Called for Service and left message, Eric called me back immediately and said Alex would be at my house in 30 minutes. Was just about to call them back to cancel as I found it was something I had done when Alex pulls into my driveway. Told him that it was working and what I had done, he checked out a few things and everything was good. Very quick response great service.

Requested appointment for the following day and received an email from Randa immediately confirming. I received a text about an hour prior to Eric showing up (already knew in advance who was going to be coming to my condo). Eric showed up promptly. He reviewed my issue/concern and offered a recommendation to correct the issue. He ruled out a recommendation to add a condensation pump...in fact, he told me its not possible to install one and that even if he was able to that will not resolve the actual issue. Eric cleaned out my drain line and scheduled the follow up appointment to complete the job. I immediately received the invoice for the service fee exactly stated and a second invoice for the upcoming appointment and main job. I also received confirmation of my follow up appointment with the details of the job and technicians to expect at my condo. Im hopeful that Eric will resolve my issue so that my unit drains properly and consistently without shutting down anymore on its own. Dont let me down Oldsmar AC!!! 😎

Tech was showed up an hour past our quoted time (our appointment was 4pm-5pm, he didn’t show up until after 6) with no text or call informing us he was running behind. We booked an appointment because our drip pan was overflowing into our garage. Tech informed us that unclogging the drain would be over $200 and that we also needed to replace our entire system because it was undersized. Keep in mind we have not had any problem with the ac keeping up and keeping our house cool. The only issue was the clogged drip pan line.

Eric handled this installation personally and worked under less than ideal circumstances. They were able to get the new AC installed more quickly and reasonably prices than other companies I contacted. Great company.

Called for possible clog in drainage system from overflowing pan. I explained I already vacuumed the outside drain to clear it and also pulled several gallons directly from the pan. He hooked up his vacuum and checked the pan **for about 10 minutes** which verified it was already cleared.I expected the $19 charge for the service call to start as they advertise. I was **not** quoted any prices for any work he was going to do. They billed me $200.I called the office to discuss the price. They wanted to offer me free maintenance instead of bringing the price down. I would not want to be misled a second time by bringing them out here for that.Lesson learned.

I called and made an appointment; Eric was friendly and honored the online special that is shown on their website. I received a text on the morning of my appointment, which confirmed not only the date and time but also gave the technicians name. Jeff was on time and performed maintenance on my two A/C units within the hour. We discussed the pros and cons of replacing the UV lights; Im glad he did not try to do a hard up-sell to me. My last service call was with a company who sent a salesman with the technician and he tried to pressure me into replacing my whole HVAC system; not calling them again. An hour after Jeff finished, I received an email receipt. You can really tell that honest communication with the customer is a high priority for this company. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I just had a brand new Goodman unit installed and I cannot say enough good things about Oldsmar Air. They gave me a great deal on a new unit and were very informative and transparent through the entire process. The techs that came out were very respectful of my house and laid drop clothes from the front door all the way upstairs to where the unit was located. My house is cooler than its ever been I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new a/c system.

Reliable service and technicians are friendly. I called after standard business hours so unfortunately the $19 service didn’t count 🤷🏽‍♂️ The mark up on the replacement parts they use is a little high IMO but at least they fixed my AC right the first time, and I have cold air again in the knick of time before hurricane season.

I had a great experience recently when I hired Oldsmar Air Conditioning to Install my new Goodman Heat Pump System. They took care of everything and all went very smooth! The inspector even said it is one of the best installs he’s seen in 24 years. Highly recommend Oldsmar AC.

You guys installed a new air handler in my house and I’ve had nothing but problems. Had to hire another AC company to come and seal everything when your guys said nothing was wrong and my attic was cooler than my house!! You also failed to install a drain for the air handler and now water collects in the pan you invoiced as replaced and never did and the system shuts off every few days until we climb into the attic and hand drain the pan. Shameless!*UPDATE TO OLDSMAR AC REPLY*If you contact me to try and resolve I could give you the last name, rather than deny the shameless service.You are incorrect, you installed the air handler July 2020 and had 2 techs to my house in Sept. I’m happy to email you the invoice if you care to make things right.

I had the best experience with Oldsmar Air Conditioning, they did a fantastic job from the very start ( another company here in oldsmar had come out and scared me talking about mold and my system could catch on fire ) and my brother said get a second opinion and I’m so glad I did! Eric came out and in fact there was no mold and no risk of fire, the other people lied!! I eventually decided to replace the system after looking at how much I would save on my electric bill ect and Alex and Jeff were the hardest working and friendly guys I’ve ever seen!! Eric even came out during the install twice and then the office called the following day to make sure I was happy!! It’s rare to find a company that is as honest, on time, with great workmanship and actually invests their time to their customers!! Lost our cooling overnight. Called & emailed them at 8am to report problem of not cooling. Eric and his helper came out by 9am, located the problem to a bad capacitor at the outside AC compressor unit. Fixed!Then I told them about garage smell getting into the house from the attic air handler. They found missing sealing tape at the copper pipes entering the air handler. Explained that they could feel a strong air flow in to the air handler (which was spot on for where the garage smell entered the ac. They taped it up and checked the plenums for further leaks - found none.Totally, 100% satisfied and confident that I was serviced by an honest and very skilled AC technician, Eric. Highly recommend them for your ac needs.

In April my air condition unit went out upstairs. Oldsmar AC came and replaced the unit without issue. However, a few months later my second AC went out. It was not until I utilized a different and more affordable company that we learned that Oldsmar AC DID NOT PERMIT THE WORK THEY COMPLETED. We have contacted several times and been given the run around. I am now working with my bank because the company has refused to complete the work with the permit and inspection four months out now! If my second unit had not gone out and the other company who had the permit pulled and inspector out within 48 hours I would have never known that this was incomplete. Randa the front desk lady who works there seems very scattered and disorganized. Many times she seems flighty on the phone. I was told they would be out last Friday for the inspection and nothing! I called the office and she had left for the day at 1pm! This is the most frustrating experience. The work is not complete without an inspection. My next move will be to contact the BBB. I would NOT recommend working with this organization. As a healthcare provider it is extremely exhausting during this time to have to track down this company to get them to do what is LEGAL and RIGHT!

I had a fantastic experience with Oldsmar AC. I called late in the evening with my AC not working and was told they would be there within an hour for only $19. Once they arrived, Eric was very polite and professional, he even wore foot covers in our house since his shoes were wet from the rain.He quickly diagnosed the issue after being sure to check all of the components. He took it on his own to check to see if our part was under warranty, which we didn’t even think about. Since he couldn’t check so late at night, he put in a temporary universal part so that our family, including my toddler and newborn, would have AC for the night. He promptly came back in the morning and completed the job with a new part.I couldn’t be more satisfied. Excellent company all the way around.

This is a great company, I would recommended this to anybody! I had called around 12:30pm on a Saturday and a tech had came out, he had it fixed in about 30-45 minutes. It was a great price,not over priced it was $19 for them to come out and tell me what was wrong, then they explained what I need to do to keep cool. They brought out portables and hooked them up. It took no longer than 24 hrs for them to order the part and come back and hook it up. Definitely go with this company.

AC went out at 9:30pm, called and spoke with the owner Eric and he was at our door by 10pm, after inspection he explained the problem and parts required for the fix, within an hour we were enjoying cold air again. What a happy world it would be if everyone operated their business like Oldsmar AC.

I was almost 100% satisfied until I printed my bill and learned that the company charges almost 3 percent of the bill balance if you pay by check. I have seen fees if you pay by credit card (I would prefer to have done had I known) but I have never been charged extra for writing a check.I was pleased that they were able to get to my home same day, complete a precision tune up and repair an issue with the heat not working so I was greatly appreciative of that. I showed my appreciation to the technician by offering him a $25.00 gift card. He was very professional and completed the job on the same day.Once completed, there is no paper bill that is easier to read, but rather an electronic invoice on a Cell Phone. I went ahead an signed the electronic bill not knowing their was a check fee.Other than that, A+.Later same day Post -I received a call from Randa at Oldsmar Air Conditioning and the check fee was an error. There is a fee for credit cards but not for checks so it was a clerical error of which they are making right. The statement says check arrangements so I assumed it was in fact a check fee.Thank you for correcting the error.Now I get my wish. Score a 5 - A+

The Techs were great. I think the guy was named Rob and I cant remember the womans name, but they were both awesome. Friendly, quick, honest, and my dog liked them too which is always a good sign. I recommend Oldsmar Air Conditioning and will be back to them for the next tune up!

Eric from Oldsmar Air Conditioning responded promptly to my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem. I was given options to repair and to replace the system. After thinking about the age of the system and value of repairing versus replacing a system that was out of warranty I decided to replace the system. He replaced the system professionally and quickly.

Eric and his team were professional clean and courteous. Eric is a perfectionist when it comes to his work and the finished product certainly shows this. He discussed with me what was needed in installing a complete new system and at no time tried to upsell me products or services that were not needed. He had to remove the original old A/C system from 1982 and install a whole new system including duct work and vents. I was expecting him to come back to me and say because of this or that there would be an added cost. It never happened. He stayed until the project was completed (in one day) and I could not be happier. I am a Realtor in the area and would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my clients. Great Job Eric!

Our lifesaver Eric saved our butt. The day we left for vacation, our capacitor went bad around 11:30. It took one call and they had Eric out there within an hour, and had that thing ripped and replaced. We were only down a few hours.They are incredibly reasonably priced too. For a 1am call to replace the capacitor was barely $300. And the time from call to fix was less than 2 hours.I can’t suggest these guys enough. The AC is been giving issues,my house is on 80°F right now 2 days ago 97°F..we call them the send some one to the house he said was something with the freon, second guy who came o friday said is the fan.Now i call the guy Erick and he tell my landlord to monday they cant go..second thing they blame the kids the suposly they goin out and in..my kids are a teenager they at home on each room....I call them back to see if they comming o bring any fan.he said no to monday cause warranty is on monday..On fact Im treat people right and I appreciate they job we give them water, and tips to each one..and this is how that company treat us..poor service bad education...And then he tell me they can do it cause they close and my have to be with the warranty... i wish i can post the pic my house is 81°F right now ans suposly they fix it yesterday..0.% recommend

The company that did my original install closed and I didnt trust the company that took over the service so I called Oldsmar AC. I am so glad I did, they confirmed some of my concerns on the 2017 install and helped resolve. Robert was very thorough in his explanations and seems very trust worthy. Was glad I called Oldsmar AC and will be having them service my system from now on.

So responsive to our evening call, Emergency call after power outages or fluctuations blew our AC start capacitor. We have Parrots 🦜 who you would think love tropical heat but our guys are acclimated as is our dog 🐕 and wife 🧒🏼to cooler temps, left us cooled down within a short time. Thank you to Eric

Had my AC fan motor breakdown and unfortunately called one of the over priced AC companies to come and repair it. I had done my research before hand so I knew what was wrong with it prior to my service call. Well they came in and tried to sell me an entire new AC system and told me that I couldn’t fix it. A friend of mine recommended Oldsmar Air Conditioning and they came in and gave me amazing honest service. They fixed the motor and charged me a reasonable price. Definitely recommend them. Amazing service!

Do NOT trust this company. I used it back in 2012 and 2014 for repairs. Back then, they provided a good service.I called them recently (2019) and based on my latest experience and in talking to a neighbor who had a similar experience, they cannot be trusted. Here is the scoop: You call them to come and fix your AC unit but their intention is never to repair your unit and get you up and running, they see that as an opportunity to sell you a new system. Tech spent 1 1/2 hours describing what is wrong with my system not doing much to fix my issue. At the end of the session you get a quote which as you would expect ranges between 7K to 10K. In my case, we contacted my friend who is an experienced builder, he comes with his AC guy who fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. (They were not available the day our issue started) they also confirmed what I suspected: There is nothing wrong with my unit and they literally laughed when they saw the quote of the intended equipment that was supposed to replace my unit because it would be a significant downgrade. My advice is to stay away from these guys.

Eric at Oldsmar AC is outstanding. Had an emergency and he came out immediately. Fixed the problem. Eric was called to come back out today because of a contractor causing a new AC problem and he came right out and took care of it. When people talk “old days” customer service doesn’t exist anymore. I was referred to Oldsmar Air Conditioning by several neighbors and I am sure glad I took their advise! I was delighted to not feel like I was being taken advantage of and was very impressed with Brad’s experience and skills. Technician was knowledgeable about Nest products and quickly had our system up & running on the new thermostat with a minor wiring fix, something we were unsuccessful in diagnosing over the phone with Nest ourselves. One star off for late arrival and not receiving any communication, another for not being told the price of the install when I called to set up the appointment. If its $150 just because it says Nest, it would be nice to know that up front!

I found myself in a bad circumstance because of a snake realtor and a horrible home warranty company. Randa and Eric and Brandon were all amazing. They guarantee their work with a fabulous warranty. They worked around my schedule and whatever I needed. My new AC has been in a couple of weeks and they have checked in on me several times to make sure Im a happy customer. WAS......Super pleased with my New Maytag Heat Pump and couldnt be ANY happier with the unit installed.Everything was fine until payment was made.EDIT needed: Company has a phone system that screens calls. I am unable to get a reply about a $150 rebate promised with sale in July 2019 - It is almost March 2020. CALL AVOIDANCE by office and my calls are screened. Put my name in and get no answer...put in a different name and they answer immediately. Very shady practice and will not recommend them or continue to use moving forward.

I rarely give 5 stars for any company reviews but I was so truly happily amazed with the service I received with Okdsmar AC and they deserve the 5 stars! I called for the first time and spoke to Brittany, who’s so helpful and friendly, explained my situation and she got me on that days schedule and I couldn’t have been more pleased 2 hours later when Brittany called to see if the tech could come early!!! Not late, early!!! ( spectrum needs to take some lessons from Oldsmar AC!) Brad was the tech and again super polite, knowledgable and confident which made me feel very at ease. My system has been working great since and I’ve already referred Oldsmar AC to 3 or 4 of my friends! Local companies are the best, esspecially when a tight ship it run like at Oldsmar AC! Awesome company and a real life saver, Oldsmar AC literally saved me hundreds of dollars in just one service call! I had called the company that installed my unit, One Hour, our because my system would not run all of a sudden, when they finally came they told me it was going to be nearly $1000 and take 2-3 men and I should consider replacing the system that day or waiting for service for a week, that wasn’t sitting right and I remembered a postcard I had from Oldsmar AC, within the hour Eric was at my doorstep and my gut was right, it was nothing close to what I had been told, just simply a drain line backed up, Eric was able to quickly and professionally clear out the drain line and had my system cooling within 30 minutes! The cherry on top is a savings of nearly $800!! Now I know why my whole neighborhood trusts Oldsmar Air Conditioning!

Great experience! Within 2 hours of calling i had a technician at my house, he went over the needed repairs before doing any work, price was very reasonable and my system has never worked as great as it now does! Thank you Oldsmar AC!

These guys are the best! They fixed two units that both had been looked at by someone else who was unable to diagnose the problem. Oldsmar A/C came right out and got them both up and running!

I paid my bill with a credit card. When I reviewed my credit card transactions, I saw two charges of the same amount on the same day for the ac repairs. One was listed as Oldsmar AC and the other was Oldsmar AIR. I called Oldsmar AIR about the double billing. What I got was we are sorry and we will issue a credit. Seven days later I called again and what I got was sorry and a credit will be issued today. Since the second call no credit was issued it is now in dispute with the credit card company. I would advise anyone not to use Oldsmar AIR or Oldsmar AC which ever name they use.

OLDSMAR AIR CONDITIONING KEEPS REMOVING THIS POST!! NOT USE!! Its funny that most of the reviews are 5 stars and they remove most of the bad reviews. Any negative ones that they dont remove, then they blame the customer.I will keep reposting until they are shut down. They are scamming people. Just a little bit of information if you have a new unit installed and have duct work replaced in the City of Oldsmar. You must have a separate permit for each We thought they were our friends until they installed a new unit and supposedly replaced all duct work. They never pulled a permit. We have had issues from the beginning. They are currently being sued by several companies. Check out Pinellas County Public records before hiring. I would highly recommend you going with another company.

A/C went down last Friday morning, made one contact to Randa Pusateri, she had Eric out to my house by the afternoon and he had me up and running before he left. Randa and Eric really seem to care about their customers and go above and beyond the ordinary. I highly recommend them.

These guys showed up then left, saying they would come back the next day. Never showed up again, never called, overcharged us for our unit by 2000$.Lets run down the list of reasons why you should choose someone OTHER than Oldsmar AC...They had the temerity to tell us they actually came to our house and waited 30 minutes before leaving. Ironic, since we have a Ring doorbell and everyone who actually wants to notify us that they are here would actually, you know, RING THE DOORBELL. No Ring notifications on my phone. None on my wifes either. Further, this is the same group that didnt show up consistently when saying Well be there b/w 10-2 every day this week.After many unanswered phone calls from both me and my wife, my wife tried to meet them the office, since we actually have a contract and expect service for the money we pay them. No response, but the neighbor companies had some very negative things to say about them that I wont repeat. They also said Randa was in fact there when my wife came, that her car was there, and that she was simply refusing to answer the door (which was apparently common).After calling in another company to fix the issue (Nice job Momentum AC!), they told us that Oldsmar AC had overcharged us for the unit we bought from them by ~2,000$. We were also oversold on the unit by their technicians, inthat it would save us at least 50$ a month in electric bills, which has never materialized.Even before this big problem, Oldsmar AC has had a long history with us of barely pass-able service. Leaks in the unit causing problems. Poor quality in the installation requiring multiple call-backs. Terrible welds. Technicians who caused more problems then they actually solved.In their response to my wifes well-earned 1-star review, they said she was threatening them. In fact, the only threat she made was to report them to every consumer division, blog, and social media site for their bad behavior, including the BBB if they continued to not show up. That is not an empty threat as we are doing just that.

So I decided to use this app for recommendations which I normally go a friends word . I, being in the locale family business since 1990 decided to use a air conditioner company thats local and keep it in the community . WOW bad mistake .. I have been dealing with ac companies all my life having 6 units in both my shops . But oldsmar Ac and heating are complete thieves and is the reason nobody can trust repair people . I was basically robbed and have filed a complaint with BBB and getting a lawyer involved . DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY home of the 19$ service call what a joke . I will spare the details cause its such a long story as to how I was charged 665 in labor and had my infinity carrier thermostat taken from my home without permission (699$value ) replaced with a 19.95 Honeywell . Then given a run a round for 3 weeks .. Ill see you in court

Before calling this company, I had been recommended other HVAC servicers but had to wait at least 3-5 days for someone to come out. When I called Oldsmar Air on a Friday afternoon, I was able to have someone come out the very next day. Not only was I given a two hour window for the appointment time but I was also told I would receive a call prior to the technician arriving. I did receive a call and it was during the first half of the appointment window. The owner and another technician arrived and spent a good amount of time checking everything out. I was not only able to get an estimate of the repairs immediately, but I was also given secondary band-aid options for a quick fix (not cost-efficient). Although we have not decided how we are going to handle our particular situation, Eric will be the first person I call when I decide. The responsiveness, honesty and locally-owned aspect of the business has me sold.

Wow!!!! I will start by saying Im a Deputy with a local agency. I had a tech from oldsmar air over my house and they said that they could fix the problem for $600 dollars . I said thats ok and they did the job. The next day my A/C was not working so I called and no one answer. I called about 20 times for about 4 days and left a lot of voice messages and no one returned my call. I drove to their office and spoke to a lady and she was disrespectful and interrupted me Everytime I tried to say a word. She appeared to be under the influence of drugs. I finally told her to shut up and let me speak. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she would leave him the message to call me back. I had to call another company to fix the problem because oldsmar air did not call me back or had anyone come out to my house. If you want to give your money away for a horrible job please call oldsmar air. This is coming from a deputy. Stay away!!!!

Oldsmar Air Conditioning were at our home within 2 hrs. Eric diagnosed problem within 5 minutes & had system up and running 20 minutes later.We gave him our acceptance of annual service contract & cancelled our recently renewed service contract the Air Flow group that gave my wife a bad diagnosis the day before.No need to replace our Carrier Condenser.Eric, thanks againJohn Mastromarchi

Yesterday we had someone come in from a Oldsmar Air Conditioning to fix our AC. After draining out the blockage, the guy said the unit was only blowing hot air and there may be a more serious issue with the unit. He said he could look into it, and the cost was going to be $57 for every 15 minutes of troubleshooting he had to do. Needless to say we turned him down because thats the worst deal Ive ever heard in my life. Today we had someone from a different company come out to see what the issue was. He said the problem was that someone took off the AC cover and switched it to only blow hot air (After showing us this, he didnt even charge for the visit). If you are reading this, keep in mind that I have no definite proof that it was the person from Oldsmar AC who did this. But I am the only person in my house who touches the thermostat (let alone knows how to take the cover off). And I most certainly did not do that.

They also tried to bill me multiple times. Just wanted to install a high price ac unit instead of fixing mine.

I made an appointment with them they email me an hour before to cancel but did not bother to call me I did not check my email so I sat and waited on them I had made the appointment over the phone so I figured they would at least call me if there was a problem
