Had 3 attempts at fixing my tire, each time telling me it was fixed. Then they tried to charge me for a new one. I had to threaten legal action before they decided to replace the tire. 6 months before that they improperly installed brakes on my car causing a violent vibration. See pics. Poor service, disrespectful, no accountability, poor management.. I absolutely hate this place. Do not go here. Go to discount tire.

I would not trust their time estimates they told us an hour and it took two and a half to three hours. I wouldnt care except for we were already running late. Other than that they did absolutely wonderful job! Our truck ride is so much better now? Also very friendly

Mike and Clinton were awesome! I came in towards the late afternoon, after work, to get new tires put on but I live pretty far away. So when I found out I needed to get an alignment I was worried they werent going to be able to get me in. But they were so great and stayed a little bit late to make sure that I was taken care of and got everything done I needed to! I am so grateful for their awesome customer service! Highly recommended this store!

I had a flat tire so I called a buddy of mine to come pick me up and take my tire here to replace it ourselves. I bought the tire and no waiting time was given to me. I’ve been waiting for 50 minutes now and am still waiting on my one singular tire to do myself. I figured they would just have to find the tire and bring it out. I just want my tire so I can leave. My car has been on the side of the road.

Talk about a crew that came in and saved the day!!Our VW Atlas had a tire blow out while we were driving from Forks Washington to Coos Bay Oregon. Found out the car has tires that are impossible to find. Called Les Schwab, spoke to Clinton and he was on it! Keep in mind this was late afternoon on a Saturday. We slowly drove up to the shop on our donut and they were waiting for us having everything ready to go. Not only were they quick, knowledgeable but they got my Atlas looking fire!!

Its NOT Les Schwab anymore. The one by the mall is definetely NOT even the semblance of the awesome service, courtesy or professionalism Les Schwab was known for. Been doing business with Schwab for over 20 years. O could call from anywhere in Oly and would get a free tire fix or jump. I used to drive in and the young people ran to the car and asked how they could help. Not anymore. I could take a tire in and free fix with a smile! Not anymore. $21 to put a 12 inch mower tire back on the rim and took a day to do it. Miss you and your crews Les! It should really be NO stars

Les Schwab is the only place I take my car for tires, brakes and front end steering stuff. Have a 19 y.o. Camry with obviously high mileage and they have always made me feel safer as I drive away. They have worked with me on credit terms and I have faithfully kept on track. You cant go wrong on tires, a flat, a nail or 2 in the past 2 weeks, I drive in and they get to fixing it ASAP and on my way.Western Multi-state company, so as long as you bought tires, brakes or otherwise repaired something, if something goes wrong you can look them up and go see them or theyll even come to you... I feel much safer on my road trips to Cali and back.

It took a while to put new tires on because they were extremely busy but I am happy with their performance and attitude. These people never miss a beat when taken care of their customers. Great Job guys and thanks again for my tires.

We went for new tires and an alignment. Soon after fixing the alignment it did get messed up a week later but they fixed it at no additional cost. The service is great, everything was done in an about an hour or 2. Which led to some fun games my husband and I played in the lobby. I called for information on payments for the tires. The man on the phone was very polite and informative. Gave a very good explaination of payments. Call was less then 2 minutes. We are very pleased.

Went in at 1030am they told me to come back ok at noon, no problem. Came back at 12pm and waited for over an hour. Then they told me I needed 2 new front tires after I purchased a set just 3 years prior and then I waited almost another hour. P I or communicate and customer service on their part.

They were great. I was a last minute tire change and had a migraine. They took my car and fixed me up within 15 min and were really understanding.

I would avoid this place at all costs.I brought my car here to get my alignment fixed, and possibly two front tires as the front driver side tire had a bald ring on it. Long story short, Les Schwab determines I need 4 tires, struts, and the alignment for about $1600. Keeps the car overnight, takes the whole day to do the work, and then calls me back as the store is closing. When I arrive, they inform me they couldnt even fix the alignment because of a fused tire rod that they didnt even check until right after they called me.Still managed to cost me the same $1600 without a third of the services I was quoted. The icing on the cake, of course is the guy tells me about the warranty on my tires...Which I void by driving my unaligned car off the lot.This Les Schwabs motto should be Selling you stuff is what matters because Doing the right thing doesnt happen here.

Ran into the local Les Schwab here off Capital Mall Dr in Olympia to pick up some valve stems. Young man helping me ran into the back to grab them and when he came back to ring me up, I asked if they had a military discount. Manager over heard me, and just said they were free. Even better!! Have been there before and the customer service is always top notch!! Great job!

I just want to share the amazing customer service experience that I had today at the west Olympia location. I called looking for a spare tire for my Hyundai Accent. Ben was super helpful from start to finish. He had me come to the store and within minutes had a used spare for me. He was just awesome!!You can tell he takes real pride in his job.What a gentleman! Like Les Schwab, they where helpful but busy at this location so I went over to the Tumwater location and they got me in after a short wait.

Ive been a paying customer multiple times yet they tried to charge me $120 for a diagnosis and lied about not seeing that all they needed to do was tighten 1 single bolt. I took my car to the other Les Schwab in town and they did it for free, no questions asked. Most stores have been nice, despite upcharging often 2-3x for parts, but this one has definitely lost my trust. Charging for labor is great, trying to rip people off isnt.

Great prices, clean and very professional. Quick and easy. Thank you to the employee who was able to accommodate my last minute change in wheels because I changed my mind when I got there and still received same day service.

I finally got to spend money at Les Schwab!! I’ve been going to Les Schwab for years but they never charge for tire repairs or rotations. Today, I went in for a slow leak in one of my tires and was assisted by an extremely knowledgeable and helpful technician named Michael. He showed me where there were several spots of aluminum corrosion on the wheel which were causing the leak. He offered several options and helped me to make the right decision. He was never pushy about buying something from them and he answered all of my questions in detail. He performed the work on my car quickly and efficiently and explained what he had done afterwards. They have an enormous selection of wheels/rims in stock at this location, the prices are good, and if Michael is any indication, the technicians are amazing!

Took my AWD car to get an alignmentThey couldn’t do the front and quoted me $900 to fix my front end and left my car with a worse front alignment than I went in with.My tie rod ends need to be replaced and I knew that prior, but don’t give it back worse for wear.

I had gotten an oil change at the Volkswagen of Olympia since that’s where I had bought my car from. Being told there were a nail and screw in my back tire. Was told it was unrepairable but they put it back to the appropriate pressure. Once I left I had called this les Schwab. I was told they helped with any tire problem and that is totally true. I didn’t even get my tires here and they still helped me repair up the tire and found 1 more screw then what the dealership said. All was free of cost too. I will be back for tires in the future. Overall the experience was A+. It’s nice there’s so many stores near by so while you wait you can do some shopping.

I was having an issue with a tire being out of balance and I showed up at the Olympia shop at 5:30 fully expecting to have to leave my truck there overnight. When I arrived my truck was instantly put up on racks and they balanced all 4 tires before they closed. The customer service was great.

They quoted me $650 for 2 Cooper brand tires that had a 65K mile warranty. That didnt seem right. Decided to get another quote... Costco installed 4 Michelin tires for $900 that had a 70k mile warranty.This was my 1st experience with them. Definitely not going back and now I have an incredible firsthand experience I can share with family and friends about how I almost got ripped off.

Everything I could have hoped for out of a bad situation. What started as a tire replacement ended up a suspension job, and I couldnt be happier about how it turned out. My car drives like new thanks to Clinton and the pit crew, who had all of my shocks, ball joints and tires replaced within 6 hours, and Matt made sure I was fully taken care of with their in house financing. Not once did I feel like they were trying to make more money off of me, I knew I needed some work done but had no idea how serious it was, and am super grateful to Les Schwab for their honesty and earnestness to help me stay safe on the road. Customer for life!

Salesperson was courteous and professional, but he tried to sell me on their house product, even though it was a tire for a slightly different purpose than what I came in for, and more expensive. Also, he told me that they do not warranty certain name brand snow tires. Howerver, I found at least one competitor who does warranty those tires. It kind of felt like a set up by Schwab to get me to buy their house product. Probably they have better margins there. Maybe its a great product and worth it, who knows? But I didnt like the sell.

Saturday morning, had opening appointment. Five- seven minutes late.Somehow got bumped down to low priority even though Im purchasing $900 of product.After 45 minutes & car untouched, left in a bit of a huff. 3 miles down the road I get a call from Clinton who manages to talk me down by mile 5.Bottom line, turned around and finished transaction.... in about 12 years never had problem, so still 5 STARS!!! 🤯🤫😉👍

He gave me the best price he could, and best of all he was just very genuin and caring! I was not pressured into buying more than I needed and was happy with my entire visit!

I was told it would be an hour and a half to have a tire replaced. Two and a half hours later, no update. Maybe, because it was a warranty replacement. Or maybe it was because I said I was going to drop it off, but decided that an hour and a half was doable in a waiting room, and they just didnt see me sitting in front of them, and thought they could push off my work.I understand that things happen, but when they do, you should communicate that. This also wasnt my first issue with them.I was told that they would not be running my credit for their 90 day same as cash offer, which is why I chose to buy from them. I was home shopping, and didnt want the credit hit of a young account and a credit inquiry. I checked my report and found my new account and inquiry right there. I didnt get my home.I want to believe that they are better than that, but the proof is in the pudding. I would give a worse review, but Im in the business myself, and know how important these reviews are. But when you arent honest with your customers, word will get out.

I had one bad tire then it turned out 3 bald tires. Then brakes. I went with 2 new tires and brakes. It was a bit pricey however the best thing is that work with you. Payment plans and they were so friendly and fast. Ive never had such a great experience at any shop til I want to this one! They are great and I will recommend to anyone that needs tires or brakes or any maintenance on the car. BEST PLACE EVER! Thank you to the team at Les Schwab! You all are amazing!

I recently took my car in for new tires. They were very friendly and quick. After the tires were put on I was told I needed to replace my shocks and suspension and to get it done relatively soon. They said it would take two weeks come in as the replacements were in another state. Half hour later they said they could get them in Monday and get it done before my road trip Tuesday. So Monday I get a call that my control arms need to be replaced due to dry rot and my battery will ruin my car because it has some corrosion on the terminals and will drip battery acid on important wires. These two issues were extra 750 bill on top of the 1800 bill. I was warned they upsell quite by an old employee after I agreed to the shocks and suspension fix so after that I just said no thank you. Toyota just changed my oil and said my battery is working fine it just has corrosion. I guess women either need to know more about cars or have to bring someone who does to avoid this issue.

They are so interested in selling you a tire, that they will not by policy, check your brake system. My brakes were not functioning at all and they said they could not look at them until I bought for brand new tires... What is worse, a blowout or not being able to stop???

This is Chris Keller writing review for the capital mall area Les Schwab.Great human beings reside at this Les Schwab! I really want to thank all the guys that helped me rescue a cat from the under belly of my truck!At lunch today, I drove out to the west side from Tumwater. When I got out, I heard the cat calling from underneath the truck, under the bed. It took a ride at 60 miles an hour - maybe multiple times today. It was scared and I didn’t know if it was injured.We tried to get the cat out but couldn’t reach her. Drove the truck slowly over to Les Schwab. They were so nice and they put the truck on the lift. Kitty came out unharmed unbelievably! The guys jumped right in and carefully grabbed the cat, without thinking about anything else.I took the cat to animal services they scanned it and there was a chip! Called the owner and she came and got her. Wouldn’t have happened without the Les Schwab guys jumping into action to help me! Thanks again!

Great customer service! These folks are willing to work with any budget and have solutions for any tire issue. Depending on the situation, tires can be repaired for free, aired up for free, and the like. They offer discount rates and tire buy-backs.

This particular Les Schwab is the best I have ever used. All Les Schwab stores are friendly and helpful but this one balances tires with every repair or install. I always had to return to balance the tires at the Moses Lake WA store because the vehicle repeatedly shimmied at 55. I stopped going to Les Schwab because of this annoying required second trip. However, this Les Schwab always balances tires the first time, saving me a second trip and a lot of frustration. I drive out of my way to this specific shop.

TheyJust wanted to sel me something today, and all I wanted was a tire rotation.

Love my les Schwab tire center, Nick and Matt usually take good care of me when Im in there. I went in one time and was gonna be out of pocket a couple hundred dollars and asked if there was anything they could do to help. They were kind enough to get me 70$ off my tires and I graciously accepted. They always go the extra mile and thats why they earned my business.

Work is quality. I asked for a phone message when my car was ready or needed more work, they didnt do that. They also left my car unlocked for the 3.5 hours it sat on their lot. It was parked right next to the entrance (plenty of spots away from traffic available) so difficult to leave, and the seat was all the way back, no attempt to put it in the original position. I do all my service here and usually am very happy. Someone is being very sloppy.

They were great, brought my car in to change out 4 tires. They were fast & It was affordable. The customer service was exceptional.

I have been a Les Schwab customer for over 30 years. I have had Les Schwab tires, batteries, and brakes. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the product and service nor with the price. Now that I am retired, I live in Arizona. Unfortunately there are no Les Schwab Tire Centers in Arizona. This would be the only complaint I have of Les Schwab. If Les Schwab is planning an expansion into Arizona, can you consider placing a tire center in the 86429 zip code. Thanks.

A+ service that wont BS you. Im not great with cars but my research told me I needed $200+ in work done to my truck. I took it in to Les Schwab in Olympia and they ended up telling me what I wanted really wasnt needed. Ended up costing me only $25 and everything was good as new.They could have easily taken my money and ran but they took the honorable road and gained a customer for life.

These folks are very gracious and know the business. They are thorough and explain in detail the problem or problems. I trust what they say and appreciate the information. I feel safe. Thank you very much.
