I recently purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from Capitol City Honda. Bryan Wheeler, or Wheeler as he liked to be called was our sales person and was fantastic. He was so knowledgable of the vehicles and never pressured us during anytime in our visit to purchase anything. We test drove two cars we liked and ended up with the CRV and I love it. If you are in the market for a vehicle visit Capitol City Honda for your needs and ask for Wheeler.

If you must buy a car from this dealership, watch all the numbers very carefully. Price on the sticker is different than price they put on the contract. I didnt catch it-thats on me but do you want to do business with a dealership that you have to watch like a hawk? Salesman was nice--but since I assume he knows the practices of the dealership and works on commission, why wouldnt he be? Anyone want to buy an over-priced, low mileage Honda? (Id love to get out of the contract but see above, where I paid too much for the car.)

Was in for an oil change on my 2005 Element which i loved. Started asking Taron about the used cars on the lot which were comparable to my Element. He was very knowledgable about the options on the lot. I gave him info about what kind of vehicles which i would be interested in seeing. The next week he called and said he had a potential. I agreed to come on. He sent a great email with all the specs for that car. When I came in Taron called me by name, was friendy and excited and had such enthusiasm. When that was not the right fit he offered another option. Later that day i was the new owner of a 2016 CRV. Throughout all the negotiations he was cheerful funny and patient. Purchased my first car from here. Kristi was GREAT! Had a wonderful experience- This was my first time bringing my car in for anything since purchasing.I went in on Wed 9/15/21 to get my tire pressure checked- Im going on a road trip and my Tire Pressure sensor had come on. I had also noticed a nail in the Front passenger Tire. The Service department was able to get me in I told them I thought I saw a nail on the passenger front side tire- they stated that they would check and when they were done they told me they didnt see anything.The next day my Tire pressure gauge came on again. I then took in on Friday again after I saw the nail that I had told them I saw the first time. They were unable to get me in due to them being busy which I can understand. They also adv me that their express service inst able to fix a tire on weekends.I was in Sumner and decided to take my car to the Honda dealership there to check on my tire issue. There they were able to get me in and FIND the Nail that I told them I saw.I was upset that the the issue could have been resolved the first time I brought it in and that it took me taking my car to another dealership for them to find the nail.Due to my bad first impression I will just be taking my car to the Sumner location for all maintenance if need be.

Have been wanting to replace the BMW X3 with a new vehicle for some time now. Have owned several Hondas and still feel this auto maker puts some of the most dependable automobiles on the road. We did look at other makes and similar models, but the CR-V won out. This is the second new vehicle weve purchased from Capitol City Honda, the first was a 2015 Civic. We managed to get exactly what we were looking for. CR-V EXL, white with black/beige interior. Our salesman, Bryan, is a highly personable fella who takes time with his clients to ensure all questions are answered to satisfaction. Although this sale was a slam dunk, it was still nice to have a knowledgeable, friendly and patient salesman to guide the process. The whole process is time consuming, but over all I feel we were well served. p.s. dog friendly to boot!

After service my car has not been put back together properly. After the 3rd time this happened to me (at 30k miles so 6 oil changes) I was told I probably dont know how to park and ran over a parking stop to damage under my car. I drove 10 miles after my 30k service before the plate under my car came disconnected. I never parked at a wheel stop or curb and it is the third time out of 6 oil changes this has happened. After 10 miles of driving after a 30k service my car was making a noise I called the service department they could hear it and told me not to drive it they would get a tow truck since I had just left the service department where they said my car was in perfect condition. It was a 3-4 hour wait for the tow truck. The service department was then closed. The next day I called them at noon - no one called me to let me know what was going on with my car. After I called in I was told a part needed to be ordered and it would come in Saturday but they are closed then so I couldnt get my car back until Monday. I needed a vehicle for the weekend and the person said she would connect me to the manager to see what could be done. She left me on hold for 10 minutes then answered and asked who I was holding for. I never spoke with anyone else and no one helped me.

Pretty much an in and out experience. Tyson Studer has a great route hes put together for test drives and works to make sure you get the car you want. Great experience. Got a payment plan close to my goal. I recommend this used car location.

Called on a Dodge Dart for my daughter yesterday. Was told to come in at a certain time to view and test drive. I was told to come an hour before closing in case we wanted to purchase it. We got there.....we were told the Dart had to have detail work for the next 2-8 weeks and that it was not available yet. When I had called they said it was available. This was a bait car to get us in there to be showed other cars. We walked away and they lost a sale. They get one star because I had to give it something in order to post.

Salesman was fine. They just did not have in stock what we were looking for. Unlike a few other car dealers in the Auto Mall, I would give them another chance.

I called up for a question for my Honda CRV and Casey in the service department left me on hold the first time for 5 minutes “to ask his senior”, that’s okay I didn’t mind that, but then someone asked who I was on hold for. I told her and she put me back on line with Casey. I repeated to him what I needed and then he put me on hold again for 12 minutes. After that someone picked up the line and asked who I was on hold for, I told her Casey put me on hold. So she put me on the line back to Casey, he picked up and I asked why I was put on hold so long. He said “his senior was busy and will call me back later”. Why did it take 12 minutes to tell me that?!? In the end I didn’t get my situation resolved. I don’t think it should take 12 minutes to ask someone that a customer needs their help. Very disappointed

They offered a fair price and dealt with all the little nuances of the transaction. The were honest and up front about the condition of the vehicle and the repairs it needed, but they were also willing to negotiate to a price point that made it an advantage to sell them the car. Tyson seemed genuinely interested in helping and even drove me home. (I would definitely ask for him if I was shopping for a Honda.)

Typical dealer. Agrees to a price after a lot of back and forth. At the last minute claims they overlooked $5000 of non-negotiable dealer-installed options on top of a listed set of $1800 in options. I doubt that if asked the dealer could actually enumerate the extra $5000 in options. I doubt that Hondas factory even offers a full suite of packages totaling $6800 for this model. The phrase negotiating in bad faith comes to mind. Do your test drive, and then walk away. Then dont step foot onto their lot until you have a signed contract with them. Otherwise, youre just wasting your time.

We came in looking for a Honda CRV. Other lots we looked at where asking way higher of a price. We got the joy to have Willie as our guy. He was AMAZING. I feel like Amazing is even an understatement. He was super helpful, informative, and we had to bring our 3 kids with and he made the whole experience enjoyable for us all. He worked an amazing deal with us and we ended up getting our first brand new car. 2021 CRV There was no pressure and the other lots we went too I felt like a customer. We purchased our first new Honda pilot this last Friday. We have had the privilege of owning 3 other hondas and it was time to get a new pilot. We went over a few weeks prior and met with Greg. What a patient guy he was. Even after 3 test drives of new and pre-owed pilots. As my wife was working through and trying to decide which way to go. Greg was so informative but also knew when to just be quiet which is very important almost more important than talking. He was patient even though we didnt buy that day. I can imagine the frustration but we knew who to go to when we were ready. Sure enough, 3 weeks later we were ready and guess who we went to? I bypassed all the others and bought a 2021 Honda Pilot from Greg only because of his patients from the previous meeting with no pressure. Id give them half a star if that was possible. Worst dealership ever. They advertise a certain price with true car and then try to sell extended warranty and extras which are not needed - making the effective cost of the car same as it would be without the discount. I wasted 4 hours at the dealership negotiating this. Beware before you visit them because 1) they advertise free home deliveries - but in reality, they actually renege on their advertised offer saying they do not have staff 2) the internet person (I am with holding their name as decency) will say you can negotiate add ons off of the price if you do not need them and the dealer will take it off. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. Bad experience.

My husband and I were so impressed with Joses professionalism.He actually listened to what my husband wanted and didnt want, as well as our concerns regarding Covid. He made sure everything was just right when we arrived and then when we went in to discuss the terms for the truck. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure we knew about aspects of the truck we might not be used to. Buying a car can be arduous, but Jose made it pleasant. Wed recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I am really happy with the service, they were able to set me up with exactly what I needed. Tyson was great and really knows his stuff, great test drive route as well. The car sold itself but what made it even better was the team they had to help us along the way. Set appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. The advisor told me it would take 45 minutes for a simple oil change. After an hour and a half, I had to ask if they were done. The advisor then came in to tell me they just started and the car would be done in 20 minutes. Although they gave me a $5.35 discount it was still way over the time they stated.Advisor was very nice, facility had poor time management.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had.We were about to give up on the possibility of finding a car that we loved and a car that we needed for us. Two different dealerships treated us like we were an annoyance and an inconvenience to them because we didn’t just want to get something they thought we should have.Simone from Capitol City Honda had kept in contact with me periodically throughout the year and today I thought, “what the heck. Worse case they treat us the way we’ve been treated and we go home and just give up on getting a new car altogether” so I contacted her. He didn’t try to sway us for something sensible and different. I fell in love with the Explorer and he did everything he could to make it happen.We got to financing and he sat with us and was upfront about everything. I have been taking my car, an Acura RL, to get serviced at Capitol City Honda for over a decade. They always remember who I am, call me by name, have all my paperwork ready, know exactly what needs to be done to my car, are super nice, very efficient, do quality work and treat me professionally and friendly. It seems many of their staff have been there for years, therefore there is a great deal of consistency. I also appreciate their shuttle service so I can go to the mall, or out to lunch, or to Barnes and Nobel when my car is being serviced. Plus, they always give me a voucher for a free car wash which I really appreciate. I highly recommend the Capitol City Honda service department!
