Failed to respond to two requests to explain their fee to move a trampoline purchased from them several years ago. Received a call demanding payment of the invoice they never sent or we will take you off our schedule. Fortunately, another local dealer was happy to outline their cost and schedule our move.

We have had 2 wonderful experiences with this company! They put up a trampoline for us a few weeks ago and did a fantastic job! The 2 guys were so nice and so fast!Then this week they built a play set for us and they were fantastic again! All 3 guys were friendly and they made sure we were happy! They were great with my 2 kiddos as well!We had gone and looked at their displays several times before finally deciding on something. Josiah helped us each time and never once did we feel rushed or pressured to buy anything, and we always got all of our questions answered.We would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone! Quality products and wonderful people working for them!

We love our swing set!! We have played on it everyday since it was installed a week ago, even during a super cold day. Josiah was very helpful and kind. The swing set is strong and sturdy and I feel confident that we will be playing on it for many years. It was more expensive than we planed to spend but now that we have it I feel that it was worth spending the extra money.

We used Backyard Specialists to install a play system for our children for Christmas. They love the slide and swings and we love the top-quality product and installation!

I spent $5300 with this company, bought a trampoline and a play set. The play set needed two leveling blocks. They call me to tell me that I need to pay for these. In my opinion this is ridiculous and is just trying to pile on cost to the consumer. I was told that they cost the company money so I’d need to be charged for them. As a business adjust your profit margins so your not nickeling and dimeing the customer. I am putting a basketball court in I will not be using this company. It’s like going to a restaurant and them charging you to get ranch dressing for your salad. The charging for these is just ridiculous
