My goodness, the guys at Mavis saved me tonight and I am so so grateful! I walked out of work to find a flat tire on my car and my office is an hour from home. I had help getting my spare on but then made the terrifying drive towards home on I-4 in 5 o’clock traffic on a donut tire. I didn’t think anyplace would be open to look at my tire but found out that Mavis stays open late on Thursdays!! I called and they had lots of jobs to finish but said to come in and they would make time to check-out my tire regardless. My flat was fixed in no time and as a courtesy, there was no charge because I had to wait a little longer than they expected. WOW!!! It’s hard to find such stand-up integrity in businesses these days. I was moved to tears from the kindness I was given by the Mavis guys. Thank you, Thank you!! You’ve gained a happy customer for life. (Now focused on paying it forward!!)

Picked up a nail close to my sidewall... wasnt sure it could be fixed, Im so glad I thought to call Mavis. The Oldsmar location is outstanding. I normally dont post many reviews, but these guys truly earned it with their outstanding customer service and quality craftsmanship! The manager (Will) should be commended for his attitude. I had new tires installed here a couple months ago and the crew was great. It was time for a tire rotation and some other maintenance. I called and Gino was able to get my vehicle in for service without an advanced appointment. When I arrived, Will and Gino got me checked in and rolling right away. This location is customer focused and honest. Would recommend all day.

Great service. Was leaving for a road trip and found a screw in my tire the night before. Showed up right at opening time. They let me drop my car off. Im less than an hour, tire was patched and good to go.

I got a flat tire at 5 on a Friday and showed up and they were able to immediately help me. They were super quick too. Most tire places I’ve been to tell me to come back in several hours and I knew they closed at 6. Fuel pump blew out on our F750 in the middle of the road Friday morning, they were able to overnight a new one in when I wasn’t able to find one before Monday and had the truck fixed and ready to go by Saturday afternoon! Gino and the manager Will are great!

Very professional and honest. I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my car and I heard them answer phones. One call I overheard he told the customer that his alignment was off by some very small percentage I can’t remember. He told the customer that it wasn’t big enough to warrant the cost of an alignment. I was pretty impressed with that. He could have easily lied. I will continue to do business here
