I have been working here for a few months and really enjoy the work in distribution! The employees work as a team to get the job done. Very friendly atmosphere and everyone is very helpful!

I was sent to this company on assignment by a staffing agency. There were issues beginning the first day that I started. I was told by the staffing agency to arrive on site at a certain time. When I arrived at Microram, I was rudely asked to leave and return at the required time. There is no diversity within this company at all and as a minority, I felt very unwelcome at times. The atmosphere in my opinion felt hostile and I would not recommend any minority applying for or accepting a position within this company.
