I wonder if they will ever fix their sign thats been flopped over in the grass off of Tampa Rd. Has been like that for over a year. If I were Lockheed Martin corporate, I wouldnt like the fact that a corporate logo sign is laying in the grass for years.

Dont ever get sick, hurt or have unforseen circumstances. Understanding is not available. But bullying is allowed.

Its a secured facility so you will need clearance to get into the gate. Its not just a place to just go visit because its a government site. I just happen to have clearance because my company is working there. It helps that I have a security license also. We are not aloud to take pictures of anything there! If I could I would of because I like to post the work that I do on each site. The place is highly secure so I sieges not go there without having a appointment!

Decent place, quick unloads, nice people

I cant wrap my head around the negative feedback on these last couple reviews. Im on contract and I couldnt be happier. Everyone treats each other great here. Very clean, very organized. The other employees did excellent at training and didnt hold back any details. This company is amazing.

Love the company values, the people, the diversity and the location.

Loved doing the work but it just amazed me that despite the workforce being 2/3 women, its still a mans world when it comes to the upper management. I was there for 15months, got moved to different projects, and they claimed to love my work. But in that 15 months I watched about 50 people get hired, mostly young men(some of who quit a couple months into the job) and they didnt even give me an interview. Didnt even notice when I left after doing my two weeks that I gave notice for. So would I work there again? Maybe contract part time just for the fun of it. But not full time and definitely not for Lockheed themselves.

Its a horrible place to work.... correct me if Im wrong i learn a lot in this Company even Im a sub-contract employee but they treat us to work like a robot.. Im talking about the cable assembly with the team leader ... unprofessional behavior and wonder how they maintain their position...

The worst company I have ever worked for In my life. They are the most unorganized, unprofessional company ever!!!! You have to start out being a temp, which you get treated like trash. The people that are hired on get away with murder.I had brought up to my supervisor that a coworker(which was hired on) was saying very cruel and hurtful things to me on a daily basis, multiple times through out the day, with witnesses around. Mind you this was going on for 4 months, and not once did I say a word back to this lady. I had spoken to him about the issue twice. First time he had stated the issue needed to be taken seriously and it would be taken care of. A month later, I had broughten it up again, when it had gotten alot worse, the supervisor didnt seem to even care, and told me to just go back to work. A day later I was fired. The most unprofessional part about it is, they wait tell the day was over and I had left to pack up my personal belongings. Got a call from my temp agency 2 hours later stating lockheed had made the decision earlier that day, that they wanted to end the contract due to being disruptive on the floor and was talked to about it months ago, which not once happened.On a dailey basis I was doing what I was suppose to, while being bullied worse then you would in high school. My performance was always above what they wanted and I took my job seriously. Attendance was good. Worst off is no one in the hole building but that one person had an issue with me. This person has alot of people that have an issue with her, but I am the one thats gotta go. If you dont want drama at your work place this is definitely not the company and people to work for or with, because it is worse than high school. People in the building live for drama!!!
