Windshield wiper blew out in Olympia on the way out of state. Chris was very helpful in figuring out how to set wiper ms in service mode and put on new wipers- in the rain. Very helpful and friendly. Offered tip which was politely refused. Kudos to Chris!!

This is the second time I have received help from Gabriel. He helped me with my truck which was incredibly frustrating but he remained cool and calm and just made it work. I knew when I needed my mini van fixed this was the place to tow it. I was fortunate enough to get Gabriel again and he did not disappoint. Thank you Gabriel and for autozone for making getting your battery changed affordable.

Today I worked with Crimson K. as I needed assistance purchasing new windshield wiper blades. Crimson went to extra mile with me (as Ill describe below), and also reminded me about my wiper fluid so I purchased that as well. Good thing too, I was almost out! He looked up on my behalf what size blades I needed based on my car, and he recommended me blades based on my personal needs. I have never been happier with a purchase in my life! The blades work so well I am almost excited to drive in the rain next. He even put them on for me, taking the time to show me how to do it myself when I asked him for a tutorial. I also asked for assistance on where to fill the fluid, and how high as my tank is not visible, and he happily showed me that as well. It has truly been the best experience I have had with a service worker, and I love going to this store for my various needs. Virtually no wait time either. 10/10 and thank you again to Crimson. You really made the huge difference between me going to this store versus another auto parts store in town. I plan on making this store my regular.

I came in 10 min before closing and the manager went above and beyond. I think this was my first time in Autozone, but I will definitely return.

Gabriel went above and beyond and not only helped me find an affordable set of windshield wipers he also installed them for me and checked and topped off my windshield wiper fluid.

I’ve been going here for a while. I’ve had good experiences all up until this last week. There is an employee who never wears a mask and although I would go here for any and all of my car parts I need for my new car projects im too uncomfortable with stepping foot inside of the store now. Disappointed and uncertain why managers arent doing their part.Dont know his name but he is taller and has longer wavy hair.

I had a car battery that was dying an abrupt and messy death. The battery was leaking acid; showed signs of corrosion everywhere; and was losing charge precipitously. When I took the car to AutoZone to find out my options, I was helped by Crimson K.Legitimately one of the best buying experiences Ive had. Crimson tested my battery, made appropriate recommendations, and got me out of the store in ample time. The state of my current battery was such that I needed to immediately replace it with the new one. When I told Crimson that I didnt have tools in the car, he immediately stepped in and offered to change the battery for me.The process was onerous. Corrosion was everywhere -- it had even eaten through the the brace that holds the battery in place. Undeterred, Crimson cleaned all the corrosion and installed the new battery (and the brace that I purchased with it). He did all this in the un-shaded parking lot while Olympia was experiencing 106 degree heat.Excellent experience. Ive always received great service from this location, but todays service went above an beyond. Will shop there again. Would recommend.

Gabe at West Olympia Auto-zone was extremely helpful during my visit today. He helped me find the right break light for my 05 Subaru Outback. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. I would highly recommend visiting this shop for your auto needs.

Its hard to give this place 5 stars when there are so many incompenant people on the Commercial side. If it wasnt for Amy, Ayva, Gary and Crimson it wouldnt even be worth doing buisness here. Its do to the outstanding service and dedication to getting things done right, quickley and addressing the other staff members constant screw ups that without this group here that anything would get done. They have already lost good employees due to Incompetent managers and power flexs and one can only hope corperate adjust these bad staff memebers before it costs them anymore business.

The man that helped us was so very helpful and took his time. My son bought his first car and it needs a lot of work. So we went back 5 to 6 times in 2 days. Got most of what we needed and also got us a very good auto shop that can help.

Best customer service will definitely buy here again! I purchased a battery a couple months ago that ended up being a “lemon battery”. I will never go back. Charged me twice for one item. Then it was a hassle to get my credit. Of the two rotors I ordered one was incorrect. It took 3 days to get the right one and they didnt call. The brake pads feel apart in my hands while trying to install. I did get my money back for those. I ended up going to OReillys, had great service and paid less. After years of going to Autozone on Harrison and thousands $$ spent I will never go back.

Two employees, one of whom conducted a transaction at the register. NO MASKS! The sign on the door clearly states the requirement. That the employees can not meet this requirement has this shopper going elsewhere. Lets not mention the tepid excuse about someones condition. If you have a condition, perhaps you shouldnt be exposing yourself to so many people on a daily basis as a clerk in a store.

Friendly staff and a clean store. I was greeted as a walked in and asked what I needed, which was motor oil. The gentleman walked me to the motor oil section and educated me on the best oil for the engine in my truck and explained why some brands cost more than others. I appreciated his advice and real life experience with motor oils. He asked if I was going to use the motor oil right away. When I said yes, he offered to let me borrow the funnel, which I did. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. A store with friendly staff that was clean and smelled clean too.

I had to go in to Olympia AutoZone on Harrison yesterday and I was the only one in the store wearing a mask. There was no plexiglass shield to protect the workers. Otherwise the employees were nice and helpful and I got what I needed but I wont be going back until they require masks.

Pretty much anything you need parts wise. Very friendly and helpful staff. While I was there a worker spent a good 20 minutes in the pouring rain replacing a battery for a customer. Great place to get codes read, and or batteries/alternators tested too.

I visit auto part stores on average, once a month and stores vary from Auto Zone to OReillys. Today it was an Auto Zone day since the location was nearest. Jim was the man that opened up the store at 7:30am and helped me out during my visit. He was so awesome, kind, informational, and he even let me borrow their community tool box. He asked often if I needed help while every time another employee walked past me and my car they offered me help. Everyone working at this store was above and beyond.

Ive only been to AutoZone a couple of times, but have always had a good experience. The only reason I dont give five stars is because during my last trip one of the employees told me I had to go through the wheel well to replace my headlights, which is absolutely not true. It made me concerned about purchasing items on their recommendation.

This review is last visit specific I was greeted with friendly people even those close to closing they were helpful with questions I had and polite all the way through however in past experiences I have been greeted with not that same level of friendliness or professionalism but rather hostile and unwilling to help or answer questions they should know. this and past experiences are not just limited to this location but to multiple in general consensus is its gotten better and maybe its going to stay that way Hopefully.

Went in to buy an airfilter. Went to go get it and they had no record of it. Came back with a receipt and turns out the order got lost. They ended up getting me a nicer one for the same cost because the other one had to be ordered. They really did go above and beyond to fix the mistake and i do appreciate it.

Jiffy Lube wanted 35 dollars to replace my engine air filter. AutoZone wanted 7.99 and installed it for free. Prices are good and the selection is huge. The sales associates are always knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help.
