Amazing JobService was quick and I’m the allotted time as stated. I was out quite a way but even for the amount charge was reasonable and happy to pay with no damage to my vehicle as I would have done, trying to do it myself. Highly recommended and hopefully I don’t have to use them again but would if I found myself in the same conundrum.

Attempt to copy my car key ended in the key being damaged at a big box store.Key seller advised me to use a local locksmith.After looking around, I found Chaffee Lok-Pro not far from where I live.Business was easily identifiable. Parking was easy.The lady was very professional and finished the duplication in a couple of minutes.She did ask if I wanted them to program the key. Since I had a software, I didnt do that.The duplicated key works flawlessly.Would highly recommend this local business!

Referred here by the folks at Brogden Kia as the trunk lock on my 2008 Kia is jammed and cannot be opened from the interior nor with the key. Spoke to a nice lady at the counter who says it seems more mechanical than a lock issue...ummmmm the truck lock is jammed...what do locksmiths do?!? Anyway, complete waste of time and energy....

Great Family Friendly Business I find out. My car was dead and the doors locked, needed the emergency key. Mindy with Chaffee LokPro opened the fob and BAM, my key. Now i could get in the car, raise the hood and jump start it. So much for leaving the lights on! LOL Thanks again Mindy!

I feel bad I didnt write this review sooner! But last winter while getting my daughter in the car for daycare I had gotten her buckled had the car on to warm up the car, I dropped something on the ground and bumped the door closed while grabbing itI tried to open the door and it was locked I was freaking out. My daughter was too! I called chaffe as they were very close to me. I explained everything and probably sounded so frantic! Iwas trying so hard to keep my daughter occupied so she wouldnt know i was freaking out. They arrived in about 20 min amd got it unlocked. I was so grateful and daughter was perfectly fine thank you!!

Where as no other place was willing (the dealership) or able to help me out this establishment went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. I locked my keys in my car while at the carwash this Sunday morning! I called the first Olathe # to pop up that looked local (not a 1-800 #) and the owner answered. I was so happy anyone answered on a Sunday! He was having breakfast with his wife but told me he could come right after. He showed up maybe 30 minutes later and brought me to tears. I was so thankful for him this day and he was efficient, so personable and friendly and just a great person to come rescue me on a Sunday when he could have easily ignored my call. Final price was so reasonable. An overall great experience and thankful there are still good people out there!

We own a 2013 Ford Escape, bought new and including 2 key fobs that came with the vehicle. Last week after a battery change, both fobs inexplicably failed, and would perform no functions. Olathe Ford Service Department tried to reprogram the fobs, but could not. They then told us that we needed 2 new fobs, which including reprogramming, would cost $600, an offer we declined. Yesterday we took the fobs to Chaffee Lok-Pro, and they offered to try reprogramming them. After working on them for less than an hour, Lok-Pro had both fobs performing successfully, as they were originally intended to perform, at a cost of less than $100. We cannot speak highly enough of this company, and their employees, and their service. We appreciate having a company of this caliber in Olathe. Thank you, Chaffee Lok-Pro.

Great place!! The lady working the front counter had her days mixed up and told me my door handle for one of my work trucks would be ready the next day, this was Friday and they are not open on Saturday for walk ins. I called and the lady that answered got ahold of the women that took the door handle, she went in on her day off and got the handled fitted for the key I needed. Great service.

Great family business. I had a Lexus key cut and had the battery replaced in the old key that had been glued in the past when the screw broke. They meticulously cut through the glued area and despite the considerable labor only charged me for the battery.

I went in to get some special keys cut and they were able to do them in 5 minutes. I will be back.

I highly recommend Lok-Pro to anyone in the southwest Kansas area. Lok-Pro is the go to locksmith in Olathe KS. This company been running for over 30 years! If you are ever confronted with an emergency lock-out, David and his team are the people to get a hold of. The Lok-pro shop also has many options for key duplications, safes and padlocks!

Since I wasnt in a huge hurry I reached out to Chaffee Lok-Pro to cut a key for a truck by email and never got a response back. So I called and have yet to get a call back.I called Mid-America Locksmiths and in less than 2 hrs was back up and running.

I went a little bit out of my way to get to the lok pro. But I had a recommendation so I was going to try it out. A gentleman named Derek help me out. He was professional, kind and excellent. I had two copies of my Kia Optima key made. I was in and out in under six minutes. Excellent service and definitely a fair price. I will definitely go back.
