Desoto Auto Sales Olive Branch MS. Mike was the salesman who sold me a 2015 GMC Terrain SLT. Signed papers on Friday (9/24/21) wasn’t able to take the vehicle home until Monday (9/27/21). Once I left the dealership I noticed knocking and rattling from the vehicle. My fiancé said it sounds like an exhaust leak. The back up camera is foggy (even after I cleaned off) Mike told me they had to order a new part for the Airbag lights that won’t go off on the dash. And for me to bring it back tomorrow (9/28/21) and that they would also re-clean/ detail the SUV… who ever they’re letting detail their vehicles needs to practice a little more. I was not satisfied at all. lol. Anyways, I called Mike told him my issues. Brought the vehicle up to the dealership at 7:20pm and spoke to 2 of the managers who were still there. Told them I no longer want the vehicle. They can have it back. Don said he needed to make calls to his manager and the owner to see what they could do. And he would call me tomorrow. I’ve already called Wells Fargo and explained to them my situation and problems. They’ve let me know they don’t have anything processed in my account yet and it should be a very easy process as long as the dealership gives them the loan amount back. I don’t see why there should be any problems as I have returned the SUV back to the dealership property along with the keys. I took pictures and a video as well. They were friendly for sure. But I’m not satisfied AT ALL with the vehicle. They purchased it from an auction and received on Friday. No wonder they didn’t know the problems it had… the car fax said there were 4 previous owners. With over 100,000 miles. And it was a $16k something vehicle. I should’ve been more patient but you live and learn. Hopefully canceling my buy with them will go smooth.

List below were my notes1-Paint on the whole driver side not the same (been painted) but they said they didn’t know anything about it but a car guy would know2-gap in the front hood between bumper and hood and the clips are not in place and they say they aren’t sure even Carfax doesn’t have it in record3-squeaky shocks and excuse was it’s been sitting.4- odometer reading problem in Carfax that they say that previous owner put more miles on the title. They did not mention it until I mentioned it5- salesman Mike was pressuring me to buy but I made a lower offer because seems like what it was worth but then the rudest thing is when he did not reply to me when I made the offer but then he replied couple days later saying it was sold thanks for my interest. Which I don’t care personally but it was rude and immature.

They got me what I wanted, friendly and fast service. 10/10 😊
