All I wanted was a license plate ring. I completely understand the shipping and lack of product. I spoke to two people, the 2nd of which claimed to be the store manager. I was at store 3 months ago, was there to order or buy a 1290 adventureR.. Sales was only interested in dumping inventory. I was there to order what I wanted. BS. That day I was there was obviously, 3 months ago. Short staff couldnt handle walk ins....potential buyers, to man phone for services and parts. How about you man phones for potential buyers that pay your rent? I will definitely pass this on to my fellow KTM owners

I bought a Zero SR from here and these are the nicest guys ever! I test drove two different motorcycles and they answered all my questions about range, charging, maintenance, and accessories to make sure it was right for me. The actual purchase was super easy too and before I knew it I was riding it off the lot into the sunset.(Actually away from the sunset, since I live in MO which is east of KS but doesnt that sound a lot more romantic?) Anyway I definitely recommend this place.

Friendly enough desk workers. Found the parts and told me to call back if they dont get to me by the delivery date. Thats better than other bikes shops Ive been to.(Update: they got my parts in quickly and even installed the seat for me for free. Good on ya ! Even though I think the counter guy just wanted to get away from the desk for a few moments 😉)

Had a little mishap today while doing some routine pre race checks. The bolt for the kick starter snapped off in the kickstarter shaft on my sons bike. With no tools to extract the bolt out I called The one and only Jimmy T at Letko Cycles at 2:30 pm on a Saturday and told him I had an emergency. Told him the problem and he told me to get the bike to him ASAP. Letko Cycles here we come. After about 30 min or so Jimmy and Scott got that thing out of there. The relief my son had when Jimmy handed me the other half of the broken bolt was huge knowing the race was on! This is why I have been a customer of Letko Cycles for over 20 years! They may not always be the cheapest but they will always do what ever it takes to help me out when they can to get me to the races.Thanks again fellas!

Picked up my KTM 2011 complete rebuild was given an estimated quote back in June during covid and was told it probably wont be done till August here we are July 16th and picking it up early and was cheaper than the quote given that rarely happens what a great honest crew. Absolutely killer service. I was in a pinch to get a paddle mounted for a trip the next day after Cycle Gear in Lenexa couldnt manage to do it in 3 full days. Went in at 5:20 pm, and didnt expect to get my tire mounted before they closed (6pm), but an older gentleman mounted my tire in 20 minutes. Guy was super personable and nice. I was looking for Zero brand electric motorcycle and they have it. The staff were nice and explain every detailed between different Zero model. I will come back eventually and will buy the Zero SR.

Great Dealership. Just bought a bike there a few weeks ago and they were honest and up front, no BS at all. Been back a few times for little things and had a great experience. Theyre also hard to beat on parts prices. I used to shop the internet for the best price but these guys usually cant be beat.

Im new to the area and temporarily living in an apartment and have been forced now to use a shop as I cant turn wrenches at the apt complex. Went to Letko and Wow! Terrific Staff that are always willing to help you with anything. Every question I have asked has been answered and every service/upgrade done very quickly and very well priced (I moved here from Austin). Repeat customer here for sure for years!

We use Letko for changes of tires all the time, but this time we found a used bike at a great price that we had to make ours.From the initial how does this fit me to the end of the purchase it was a great experience.There were two riders and a teen so when the second rider took his test ride one of the guys took us in back to the work area and showed us the collection of old KLRs and other bikes they had. That was very cool.Well, we bought the bike and now we are having a great time riding it. If the guys hadnt been so super nice to the guy saying Im no where near buying, but getting prepped for the spring we would have just moved on, but they didnt push, answered my questions and didnt hover over me as I looked around. Such a great experience.
