The staff was very friendly and professional. They dealt with the insurance companies so I did not have to. My car was done on time and they cleaned it before I picked it up. The work they did on my car looks great and you would never know anything happened to it at all. They communicated with me throughout the whole process so I always knew what was going on. Definitely would recommend them to my family, friends, and colleagues if they ever have any body work that needs to be done.

Absolutely great shop. Tammy was very professional took care of everything. Told me a week had the truck back in 3 days and looks as good as new. Even cleaned the inside. Highly recommended

I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 with well over 200K miles on it. Went in for an estimate. The lady came back with an outrageous quote of about $5,800. Let me show the repairs I wanted.

They called and stated on Thursday that the truck was done. They called and stated that they had to keep till Friday. Friday they called and stated 4pm. Then theyCalled and stated around 3pm it would be Monday. I called again and thru told me to pickup by 4PM on Monday. The truck is still not right. Hit a deer... the inside was not touched... my airbag is not correct oil stains on the inside... not impressed

My car was taken in on 7/6/20, I was told by Tammy that work had not been started by the 17th due to supplemental paperwork needing to be completed by the insurance company. Come to find out that the paperwork had been completed by the next day by the insurance company. So she said work would be started that day, but they did not complete any work until a week later. Yes I have a foreign car, but if the job did not fall in their expertise it should have been communicated with me and I could have taken it somewhere else. To make matters worse they had my car 40 some days, my insurance policy covered 30 days of the rental. So after several phone calls Matt/Michael manager/another person with an important title that does nothing says that they would pay for 5 days and my car should be completed. Before the end of the 5 days, they complete my car, take it to the alignment shop, and they find the car needs a mechanical arm for the suspension. Shocking right? In my mind if a car has been impacted all the parts even parts YOU CANT SEE NEED TO BE INSPECTED. I DO NOT JUST WANT MY CAR TO LOOK PRETTY, I EXPECT IT TO BE RETURNED TO WORKING ORDER. I get my car back a week after that and think everything is done, but no THEY REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE RENTAL FROM THAT POINT. AND TO TOP IT OFF, AFTER DRIVING THE CAR, I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG, TAKE THE CAR BACK AND IT NEEDS A HUB BEARING!!!!!! JUST DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL MFS THAT DONT FULLY INSPECT THE CAR FOR DAMAGES AND ONLY FIX COSMETIC DAMAGE.

Came in after countless amounts of time trying to figure out why my door would fly open while driving, and Zach fixed it in less than 5 minutes! The people here are so sweet and considerate. I will definitely go to them first before any other body shop.

I was extremely pleased with the work they did on my Camaro. Even the paint matches perfectly. They sat down with me, went over the estimate, and provided references. I found the cost to be quite reasonable. The customer service was excellent. They called me frequently to give me updates and finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend them.

This place is amazing. Really nice people and informative. Someone swiped my fender and DCC repaired it in no time. Got it in Wednesday and got it back the next Friday. Looks brand new. Definitely will return if I have another accident 😏👍

So, I get rammed from side from someone, they take my car here to get fixed. Takes over 2 months. Glass to this day still inside air vents, had to take back to fix door issues. They put In a window with black tint to where it doesn’t match any others. DO NOT let them take your car here. I have done nothing but be patient and ask for them to fix my issues but apparently now it’s been too long to do anything about these issues on my car parts they replaced even though they say life time warranty. DO NOT COME HERE, PLEASE MAKE THEM TAKE YOUR CAR TO A REAL HIGHER GRADE CAR REPAIR SHOP.

How can you rate a body shop for doing their job? Well, these folks roll out the red carpet for every customer. I was called every couple of days for updates. After i picked it up early, there was an issue with the glass. They immediately called my insurance to take care of that too.

Id damaged my vehicle for the first time in 20 years and Desoto Collision did a perfect repair. Their professional approach and process was a real relief from my mistake at a fair price. I hope I never need repairs again but if I do Ill come back to DSC!

Let me preface this review by saying I do not like drama, confrontation and especially do not like writing bad reviews!On Monday, April 8th I left my car at Desoto Collision Center for them to repair the hood. Wednesday around noon I get a call from DCC saying they did not realize my hood was made of aluminum. That when they try to get one dent out it caused another one, but bigger. The lady on the phone said I actually needed a new hood. I told her I had gotten several other estimates and not one said I needed a new hood. I asked how much a new hood would cost. She told me around $1900! Of course, I said a few choice words. (The quote to get the dents out was $913.) Then she said, “I will get Chris to call you.” Chris called me to say, DCC always gives a lifetime warranty on their work, but could not give me one on my car. I said, “first of all I dropped my car off on Monday here it is Wednesday. We should have had this conversation no later that Monday afternoon. Second, I had several other estimates and not one said I needed a new hood.” He replied, “I can give you a 10 year warranty on your car.” I chuckled and said. “I will not have that car in my possession in ten years maybe 2.” He said, “oh, it is good for at least two.” So, I begrudgingly said, “let’s get it done.”When I picked it up on Friday I wanted a 10% discount since they could not give a lifetime warranty or at least put on my record that they guaranteed their work 2-10 years. Chris looked at me and said, “I did not tell you anything about guaranteeing it 2-10 years.” I replied, “I WOULD NOT HAVE LET YOU WORK ON MY CAR IF YOU HAD NOT SAID THAT.WHAT IN THE CONVERSATION HAD 2 and 10 IN IT.” “Nothing,” he replied!I was furious made more of a scene that I wanted, but like I said I do not like confrontation!! I ended the short lived drama by paying the $913.Oh, when I got my bill I ask, “is anyone going to inspect my car?” “We did before you got here”. “NOT WITH ME YOU DIDN’T.”I will not recommend them to anyone!!Sincerely,Debra Riverscc: BBB

My car got side swiped. It didn’t leave any dents, just a few scratches, tire marks, and paint scratchs on my taillight. We took it to DCC on Wednesday and they told us they would try to have it ready by Friday, but no promises which we were okay with that. Monday comes around and they said the paint didn’t dry as quick as they thought so it wouldn’t be ready. Again, it was okay. Tuesday rolls around and my car is finally ready!!! The paint job is absolutly perfect, but they didn’t touch my taillight. So, if you do choose to take your car here, make sure they take care of all the damages, especially since they’re getting paid to do it!!!

Had to go back twice.The first time for touch up on several areas of paint.The second for adjustments on the front fenders and hood.They corrected both items, but these should have been cought on their final inspection before they release the vehicle to the customer.
