So pleased with the people involved in purchase and delivery of our table. There was an issue with the table and they delivered a new table in about a week. Love the table and the service. Have bought sofa there in the past and happy with that. We will definitely check out the furniture mall in the future if want to purchase new furniture.

She was equally a pleasure to deal with and so very accommodating. We will continue going there for all of our furniture needs. They are an awesome team!

Overall great experience! Me & my husband were searching for a living room set & decided to go back to FMK after going to every furniture store possible! We immediately received help from Kirby. He asked us what we were looking for and walked all around the store with us for an hour helping us find the perfect set! He was very helpful and we enjoyed his company. He helped us get the best deal possible! If you’re looking for furniture I’d definitely recommend going here but especially recommend asking for Kirby!

Best experience (and the most FUN) Ive ever had furniture shopping! We needed many items and Cecilia spent practically the entire day assisting us! She was knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and very conscientious. She effortlessly honed in on my taste and made wonderful suggestions! I couldnt have done it without her! The store itself was very inviting and well organized. (Cookies were a nice touch!) I dont think Ill ever shop any place else! Thanks Cecilia!

Im downsizing and will sell at a loss. I looked in NFM for anything I can afford. They cater to those that have money or want to make payments. I did find a sofa in the clearance section but couldnt get helped. I will not go back. The furniture is beautiful, hence 2 stars.

If I could put a negative star review, I would. First off, if you are a single person wanting to buy furniture, forget about getting approached. The sales people only approach couples until you ask to speak with a sales person. Finally, when I asked for a sales person, she was really nice and helpful. Purchased a bedroom and furniture set (At $6200, this was a decent amount of furniture). Was given a delivery date a few weeks out...all understandable and acceptable. The day comes for my furniture delivery, and I dont hear a peep. Reached out to my salesperson who checks in to my order. She tells me that there was a damaged part that had to be ordered and they cant deliver the furniture for another 2 weeks! Unacceptable! I told them I would be canceling my order, so they come back with a date for delivery 5 days later. STILL unacceptable. If I wouldnt have reached out, I would have been sitting in my home waiting for a call from the delivery driver. NO communication and a terrible business model if the people working to arrange the truck/delivery dont communicate these issues with the sales people. CANCELLED order and I will never go back.

Very helpful staff. Yummy free cookies. I always grab more than one. Best part to me is thier system in finding out if you need help or not. I hate when you are bothered every 2 minutes. But here, you flip to green if you need help on a paper thing they give. Otherwise they leave you to shop. Just my type of place.

The furniture and mattresses are very nice. They are just expensive even for the items that aren’t top of the line. The employees are friendly and helpful. They do offer masks at the door for shoppers but noticed that only half the employees are wearing one. I would recommend if you don’t have a budget.

I have purchased several things from the Furniture Mall of Kansas and will continue to do business with them, they are always so nice and try to make things easy for you when shopping. All the employees have always been so nice. Once I had a problem with a piece of furniture, I called them and within two days someone was here to take care of the problem cannot say enough about the service, and the delivery. Take the time and visit them, you will not regret the time taken.

My overall experience was great except the staff follow you and make you feel like youre being watched. We purchase a new dinning room table and it was delivered on time, but there we some issues. The box that the table was in was very damaged and the delivery driver said It should be fine and then stated that the owner had purchased truckloads of liquidated furniture and the box was probably damaged in transit. After my husband finished putting the table together, we found a 6 inch scratch that was definitely not caused by us. If they are unable to replace it, we will not be shopping there in the future.

I was so happy when we walked in the first time after being at a different large furniture store 6 or 7 times looking for living room, dining room, and formal dining room furniture. We were able to find exactly what we wanted and made purchases for all 3 rooms. Too many details to post but I will summarize my issues after payment for items:- communication is extremely poor after you pay!-if you complaim loud enough, suddenly they may be able to find your item that they say is delayed at another store.- they delivered my $2,400 table with all kinds of damage...all 4 corners, 3 of 4 legs, and a warped top.-you might be told several times that you will hear from a manager, but dont hold your breath...all you may hear is crickets.-my kitchen table was broken at delivery and had to be repaired.I understand that some things are out of their control, such as inventory during a pandemic. However the other issues should have never happened. We dropped a large amount of money at this place to not even get an apology. With that said, there selection is amazing, but Im not sure I would buy there again unless the item is in stock.

We have always liked this store. We have purchased items from them in the past and never had problems. Unfortunately, this last purchase has been a nightmare. We had only had our couch and love seat for 1 year and the reclining mechanisms broke and stuffing is completely broken down in 3 of the 4 seats on the couch and love seats. We have been calling since the end of June to get this problem resolved. The technician came to our house fairly quickly. Looked at the problems, said that they would resolve all the issues. He said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the parts. That same day a service consultant from the store called and left me a voicemail saying the same thing. (The parts would take 2-3 weeks to get here.) At 3 weeks, I hadnt heard anything from the service department so I called them again. That time I spoke to the service manager and she did some research and told me that the parts would be ANOTHER 4-6 weeks before they would even get the parts into the store. I had to call again today to get an update. For 2 months now we have waited and waited to get our furniture repaired and still nothing. Definitely disappointed and will be going somewhere else next time.

We ordered a couch online that was mistakenly labeled as in stock, when in reality it wouldn’t be available for months. When their customer service team realized what had happened, they immediately did everything they could to remedy the situation and make it right. Kevin and Megan both worked very hard to get us what we needed and within 10 days we had a couch we loved delivered to our home and set up. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous and we will absolutely be shopping here again. I especially appreciate all of the effort and kindness showed to us by both Megan and Kevin. I highly recommend this store!

In store service is good, but all quality of service ends when you pay. The get your money and stop caring. We bought a whole living room set, they didnt deliver pillows for months, on portion of the couch was ripped, didnt replace for months, when they did delivered wrong piece, waited again finally got it right. Now waiting on a chair from March, which they told me it would take this long, so I accept that. But they call to confirm delivery this past Tuesday, so wife takes off work and they never show. We call and they say oh we forgot, we only deliver to your town on Tuesday and Thursday, so their solution was we will try again next Tuesday. Are you this dense, do something to correct your mistake. Own your actions and appreciate customers.

I ordered a bedroom suite back in March 2021. It was custom made so understandable it was going to take awhile to be made. It took longer than expected but was partially delivered the end of July. The bed was missing the center platform piece and the dresser was broken before ever getting off the truck. Two weeks later the dresser was delivered after being repaired in house. It is okay but you can see where some scratches were covered. It is now September 8 and the bed is still not complete. They have delivered two “temporary” fixes including a platform for a completely different bed and a queen sized platform for a king sized bed. When I call they say they are going to check on it but never call back. I’m extremely frustrated with The Furniture Mall of Kansas and will not be a repeat customer.

This review is for customer service desk who handled exchange/defect.Purchased about 13k worth sofa, sectional, and two dining tables. Upon delivery, noticed bar stool backrest was missing couple bolts. Also one of bar stool was damaged and delivery crew took the bar stool back. The crew said that the store would contact me to set up a delivery for missing bolts and new bar stool. Couple days go by, no phone call from the store.When I finally reached out to the store a week later, a customer service lady (believe named Christine) tried to send the damaged bar stool back as replacement since the store repaired (??) the damage. If I ordered a new bar stool but damaged before it got delivered, why should I received a repaired bar stool? Absolutely didnt make sense to me. If I ordered new, I expect to receive new. At the end, they ordered a new bar stool and told me that someone will contact me to set up a delivery date. Also they would mail out missing bolts same day so I can screw them on the bar stool...A week went by, no phone calls from the store or missing bolts from mail. When I contacted the store again, another customer service lady who gave me bunch of nonsense stuff. She finally gave me that everything (?) will be delivered on 10 Jul. Had to ask multiple times about what is getting delivered on 10 Jul. Reconfirm bar stools and missing bolts. Felt like talking to a brick wall... According to her, delivery crew will deliver a new bar stool and will install missing bolts. Im looking forward to 10 Jul to see if her promises got relayed to the delivery crew.I had no issue with the sales person, store greeter, or delivery crew. I enjoyed the shopping at this place. Kids loved the bike ride.Definitely people works in that middle circle needs some additional training.

Weve been there numerous times and think its one of the better furniture stores. The staff is super friendly. One cool thing about this place is that kids can ride tricycles and various pedal vehicles through the store. I think that is really neat. They also have cookies, tea, lemonade and things like that available for free. Very kid-friendly. Which I think is a good idea.

Brought a sectional from here just love it the first night I used the recliner it would not sit back up called the store everyone was very perfessional and kind Rodney the service tech came out and fixed the problem the store even called me to see how everything went. Bought a couch and ottoman and the couch wouldn’t fit inside my door. The three guys who delivered it were so kind! They could have just taken the couch back to the factory to have the legs removed and then redelivered, as I was the last delivery on a Saturday afternoon. Instead they worked and worked to take the screen off my back door and figure out a way to get the couch in. I am so appreciative of them! The best customer service experience/delivery I have ever had. They went above and beyond to ensure that the couch was delivered today and I couldn’t be more grateful for them!

Very nice furniture store!! Ive been missing out on this place! This was My first visit here and I was very impressed with the shopping experience. The salesmen were very helpful and polite, and the gentleman that greeted Me at the door offered Me free coffee or something cold to drink and 🍪 cookies!! Awesome!! They had exactly what I was looking for. There was a variety of high quality furniture and mattresses. I didnt get to spend a lot of time checking everything out this time, but I will definitely be a returning customer. Furniture Mall of Kansas is and was a horrible experience. Placed my order beginning of March and received my 5 items in June, all damaged. We are now going into September and the staff has done nothing to reimburse me for damaged pieces the truck team broke when bringing in.Delivery team comes in and just drops items off not even being gentle. As I have called multiple times to speak to management they do nothing to help.As a health care worker, I don’t have the time to take off when they think items come in and I can just come and grab or wait all day for there delivery or mistakes.It was Furniture Mall of Kansas fault and I warn anyone and everyone don’t shop or buy from them. The owner has no compassion to fix what continues to happen.

The worst delivery I have ever received.We ordered sectional couch and king bed set, it costs closed to $10,000. The sales representative Max was awesome 👏. The delivery guys told us there was some spare missed from the bed and they said that they will be back with the spare. I am a nurse and working night shift. I didn’t sleep to wait them. My husband went work around @2:00pm so I have to wait them. We have two toddlers and I am pregnant. Did you imagine to wait with this all situation. I called them and they told me the time interval. While waiting with that time interval, I received a call from my husband that they are waiting outside the house. When I checked them no one is not there. I was in the living room waiting them. When I called customer service, they told us the delivery were waiting outside and gone.This is totally lie. I tried to tell the customer service that I was waiting them without sleeping even if I have to work the same night but she believed the lied delivery or she is actually lying. And I requested to talk to the manager but she won’t let me.Still the problem is not resolved. Now I am wanted to return the staff.

Delivery of a chair was promised between 12 and 2 PM. I left two children with a babysitter to meet with the delivery team to get the chair put into my elderly mother’s apartment. She is nearly deaf and blind. 2 o’clock came and no-show. No phone call. We contacted the online service and discovered that now the chair would be delivered at 3 PM. No chair at 3 PM. My sister took off work and I had to get back to the two children and she came over and waited. Meantime my mother had an audiology appointment and my sister was going to take her to that but she had to call her husband to take her so that she could wait for the chair. It is now not due to show up until 4:30 PM. This has inconvenienced us in numerous ways. No excuse for this. Taking our business elsewhere.

As soon as we entered the door Jeremy greeted us. Jeremy asked what we were looking for and directed us directly to what we were looking for. We found exactly what we wanted, a bunk bed for our daughters. We were able to find one in the color we wanted. We had been to competitors and were unable to purchase with a delivery date. What we found here was much nicer looking although costed a little more. Definitely worth it. We were able find help at the push of a button, literally! Greg was helpful in telling us all the options available and was very pleasant to do business with. My husband is wondering why we have never been here before and I am wondering the same!!! This will be our first stop from now on.

I would not recommend your store to anyone. I ordered in January and do not have my couch yet. This is august. I was told it would be in may. Nobody ever calls to update me on my order. I have the loveseat but not the couch. I returned to the store and asked about the floor model set because the loveseat at my home is in no way the same chair. It is my belief that the products received are of lesser quality than those on the show floor. I have already paid for this furniture. Every time I call they give me a different delivery date. Nobody ever calls me. Worst customer service I have ever had. Will never recommend this place!

Nice store with a large selection of quality furniture. We were able to find what we wanted, but ended up with floor model as none were in the warehouse. The negatives were theyre not overly staffed and it took us a bit to get help and the purchase procedure was longer than it needed to be in my opinion. Everyone was friendly and they did load use without issue. We definitely consider them for future needs.

I love shopping for furniture here! I have bought several pieces. A sofa, sectional, coffee table, and entertainment center with fireplace. They offer a lot of options and at every price point. From the moment you walk in they have greeters to offer you knowledge on how the store is laid out along with a beverage and fresh cookie! Of you take your kids they do offer trikes, but not just the small ones, large ones that an adult could ride. This make it fun for the kids while you stroll the whole store. Currently they give you a card the has two sides. One is green and one side is red. If you need help you hold the green side up. Just looking on your own keep the red side facing out. Now we did have several people come up to us with the red facing out but it was just a quick you guys doing okay? And then they were on their way. So not bad. Currently with covid and all the shortages most of the furniture is on a wait list/backorder. If you are planning on buying just know it will take awhile to get your items. Some of the pieces they did have in stock but it was very far and few between. On the day we were shopping a golf cart came around with fresh vanilla custard. Of course my kids took one. They do have a little deli/mini cafeteria towards the front where you can get food, drinks or dessert. Everything is set up very nice. I plan on buying our next furniture set from them.

My fiancé and I purchased around $4k worth of furniture at their store. It was a Buy 1 Get 50% off another item. We noticed a mistake on how they rang it up and they corrected it which saved us over $130. Then, after we hand them around $4k, they tell us our couch wont be delivered for another 8 weeks! I wish they had told us that before buying them. Several months later, they call us to tell us that the couch arrived but is not the right color. They told us they would give us the incorrectly colored couch as a loaner until the correct couch was shipped to us. After that, they never called or had any correspondence. Finally, 11 months later, we are moving out of the house the couch was sitting in and told them to come get it and that we wanted a refund on our purchase because the correct couch was never delivered. They said they would only refund us 75% of our purchase. We spoke with several assistant managers, as well as the store manager, but they wouldnt budge on not allowing a full refund. It was their fault they never called us and getting a 75% refund on a couch that was never delivered is absurd. The quality of customer service is similar to the quality of the products they sell. Its embarrassingly poor. Ive told at least two dozen people (and over 1,000 people have seen this review) so far about this experience and they ended up taking their business elsewhere. Ill never be back and would advise everyone to avoid this place.

My 95 year-old mother, who resides in an assisted living center near the Olathe, KS store, was promised delivery of a new power lift/recliner chair by noon today. Family members took off work to be there for delivery, but to no avail. Delivery was rescheduled just before the noon delivery time to 4 pm - Four hours late. Some people have to work for a living and cannot take off willy-nilly to accommodate lame businesses like this. Suggest taking YOUR business elsewhere.

My brother came in there to look for a recliner chair that rocked because its what he uses to sleep in at night time he has a bad back and I cant sleep on his side so we came in looking for a chair he thought he found one he bought it he took it home and it didnt work out.. and then tried to bring it back and they told him he couldnt because it was a floor model so I proceeded Im his sister my name is Cindy I called them and asked them why he couldnt look for another chair or get his money back and they said floor models you cant do that I said nobody told him that and theyve ever told me that before and she told me it was on the receipt well when youre going out the door its on the receipt they dont show you before you buy the item so anyway the manager I talked to there told us that he can come back and exchange it for another one he found one he liked hes a big person he needs a big tall chair you only had one in the store and the one he found did not rock back and forth it just sits and he needs a rocker like he told her to begin with like he told the salesperson and they said well I dont know what else we can do for you this is the only chair we have like this but does not rock all the other chairs did not fit my brother they were too small they would not give him a refund he had to take the chair so here this $1,800 chair sits in his storage because he cant use it and there in an RV right now trying to get into a place somewhere else anyway the whole point was he came in he couldnt get a refund because you cant get refunds on things on the sale floor like I mentioned he didnt know that till he got his receipt to leave the store I think sales people need to make sure they reinforce and tell customers that if they buy something on the sale floor or they buy anything like that they cant return it and nobody says anything my parents my dad Richard Lemken whos bought a lot of furniture from there just like my brother Richard Jr. And nothing like this has ever been told us before we didnt know this we spent a lot of money there and we would like to keep coming there but if youre going to do business this way we cant do that I just feel that we should have been told that the chair cant be returned since it was a floor model and we were not told that very disappointed in the store I just dont understand the concept of it all thank you Cindy Blackburn

Me and my wife bought a couch from these people back in April 2021 online and we were moving into the area from out of state and finally in second week of June we got the delivery but they only delivered half of the couch! They said they told us (which they did not), that they only would deliver half of the couch and the other half in September! I legit never write negative reviews but I would have remembered if they told me a couch would be delivered in halves that many months spread out. Like I get things being backed up but we definitely were not told from anyone that it would be this far apart and that we would only have half of a couch basically until fall.(UPDATE)! This place just called us again an said that the couch is now backed up until December!! Like this is the worst place I’ve ever dealt with and idk how they think this is acceptable. I rarely get frustrated but this is beyond frustrating to deal with people like this.

I bought this bed set about 2 years ago and I’ve had nothing but problems with it from the day I bought it they replaced it within one to two months of getting it and it’s still awful. I literally have 5 knobs left on my dresser.. and the boards on the bed have to be adjusted at LEAST twice a day…I will probably not purchase any big item from this place again….Signed a customer who’s currently adjusting the boards to her bed once again…

Tried to buy local but what a disaster. Custom order a sofa in Dec 2020 to be here in April 21. Now they are telling me they didnt get it ordered there was a mix up. They or the manufacturer are taking responsibility who dropped the ball. Awful experience here will never use them again. Customer service is horrible with the local manager.

I had an unfriendly sales rep at this mall, who is unwilling to provide the information that may help us. He just seemed to be so indifferent to what we concerned and responded to our questions with short and blunt answers. No helpful guidance was provided at all. I felt that I was not a valued customer nor respected. I did not purchase. I am going to look for another mall. It was very unpleasant experience.

Very welcoming and plenty of inventory IN STOCK! I didnt think this would be an issue, but a similar furniture mart-like store in the area didnt seem to have inventory to deliver.Made an appointment here with Melissa and she was ready to go in showing furniture that was the correct size and in budget. She was quite pleasant to work with.The kicker here is that they had everything we wanted ready to deliver. Delivery was on time and fast.Should have just gone here first and skipped the out of state mart.

Furniture Mall of Kansas provided quite the experience (not a very good one). After purchasing a 5 piece bedset, 2 box frames and a table on Saturday, I was assured that my items would be prepped and wrapped for pickup the next day if I came between 12-5pm. I show up on Sunday around 2:30pm, and none of my items are in the bay ready for pickup. I felt bad for the two young men working the pick-up bay, they were very clearly understaffed and had been given little to no guidance. Despite them trying their best, I had to physically walk with them on the floor to find my own furniture which I was told would be ready to go. Turns out, it was in the exact same place I had last seen it. Being that I didnt feel like waiting around all day and had a rental truck to return I then had to help carry my own furniture out of the store into the bay and then help break it down myself. In my numerous trips, I passed a handful of salesmen on the floor who should have very clearly realized something was off, given I was lugging furniture off the floor and distinctly was not wearing the uniform of an employee. All in all, this forced me to quadruple the miles I had to drive the rental, go overtime on it, spend an unpleasant amount of time carrying my own order out of the store, break it down, and not even have my furniture properly wrapped and packed. Not a good experience for my first time there.

A furniture store that covers nearly everyones budget. Very helpful staff, almost felt too upscale up front.nmore budget friendly offerings wwaaaaaaay way in back. Regardless the staff will help you out as best they can, though I do feel they earn commission on the sale, so be firm if you need the item you want today and its a floor model.

We had seen a few sofas on their website and liked the prices. We made an appointment for a Sunday.Gabriel was friendly and helpful and was careful to maintain a distance between us at all times. All staff wore face masks. Free masks were available for customers in need of one.We were not decisive on furniture options and traversed the store looking for exactly what would work for us.Gabriel was patient as we changed our preferences a few times.We ended up purchasing a living room set of furniture and will be back to look for floor lamps and possible other decor items.Complementary cookies were scrumptious.I was pleased when I received a call from an employee that had taken the initiative to find out the paint color on one of their partial walls for me. Instead of waiting for a manager to handle my question on their return a few days later, she looked in the back room for a paint can and copied down the information on the label for me!Overall we were very happy with our experience.

Love the store!!! With that being said its the most expensive place Ive ever been to the furniture some of its high in other furniture if you drove 3 hours you could save 1500 bucks on a glove seat sofa combo the same things like Nebraska furniture Mart at Ashley furniture those two stores we both compared we are buying a loveseat sofa Ashley Nebraska furniture Mart both comparable prices for the same exact brand make at the furniture Mall it was $1,892 more which the complete set at both other places happen to be 1750 so you would have saved more than what it cost just making a drive to somewhere else!! Love the store the people are super nice high and stuff for sure but I dont know how they stay in business with the prices they have I guess Im a little more frugal!!

If you have a choice shop somewhere else and I will tell you why- Honestly the buying experience was excellent- Nice store, great layout and our salesman was top notch- We ordered a full bedroom set, King bed, 2 dressers, and 2 nightstands so you can imagine we dropped a few thousand dollars. The items were suppose to come in different shipments which we completely okay with, whatever makes Furniture Mall of Kansas (FMK) life easier- This is where everything fell apart and FMK couldnt get back on their feet- We kept getting phone calls from different associates telling us different days our order was coming in- 4 different associates, for 4 different days, for all the same pieces- It took 3 different phone calls and talking to numerous different people before finally someone figured out the separate tickets and worked out a day that the furniture was to be delivered- Now it gets worse- The Furniture came either BROKEN or parts were missing! The main dresser the legs were broken and off centered- the tech said it was designed bad and they would have to order new pieces and have the dresser fixed... my brand new dresser... my husbands dresser the legs were completely missing- We were promised these were easy fixes and instead of returning the pieces took them in on good faith that Mall of kansas would fix the issues. 6 Weeks later we called and called and finally find out the legs were never ordered and they have no idea what happened to the pieces for the other dresser. But alas they have a dresser in stock and it could be delivered on saturday, but when we call and speak to the delivery manager Jess about the legs to my husbands dresser we are told that delivery wasnt actually entered in the system and it could be delivered ON tuesday morning- exhausted out of our minds we said please just fix our furniture that we fully paid you for months ago- if only to get a phone call 30 mins later that it has to be tuesday afternoon now!- and here I am writing you tuesday at 345 pm still with no furniture. I cant make this up and one mistake sure it happens, but all of this... buy from somewhere else-

My husband and I were favorably impressed with the Furniture Mall of Kansas in Olathe. Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic the employees were hospitable; quick to help, but not intrusive. The store was set up to follow CDC protocol and we felt safe during the visit. We are excited to see our new chair to be delivered in a few more weeks!

Im greatly looking forward to receiving my new furniture. This is this first time I have ever purchased new furniture. I didnt know quite what to expect but it was a good experience.I receive excellent help and the sales person was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He found out what I was interested in and also the price range that I was comfortable with. He didnt try to over sell me or show me things I wasnt interested in.I purchased a rocking recliner chair on Saturday May 16th. I enjoyed the experience so much and since he sold me exactly what I said I wanted I went back the very next day and I purchased a couch with a hide a bed and ended up spending more than double of what my chair cost me.They didnt have either item in stock but that actually worked out for the better since that gives me time to find homes for my old furniture.In closing is have to say that if you are interested in purchasing new furniture to check at the FURNITURE MALL of KANSAS. Then ask for Mike Nickel. Very disappointed. Would be zero stars but I had to pick something. Purchased a 3k Ashley sectional 9/20/19. 3 of the pieces ripped within months. A 4th has since ripped. Been dealing with the store & Protection 1 (the ins. co) 4/21 and still not resolved. They each say its the others responsibility and of course Ashely is a no show on any warranty. Would not recommend. Save yourself the aggravation.10/9/20 - Thanks for the response. Ive talked to Jess over the past 10 days and we may be making progress. Will know move after 10/16/20. However, this is still confusion with the insurance company. I also dont agree that all 4 pieces (of the 5 piece set) we damaged by pets. Regardless, that shouldnt matter because the insurance policy I purchased says it covers pet damage.

We went to Nebraska Furniture Mart and were hounded constantly by salespeople. We didnt see anything we really liked, so we headed to Furniture Mall of Kansas. We didnt feel any pressure and couldnt have been happier with how helpful Jake and his trainee Griffin were. We spent hours trying to make decisions and Jake and Griffin were very patient. When it was time to look for more furniture, we knew that we wanted to work with Jake again and we always will. Thanks again for being so patient and helpful Jake! Well be back.

I own many pieces from them, but was very disappointed when I went to the store last weekend. I counted 7 employees, including our salesperson, with their masks under their nose. I saw one salesman with his completely pulled down to his chin! I don’t feel like they take covid very seriously here.

Gilbert Gonzalez was absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only did he help us get the best kitchen table and chairs, he did it without pressuring us. We actually left and went looking at two other furniture stores, we returned later the same day. After we purchased the kitchen table and chairs he went to walk us out when we told him we wanted to look at flooring. He then introduced us to Megan and was she so extremely helpful that we also purchased the flooring that weve been looking for. This was our first time shopping at the Furniture Mall of Kansas and we will definitely be returning.

I’ve done some roofing work here and every time I walk inside I see something I want and think “looks like I’m working for store credit today” 😂Almost everything in our house is from FMOK.The layout of the store is really cool. They have different sections for different budgets. No matter how hard I try to steer my wife away from the high end section she always seems to find “the one” there 🙄😆 The moment you walk through the doors you will feel the difference between FMOK and other similar stores. They truly go out of there way to make sure you feel comfortable. The staff is never pushy and just there to help only when you want it. Go here before NFM believe me you won’t regret it.

I paid for a new mattress on Labor Day of this year (September 7th) and was told it would be 4-6 weeks delivery. It has now been 8 weeks and no one has taken the initiative to contact me. I have called a few times and am told there is a delay and that the mattresses will be sent to the store from the warehouse soon. I understand delays but it is hard to get past the lack of communication here. I would not recommend this place to others. UPDATED TO REPLY: The order is listed under Chris Turner. I was last told it was shipping to your store on October 23rd and would be there in a few days but now have heard nothing.

The most patient staff I’ve encountered. Our salesperson Charlotte greeted us and spend plenty of time making sure we were happy with our purchase. Happy with the service and professionalism with our transaction. If in the market to buy furniture or home goods, this place is a must see!
