Beware. Needed a broken spring replaced.There were (2) individuals that came to my building and left in less than 15 minutes of which one of them spent several minutes in the bathroom. They never brought a ladder in and didnt measure the springs. Then said there charge was $245.00 to order the parts. I called the office as I never got a written estimate to approve and they said the $245.00 was for the estimate. They said the techs were here over a half and hour as they have GPS. My video cameras say different. Still have not received a copy of the receipt and it took 2 days to get a quote and that was only a price no detail.The next day I called Overhead Door Company of Clearwater. They came out (at no charge) measured the springs and said they no longer make this style springs and quoted replacement to include new center bearing, brackets, and replacing broken bracket on door panel. Got the quote from Overhead Door before I ever heard back from Warehouse Doors.Even though I feel like I threw $245.00 out the window, I think I will be money ahead in the long run going with Overhead Doors.Highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Clearwater.

I called for service and the response was great. The tech who came out, Damon was so knowledgeable and was able to fix commercial warehouse rollup door quickly. He didnt try to drag time out or sell me things i didnt need. Ive used Warehouse Doors for several years at our business and always satisfied. Dont waste your time trying to go cheaper, go for the best.

I know nothing about these big commericial garage doors, but Damon explained what he was doing and I really enjoyed his interaction with me. He even solved some squeaky, noisy issues. Damon is awesome! Youll be my door company from here out.

Initially contacted the company to repair my old door, but they gave an hones assessment and it would not have made financial sense to repair. They gave me a couple of options for replacement.The one I selected was a great fit. The install team was great.Highly recommend them for large / warehouse door repair and replacement

Worse company ever. Very rude sales reps. they tell you one thing and do another. prices seem to change at their will even after the fact. I will never do business with them again. beware. save yourself time and aggravation.

Tech (Damon) arrived on time as promised. He was curtious, professional and very knowledgable. He assessed the condition of our small condo communitys aging dumpster doors, and brought each one back to excellent functionality. He also recommended maintenance solutions. Will recommend Warehouse Doors and Damon to the other small HOAs in our community.
