car had still not been looked at. I asked the young man behind the counter and he apologized and saw to it that my car was brought right in. A complimentary free oil change was given for the wait. I understand things like this happen and I was very satisfied with the work. The free oil change was a very nice gesture and I will be a return customer.

I bought mastercraft tires for my truck less than 1 year ago. I have had 2 flat tires in 3 months. The current tire blew out while driving on the thruway and I barely got safely to the side of the road . I was told to call the manufacturers and check on warrenty no apology or concern for customers safety . I will not purchase tires from this establishment again.They clearly do not stand behind their products. darlene Hastings

Ordered stainless steel lug nuts to replace the cheap/useless original tin capped over brass lug nuts. They were available from the warehouse in 5 hours. Tires I bought previously were priced less than a Mavis.

Great place, great and prompt work.

They pulled my allseasons off and instead of putting my winter tires on the steel wheels I purchased from them, they took my allseasons off the the normal wheels. Realizing that, they made it right but left me in the waiting room for 3 hours without telling me that.

Silver city tire rust check three of my cars, and I will take my next car for treatment in the future. Nice work, nice place.

This place is seriously a joke. Went there one time because it was closer than the place I usually go. With that said, Ill never go again. Ill stick to TP Brake and Muffler. 75 for an alignment and 12.50 a tire to balance is insane.
