If I could give this place a -0 I would. We ended up just picking up the truck and finding a different shop! 70+ days and parts still not ordered and my vehicle STILLLLL HAS TO GO TO ANOTHER Shop TO BE REPAIRED!

Im very happy with my repairs and the service that I received from this location. John was great! Stayed on top of everything, and made sure I was informed about my repairs every step of the way. They went above and beyond to add fog lights to my car. I didnt know that my car was missing fog lights. My car drives good as new, and Im happy that something that was initially stressful for me was so easy.

I bought a vehicle from All Star Chevrolet 3 weeks ago. Yesterday on my way to work an angle iron pierced the bottom of my vehicle. I took pics of the damage. I went to All Star Chevrolet and asked them if they felt like the vehicle needed looked at by their mechanic, even though the vehicle wasn’t leaking fluid and no warning lights have appeared on my dashboard. The gentleman there recommended I take it down to Caliber Collision to have them look at my pictures and see if I needed to schedule an appointment to have it repaired. I got to Caliber and there was an older lady working the front. I told her that All Star Chevrolet had sent me there and was trying to explain the situation. She stopped me and said she would have to have someone else come up there and look at it and asked me to have a seat. A couple of minutes later she said let me see what you got, so I started to show her the pictures I had taken and before she even looked at the picture she threw her hands up and said we can’t look at pictures and give you an estimate, you have to have an appointment for that. Then she called another younger lady up to the front (not sure why because she wouldn’t let her view the pictures either)and told me again they couldn’t look at the pictures and give me an estimate that I had to have an appointment. She wouldn’t even let me explain that I wasn’t asking for an estimate. I was just needing a professional to view my pictures to see if they recommended me to fix the damage. If she would have been nicer in her delivery maybe I wouldn’t be upset right now about the situation. But why ask to view my pictures and then throw your hands up and say you can’t look at them? Made no sense. If I ever need anything repaired I will go anywhere else but here because of the way she acted.

Recently my husband and I brought our sons car to Caliber Collision in Olive Branch for repairs after damage to the front of the car after hitting a pot hole. When we arrived a gentleman surveyed the damage and politely explained the timeframe that it would take to get the repairs completed. This was not due to lack of courtesy it actually made complete sense. He explained that they had basically triple the cars to repair than what they normally had. He said he didn’t want to have us disappointed when it took time to get the car completed. This was understandable. Especially when this business provides quality work. Nobody wants their car rushed through and not done properly. I appreciated his explanation very much. Then we went inside and the lady at the counter mentioned the location in Hernando was able to start on the car much quicker then they could. They even offered in the event that I was interested to tow the car to Hernando and back at no charge. This was the perfect option for us. We instead of having it towed took it to the other location and all of our information had been transferred before we arrived. This made the process very simple. So today would have been the day that was estimated that Olive Branch would be able to look at the car in more detail, but since I took them up on the option of going to Hernando the car is already being worked on. I was given an update today and if the car is not completed by Friday it will be on Monday (only waiting on two parts to arrive for install then paint ). This means it will take maybe a week for repairs vs weeks. Kudos to Olive Branch Caliber Collision for making this process so easy and giving options to provide service in a timely manner. We have used this location a couple of times before and have never been disappointed in our service or the outcome! You guys ROCK!

I am very pleased with the quality of work on my car. Andrew was very professional and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. The office staff is very polite and the environment is very welcoming. Andrew and his boss went above and beyond to insure I was happy with the service I received and I must say Im very impressed. I had a large dent in a weird place on the rear hatch of my car. There were three damaged creases of varying sharpness, damage to the bumper, and damage to the sensors. The color of my car is a three-stage paint, so that added a little complexity as well. The price was expensive (and well-communicated), but the product was good. They worked the dent out, reworked the creases, replaced the bumper and sensors, and did a beautiful repaint. Looks like new. The crew seemed excited for the challenge of the repair, and gave me regular updates. Finally, the repair was done a day early, and it only took that long because the new bumper took a while to come in.The only downside was the price. But, when it comes to repair shops, you tend to get what you pay for.

They were able to remove a spot from the top of my car that the other location caused. Thank you for your service.....i really appreciate it.

I had a great experience at this location. Andrew was very helpful and was always on top of everything and updating me of everything as well. He did a great job on my 2021 Toyota Corolla. It looks like nothing even happened to it. I truly recommend Caliber Collision and definitely ask for Andrew. He will take great care of you and will be on top of everything to make sure you get your vehicle back as soon as possible and in the best shape!

We had bumper, minor metal and tail light damage to the rear of our SUV. The estimate was done quickly and the vehicle went into repair immediately. Although there was a bit of a wait for parts, the work was completed on schedule.The paint and medal work was excellent.

Caliber did a great job on my Acura TLX after I was in a freak accident. They communicated with me via text throughout the entire process and were done earlier than I expected. The repairs look great and I have no complaints.

Well. It’s going back to get done the right way but I will post a legit review once they get done the second time which there shouldn’t even be a second time.. truck still shaking and bumper doesn’t match rest of the paint they did. (They claim it’s because it’s a plastic bumper). But I’ve been a painter for 7 years and that is not an excuse. I will make a proper review after I take it back or they make it right

John and his team did an excellent job fixing my 4Runner. They provided updates along the way regarding repairs and had my car back to me ahead of the estimated completion date. This was my first *new* car and I was worried that it would never be the same after the accident. But after Caliber completed the job, it’s like the accident never happened. Although my insurance company redeemed my car as a totaled loss, caliber collision of Olive Branch called before they went to pick up the car, once the car made it to the center, and when when I called for my own personal questions everyone I spoke with was extremely nice, very professional and prompt . I pray I don’t ever have to go through this again, but if I did I would most definitely use them again.

I book a appointment for collision repair for second opinion they refuse to give me estimate my insurance was trying to make total loss of my truck that repairable. They made me waste my time just for them to tell me they couldnt see my truck they can only give estimate by what they see!!!!

Caliber collision in Olive Branch has no accountability for their mistakes. When returning my vehicle because they didn’t secure a part and it flew off, they insinuated that I hit something even though there were no sign of any other damage. Poor customer service and the manager never contacted me for the follow up as promised. Very bad business

My accident happened October 28th, 2020, dropped the car off December 22nd, 2020.I was told it would be done the 11th, the 20th, the 29th, all of January, then the 25th, then the 27th, also of January. Customer service has been sub par and rude at times. I havent even gotten my car back, I am a car guy and fully understand how much time body work takes, they took my car in as a job and told me 2 weeks in they were backed up really bad, instead of when I dropped my car off.Im sure the body work will be fine, there just seems to be no sense of urgency at this business.EDIT: I got my car back the 28th, I ended up dealing with the GM, Mark, and one of the other employees Donna, both of them were insanely helpful, it felt like they were helping me because they cared not because I was upset or because they had to, my car looked better than when I dropped it off.

Caliber was very communicative and took the time to make sure that my vehicle was in perfect shape. Was hit in the side of my Jeep which affected rear suspension. All was replaced with new OEM. The body and paint was seamlessly matched. Took a little time to close out for billing but that was the only hiccup. Very pleased.

Update: My husband and I have spoke with the GM, Lucky. He was very professional and understanding. He is taking care of the issues that we have and I have no doubt that it will all be corrected! Thank you, Lucky!I was side swiped from the back bumper up to the mirror on the front drivers side door. My car was supposed to be ready on February 28th, but wasnt ready until March 4th. I was out of the country so my mother in law had to pick it up. When she got there, she noticed a scratch and they told her that it was already there. That is wrong! It was the same spot my car was hit! Also, my bumper was cracked so they took it upon themselves to cut the piece off of my bumper. So now there is a huge gap and the one piece that did clip in no longer does. My side mirror came in 3 pieces and they couldnt figure out how to get it together so they had to have someone come there to put it together. Also, my hood ajar light is on, so they must not have connected a sensor, is what I assume. I am very dissatisfied with this work. If this situation is rectified, I will update my review, but as of right now, I would never recommend them!

Car repairs can be daunting. But my experience was superb! Every single day they were open Mr. John communicated the status of my car. I never had to guess or assume progress and I was able to manage my anticipation and car rental because of. The entire staff was great as well. Even though I hope to never have collision repairs again, Id tell anyone this is the repair shop to use. Seriously, you wont be disappointed.The work looks amazing, like a new car all over again. I came here to get a quote on fixing my driver door from being T-Boned. The staff was really nice and were willing to work with me on my time schedule. I had came during my lunch break and was not paying attention to time. I told them I had to go and Id be back in a few hours when I got off. They were completely understanding and set our paperwork and what not to the side till I returned. Insurance has been claimed and awaiting my appointment. I will give another review once done and over.

About 5yrs ago i had repairs done here. They called and said it was ready 4 different times. . It took getting the insurance company involved to get it right. It was terrible. the gaps on each side if the hood was way off. This grill had bubbles in the chrome so they had to order another, but it took me refusing it. I picked it up and got home, i could not get out. The door latch did not work. They failed to hook it back up for the inside to work.I decided today it had been 5yrs maybe they got better. What happed to pulling up asking for a estimate and they go ahead and do it. They wanted to me to make an appointment and come back. the earliest was next week.I realized its just not the place for me to do business.

Going to have my car for 5 days. Had it for 15 days.

We had to use this place due to the insurance company of the person that rear-ended us. It was a nightmare. We dropped off the car and left it. They called a week later and said it was done. Dropped off the rental car and went to get our vehicle. Upon checking the repairs, which were not completed, we noticed that they ran into something in the shop. So we had to leave it another week to fix doth issues now. After we went back for the second time, they finally got everything repaired except there is one piece that just came in from a back order. This has been 2 months. Just would not recommend this place.

Do not use this shop. They will not stand behind their employees word. They will make promises that they will not keep. Work is slow and just ok. There are better and more honest shops in Desoto county!So heres an update! As requested 3 weeks ago I called them back. The lady that answered had no clue what I was referring to. After being on hold for almost 4 minutes she came back and transferred me to the shop in Olive Branch. Once again they had no clue. They took my # and said that someone would call me back. Its been 3 weeks and Im sure it wont surprise anyone that I have not been called back. I dont think they care. Big corporate company that could care less about the customers. Dont use them!
