I just recently bought a home with my husband and we decided to redo the flooring in our whole house. We chose Floor Express because of their professionalism and great reviews. Heather was very sweet in helping us pick out what we wanted and Andy made us feel comfortable and excited about our new home. I had nothing but excellent service and will be recommending all my friends!

We had them install engineered hardwood floor in our kitchen/dining/living room and carpet in master bedroom and stairs. The work done was excellent, particularly the wood flooring. We had a hiccup with the stair nose not being a great color match, but Heather stuck with it and got the manufacturer to do a special order match. The stair nose fix took a few weeks and is the reason Im giving 4 stars rather than 5. The installer of the hardwood, Charlie, was excellent. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had my kitchen and bathroom floors installed by them. Very professional and they did a great job. Good prices and large selection. No problems whatsoever which is amazing because I’ve had floors done by other companies and there were always issues and lack of professionalism. If you want to re-do your floors, I think Floor Express is your best choice.

I love my new flooring They made everything so easy and the selections were amazing. From help with picking out what you want to the very professional craftsmen that arrived to install it everything was first rate . I highly recommend you see them for all flooring needs.

The most unprofessional installer showed up at my home today and refused to install my carpet because he wouldn’t work around my electronics (WiFi router and modem) that I placed out of the way on the windowsill in my master suite. Installer said if he damaged the electronics during installation he would not take responsibility—unacceptable. Installer complained that he had to move furniture, even though I’m paying for it as part of my carpet installation—said the carpet company should hire professional movers if furniture needs to be relocated to accommodate carpet installation. Installer then complained that he was losing a days pay as he walked out—apparently he forgot that I (the customer) am the one writing the check that will ultimately pay his salary. I’m now waiting a week for another installer to carpet my home—I turned the entire second floor of my house upside down to accommodate today’s installation and now I can’t put it back together until the carpet is installed. I asked for a refund of my deposit ($3,000) so I could shop with another vendor. The woman I spoke with told me since my carpet was a special order I have to speak with Andy who is out of the office until Friday (today is Wednesday).I’m now obligated to follow through with the installation next week but needless to say I am far from a satisfied customer.

Great customer service! Jeff worked with our schedule; always flexible, informative, and on-time.The installers were great to work with, and did an amazing job. The carpet is perfect. We’re glad we decided to buy new carpet. As much work as it was, to move or stuff out of the bedrooms - it was totally worth it!! Our daughter danced and tumbled on her new carpet in her room for much of the evening Thank you so much!!

After getting some different quotes on flooring from competitors I decided to go with Andy and Heather at Floor Express and I was completely satisfied and am in love with my new flooring in my home. They showed a level of professionalism and satisfaction that is unmatched. Andy took the time to educate me on my flooring choices and both Heather and Andy went way out of their way too make sure I was going to be happy with my color and flooring choices. It has been 4 months and I love my flooring more and more each day. I know I could call them today if I had any concerns or questions and they would come right out too make things right. Extremely pleased!..... We used Floor Express twice....once to completely carpet and re-vinyl our rental house and also to install 2 new carpets in our home. Both times they have done a fantastic job. They are quick but also ensure high quality work. Jeff at the Tumwater store made sure we got the best price on the products we selected. And we compared the prices with two other carpet/floor places in Olympia and Floor Express was the best by far. Jeff also went out of his way to help me cheaply fix a problem on a vinyl floor in the laundry room and saved me lots of money. I will definitely use them again.

We just had our kitchen floors done by Floor Express and we couldn’t be happier! Heather was great and helped us more than once look at tile and find the perfect grout. The installers were very professional and my floors look fantastic! We would highly recommend them for any flooring project and we will be calling them again when we are ready to do the next project in our house.

Andy and Shannon were great to work with. Supplies were ordered and arrived timely. The carpet installer did a great job on our stairs and he was quick.

I found Andy and Heather to be completely honest people. Their prices are very reasonable. My old kitchen floor needed replacing. Their technician, with over 30 years of experience, removed my old flooring and installed a beautiful new floor. How he moved that heavy refrigerator of mine is beyond me. ;-) Heather has a great eye for color and style, and I used her suggestions. Floor looks beautiful. Floor Express balied me out of a bad situation! We bought a waterfront cabin with a tiny kitchen, dining room and hall and wanted a seamless vinyl floor covering. Great Floors assured me it was possible but when their installer arrived, he had PRE-CUT the floor into 3 pieces! I went to Floor Express after sending him away. They scheduled expert Jim Anderson to install my floor. I had to wait a month but my floor is BEAUTIFUL and completely seamless! It cost a little more but SO WORTH IT! Thank you Floor Express!!
