Based on my experience here, the customer service was good overall. Wait time was minimal. The interior seemed organized and clean. Would recommend and return.

I got called three times in the same day asking the same question about a package and then requested to pick it up. When I went to the location they said it would be in, it wasnt there. Ive seen better organization and customer service from primates. Do not use FedEx.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The staff checked my identification prior to allowing me to take my package. Very pleased with the timeliness and service.

Absolutely horrid. The staff was completely useless and kinda rude. I wasted so much time in there and ended up leaving empty handed. Thank God Minuteman Press was right around the corner.

Making me drive from Shelton to Olympia during a pandemic to pick up a package that I paid expedited shipping for because their lazy drivers cant find an address theyve delivered to countless times before. Awful customer service.

If I could put negative stars I would, I walked 4 miles to get to this Fed ex locations and come to find that the store is no longer in service but google has it listed as there and open with regular store hours. Completely waste of my time. Some one needs to make business responsible for reporting their new locations when they move. False advertising is not okay

Sent my husband in to get some copies of some important documents that needed to be mailed today and the woman working there simply refused to help him! He was having trouble with the machine and she just simply ignored him when he asked for some assistance! Really professional!!! Makes me wonder if his accent had anything to do with just being ignored! We will not be back and i will most certainly tell anyone I know to not go in there! Because of that we couldn’t catch the post office open to send the paperwork. Worst customer service ever!

I always use Fed Ex Office as a last resort for important printing projects. I always get a quality print for graphics and regular ol’ documents. The price, to me, can be steep. I spent about $8 printing a 12-page black and white document off of one of their workstations where I spent about 2 minutes on the station. I say I use them as a last resort, because if I’m desperate, I can justify spending $8 on printing 12 pages.

I went here with 6 small boxes and another small gift. They told me I could put my boxes in their boxes to be mailed and they put my other gift in one of their bags. As they rang me up they kept stoping to let other people in front of me.... maybe because I had 6?... (I don’t know.....) After a few different people and a cashier change I ended up being there for 45 min. Then they wanted $88 to mail my small gift so I said I’ll mail it another time and when I asked if they could not charge me for the bag they put my gift in they said “well it’s used...so...” and they still charged me for it... Then.....right before I ran my card I noticed an extra $30 charge. When I asked what that was they said “oh did she not tell you?” It was for “packing”....(them putting my boxes in another box). I not only feel ripped off but I feel like I was treated like garbage. I don’t recommend this place and will not go back.

Have been there many times to print documents first time I get asked for a confirmation code and to get connected to WiFi, I thought maybe he means I should have WiFi in my phone, obviously 🙄 I have WiFi to email 📧 (common sense) .. never needed a code before, the man John “assisting” never checked the computer for my documents, sooo how do you know they arrived if you never checked ? Common sense one would think now wasted 30 minutes of waiting with no acknowledgement at all . Suzanne saved the day helping as soon as she was done with her other customer, she actually took 10 seconds to explain what this code thing was . Here’s the thing if you work there for a paycheck but can’t do your customer service job which is super basic Don’t f@@ do it!!

Ive always had good service here. They do get busy at peak times. Like most businesses, avoid lunchtime if you can.

To be honest, I didnt know how to fax and the employees helped me fax a document step by step. It was very reasonably priced.

Always rude and try to charge you for a FedEx box. I sent my husband to get a box and shipping label ((e ran out of the preprinted lables). He came back with nothing. This was the 2nd time this has happened to him where he refuses to go back. I have to go to Pacific Avenue for good service.

I waited for over 10 minutes while one person helped a line that was almost to the fort while the lady with glasses chatted with her old friend about life. Finally left.
