Dr. Benz aka Jim is awesome!!! The name speaks for itself. I had been frequenting a well known establishment for years for my auto repair and maintenance needs. However, after many ineffective brake jobs I decided to look elsewhere and found Dr. Benz. He diagnosed my car and he was very forthcoming and knowledgeable about my brake problems. He explained all of the details in lamens terms so that even I understood and felt comfortable with the services I would need. Not only that, but the service was fast. He communicated with me throughout the process so that there were no surprises. Best of all, his prices are competitive and I did not feel as if he were trying to get over or over charge me. Im very happy with the services I received and will definitely be returning to Dr. Benz for all my maintenance and repair needs.

I have been doing business with Dr. Benz now for over 5 years. The owner, Jim, has always been honest and upfront about everything. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at Dr. Benz and I would recommend them to any Mercedes owner that is sick of the over priced dealers, and who is looking for a job done right the first time!

I asked for a printout of a diagnostic test that Jim Bland conducted on my car in February 2016. I paid $160 for the test. I had previous past, good experiences with Jim. He stated over the phone verbatim of what he had in his computer. I lost the printout. I explained I needed another copy for a legal dispute with an another mechanic. He became defensive and rude. Jim refused to send me a copy of the test that I paid him to do. He advised me that I would have to subpoena a copy. So be it; subpoena Jim and the printout to Court. Smh.

Very Unprofessional,Rude,Pompous,and a Racist!After trusting Jim the owner, to work on my CLS for 2 years for what seem like irreparable repairs, the last visit he became very rude,disrespectful, and yelling, due to me letting someone else work on my car and mainly because I asked him about a brake sensor indication (keep in mind I am a 28 year old female with no mechanical experience, who was reliant on the mechanic, I did not know it was wrong to ask questions, or get a second opinion). During the verbal altercation his wife sat quietly while her husband shouted (making indications to YOU PEOPLE) and slammed my receipt papers,never to intervene or state a word. The worst experience in my life, in the future I will pay the extra bucks at the Mercedes dealer for quality and professional care. Be Aware! If you are a woman do not go alone!
