This particular store is a gem. If youre a tool guy( and I am) then this one wont disappoint. Its clean, tidy, everything has a place and its actually in its place. The employees are helpful but not hovering over the customer like a vulture waiting for you to fall over dead. All IN. BIG BOYS TOY STORE.

Seriously worth it for the price. I went to a specialized wood working shop today and everything was crazy overpriced so I left and went to Harbor Freight. They a lot of the same exact tools for a fraction of the cost. I also got a sweet coupon discount on a lathe I got for fathers day. Definitely worth a visit.

My husband loves this place, he calls it hiscandy store. We have always had great service. If anything was wrong with the product, they exchanged without any issues.

They have a decent variety of inexpensive tools and equipment. From hands tools and power tools to heavy duty lifts and air compressors. They also have a selection of outside lighting and solar power kits. Its a good place to go and find what you need, and sometimes what may not need, but you just have to have it anyway.

Okay.i like harbor freight alot.but I had a membership and Everytime I would go in they said they couldnt find my membership. And now my membership expired Im not going to renew it because I feel like the whole year it was worthless because they could never find it

The store is a good size considering its selection the tools are everywhere, I personally found it hard to find things but the staff are very knowledgeable about where and what they have in stock. They seem to know instantaneously what Im referring to and where it is in the store. They are friendly and courteous though always very busy, I usually only see one or two in the store at any given time.

Bought an half inch electric impact driver. I love it! It will do a days work in just minutes. Price was $50. A very good deal. This store will make a man drool to add more tools to his toolbox.

The Olathe, KS store has knowledgeable and pleasant employees as well as a manager that knows tools and desires to see that the customer is totally satisfied with all aspects of his or her purchase(s).This national company is concerned about the quality of their products and is always improving the existing product line and bringing out new top notch tools.Some early tools that were offered were very affordable yet some quality issues needed to be addressed. And these issues were addressed with updates or improvements or were replaced with a new improved line. HF now has an absolutely fantastic line of high quality hand, pneumatic and battery operated tools as well as other items for the homeowner, hobbyist or mechanic.I am in the process of replacing all of my air tools as well as my battery powered drill, screw gun etc. I am really sold on these high quality, heavy duty brutes (and no I was not paid by HF to write this or any other review).I am very pro Harbor Freight because as a company they are truly dedicated to having their products be high quality and dependable while still remaining very affordable. I am now retired but previously owned a classic car restoration business. I am now a serious hobbyist restoring all facets of my own antique, classic and high performance automobiles.I own and use a large selection of tools that include mechanics hand & air tools, 110 volt power tools, auto body repair hand & air tools, metal fabrication equipment, welders/cutters and battery powered tools etc so I know what I want and demand from any tool I use. And I get this from Harbor Freight.With all of HFs new quality tool introductions in recent months I expect them to readily become the go to tool & supplies store for both the hobbyist and professional alike.

There are some decent deals here using the coupons. If you dont get their flyer go online and print them out or download the phone app. Everything I purchased has been good with the exception of the drill bits that could not drill through a pinewood derby car and a multimeter that failed on DC current(it was a freebie). I think their inverter generators are well priced as well but require a significant break in period. The pumps have worked well for my purposes as well and the warrenty is a logical purchase if you are concerned. The tools have worked well but I am not a full time tradesman either. I purchase them to put on various places when I need something so I haul less around. You can tell the cheap stuff right off typically by feel at the store.

They carry decent tools for a very affordable price. It may not be the best tools compared to the big box stores but they do sell extended warranties. Look for the 20%-25% in the newspaper ads. Worth the price for those who are just want to buy the tools to finish the job.
