We came to Rock Tops after a needing to move on from a contractor we hired to do a kitchen remodel. The service that we received was top notch. Working directly with Chip and Kate was a great experience. With their help we were able to get our kitchen project wrapped up. The service we received could not have been better and will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

Excellent experience with Rock Tops from the selection to the installation. They offered slabs and smaller pieces of marble which I found hard to locate these days. I would highly recommend Rock Tops. Shelby and the installers offered a customer service that was not only highly rated but extremely appreciated. The install was easy and looks great too. I would use them again in the remodel process and would recommend them for anyone purchasing granite or marble.

Oh my, I am thrilled every time I walk into my kitchen and see my gorgeous countertops! From the first visit when I walked into the store, until the installation, everything went very smoothly. Julie, the sales person I worked with, was very knowledgeable and patient. She explained the pros and cons of granite vs quartz, took me through the warehouse, and allowed me to wander through a second time. Her quote (from my rough measurements) was very reasonable, and varied very little from the final amount. She was quick to respond to emails and any questions that I had.The gentleman that did the template was very professional and efficient - wish I could remember his name. And the final product, installed by Martine and Armando, couldn’t be better. My contractor was impressed with the seams they did. I know where they are, and still have to look carefully to find them. All in all, a totally positive experience - every step of the way!

Rocktops is a great company! My sales person/project manager was very helpful when I was choosing my quartz and has been spot on getting installation scheduled and following up during installation. The installers, Brandon and Orlando, were great. They were on time, very polite and left the kitchen very clean. There is one seam in the quartz and I can only find it because I know where it is. I highly recommend this company!

Our salesman was Evan - he did an amazing job of showing us all the options, from sinks to edges to slabs. He had a ton of knowledge about the different materials, and what worked best in what application. Their quote was very comprehensive, and broke down clearly what wed be paying for. Once we accepted the quote, he had a guy there to do templates within a couple days.Their install crew left a little to be desired. We had some wall damage, they broke our kitchen faucet when un-installing it, and it turns out our bracing on our breakfast bar wasnt going to support the granite, so we had to rush out and buy some stronger brackets meant for granite tops. They also did very little to clean up the mess they made, we picked up their dirty towels and vacuumed up the majority of the dust ourselves. I contacted Evan about these issues, and they agreed to reduce our price to compensate for the faucet being broken. He also mentioned they would go over these things in their training sessions.All in all, I absolutely love our granite tops. The workmanship of the cutouts and the edges is amazing, they managed somehow to cut everything so there is a really nice flow between the counters and backsplash. Their price was fantastic, Evan was awesome, and the template guy was great too. I hope they can improve a little on their installation teams, that was my only complaint - but was again very impressed that they chose to step up and make it right. I would buy from them again!

The technician who came to the house to measure was efficient and professional. The men who installed the counter top were also very polite and respectful. UPDATE: Zach, Rocktops carpenter, came out to repair the two dings. He did the best he could and they arent as noticeable.We purchased a beautiful quartz countertop to go over laminate cupboards. The installers chipped the laminate in two places which can be seen every time you sit at the kitchen table. The installers were supposed to take the kitchen sink but left it for the plumber. The plumber didnt have room in the truck for the sink but wouldnt have been able to carry it out by himself anyway because it was too heavy. It took five days for RockTops (after several emails and phone calls) to pick up the sink. Additionally, the installers moved the dishwasher around so the door wouldnt close properly and the bottom wasnt flush with the floor. Thankfully the plumber was awesome and fixed those issues for us.

Wow! I can’t say enough positive things about the service and communication of RockTops and the cost of my new counter. I spent weeks trying to spec and price a counter at the big box stores, which was a frustrating and confusing experience. From the moment I emailed RockTops, everything changed. They were prompt. Their price was great. And the staff in their showroom was highly knowledgeable, almost as if they could predict my many questions and answer them before I asked. Their COVID protocols were in full effect and that made me feel very comfortable. Additionally, the templating and install staff were all prompt and courteous. We are so grateful to Rock Tops in helping us to create the kitchen of our dreams. Our guide, Molly was thorough, timely, and easy to communicate with. Install day was a breeze. A couple weeks after install, we noticed that our granite top needed a couple cosmetic touch ups - but they were there to repair. Overall we were very impressed. We will be returning when we tackle the next remodel project :)

From the beginning, we felt we were not taken seriously and the communication with our assigned sales representative has been subpar due to lack of or incorrect information given. We have had to verify and confirm dates and details multiple times due to the sales representative providing wrong information. We were initially given a 48 hour hold on the specific piece of quartzite that we were choosing. We attempted multiple times to get ahold of someone throughout the 48 hours to ensure we wanted to move forward with the specific piece and could not get in touch with our sales representative regarding this. The front desk was also unable to help us and when requested to speak with a manager, we were not put in touch at that time. We visited the showroom multiple times to pick counters and sinks and were still not shown the designer room until we visited a third time upon our request to be shown all options. Rather than being shown the designer room, we were told to “look online at the options”. After requesting this third appointment that was not originally going to be scheduled, we were finally shown the designer room upon request and made lots of changes to our projects and major decisions that would not have been made had we not requested this final appointment and the designer room. This was concerning, wondering how these choices would have been made had we not requested to come in again as our sales representative was wanting us to approve all final decisions via email that day without any of these small details discussed. Upon this final meeting, extra charges that were not previously discussed were added to our quote. “Load assist” was added as an extra expense due to the size of the counter piece and the extra workers it would require installing. The size of the piece was not new news, so we questioned why suddenly it was being added. Upon installation, there was no extra people there to help with installation, though we were still going to be charged with this “load assist” fee. Installation dates were changed multiple times due to various issues that got in the way on their end. Once the counters were finally installed, they were not sealed. It was not until a day later that we were told (after asking) that they will not be sealed for another 2 weeks so we needed to be careful not to spill anything. We have basically had unusable counters for 2 weeks now due to having to be cautious before they would seal them. We have had no issues with the installers or plumbers, but wish our experience throughout the entire company could have been better with the large amount we are spending on our project and the over 2 months this has taken to reschedule multiple cancelled appointments, missed information and headache.

Very happy with the job that Oscar and Dallas completed! We had a large island (4x9 ft), small bar sink area and a 10 ft sink counter area done. It looks so good. RockTops quoted us the day we called, got a guy out to take measurements in 3 days, and install a few days later. They were quick and professional. We are very happy customers!Also, we called a bunch of other places to get quotes and the other places quoted us much more than RockTops. The other places also took 2 or more weeks to get quotes to us. Just call RockTops, don’t waste your time with other companies.

Kate was so helpful from beginning to end, the demo/installation team was efficient, and able to problem solve a little situation that came up, and plumbing hook up was a breeze too. Not only do they offer a BEAUTIFUL and large selection of Granite and Quartz to choose from they also have a nice selection of sinks to go with the stone you choose that makes your whole reno come together. We worked with Kate Conway for our kitchen remodel and she was a dream. There was one very minuscule issue the day of install and Kate had someone back out that very day to fix it.
