They are not very good with elderly customers. Father-in-law was trying to close his account. They need to be more hands on with some people. If I wasnt there he wouldnt have been able to pay off the final cost.

I had to cancel my service because I moved to an apartment that only allowed AT&T as a provider. I went into the store and turned in my equipment. I asked if I owed anything and the service person told me I paid my bill and nothing was owed.The next month they charged me $90 so I called to find out why. I was forced to go online to speak with someone, which turned out to be a call center in a foreign country where English isn’t there first language. The first person hung up on me after 19 minutes and the second person wasted 21 minutes of my time.Never before have I had to pay a fee when canceling service due to moving and not being able to continue service with the carrier. No wonder why no one wants to do business with cable companies anymore. You got my $90 but that will be the last $1 you get from me.

It is impossible to speak to a live human. You cant call the store directly. They hire people who hang signs on your door who cant read or dont care that it is a posted violation of city ordinances to solicit. Trying to even get in touch with them about this privileged was a nightmare, I cant imagine being an actual customer trying to get through

After price hike and told there would be a data cap on our internet ( since we are all teleworking during covid) we started shopping around for internet. Got a new internet carrier so canceled phone service first when our phone ported then our internet rate tripled. Canceled internet as quick as we could. Went to the Olathe Kansas store to bring our equipment and Irwin took a box from the bag and left the bag on a front bench. Then walked all the way to the back of the store to a computer. I of course grabbed the bag with all out stuff and followed. He scanned a serial number pulled our info asked if i was My husbands name and said well thats my husband. And then i asked for a printed receipt several times. Irwin refused said it would be emailed. We asked what email address would it go to he said a xfinity one i asked again can we have it printed he said we would have access to the email and he cant print it, it will be emailed. So we left. 20 minutes later no access to email had to go back to see Irwin I went Karen on him and said i dont have access i need it printed he said well you never asked for it, and you left anyways. Irwin also made a comment under his breath he wouldn’t repeat. Goes to the same computer and starts typing. Never asks my name or info but is able to access all my information Scary! I asked him how do you know who i am he said its all on screen i can see who I’ve accessed. Hmm nice security xfinity. Never will use them again worst customer service!

First I was lured in with a great price for everything I needed. They promised this was not like AT&T. Yay!Next, My bill doubled without any warning. I was then told I needed to get a new deal to bring my monthly costs down, which is still $80 more than when I started. And I have to pay the inflated bill before my new service will begin.Next, after they charge me more for the service, I have to install the equipment for which they charged me for shipping. And, I have to go out of my way to return the old equipment.Tell me again how this is not like AT&T. I feel like Im doing all the work and not getting kissed, if you know what I mean.

First and foremost, when I walked in the establishment, not only was I greeted right away but with a smile! The environment is very clean, friendly and the gentleman I talked to really knows his stuff. I really, really think its cool that you offer mobile and that you saved me a bunch of money from my current carrier. Ill definitely be back and will be telling all my friends to come here!!!

How many times do I get the door opened for me and greeted immediately? This store is a much needed and well built upgrade from the old location! You can pay your own bill with the Kiosks and get some great service and attention if you’re coming to sign up for their services. Lots of bright light and TVs to watch while you wait.

We are a small Airbnb business and we have used Xfinity for the majority of our homes! The customer service at this location in particular is fantastic! From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you turn on your internet (or cable) at home the customer service is on point. I highly recommend this particular location. Being that I am in the customer service industry, it is very important to me that I receive good customer service. Thank you Jay for taking excellent care of us!

Im sorry, I can not write a cute or joyful review for this store. Yes, you are greeted only because all the employees are sitting around a table, at the front door, playing on their phones. Same guy asks everytime, What you doing? Not May I help you. Bill in hand, pretty obvious. God Forbid the kiosk be down, the employees might have to put down their toys. They really need to return to the old store on Ridgeview, noticed none of the employees from that store here. I would like to assume employees with manors quit instead of working with this group, but Im going to guess they were let go to hire rude non-professional employees.
