Very poor customer service!! This is the worst home depot I have ever seen !! the lady who work on customer service desk was Very unfriendly and Very rude! I was been there on 08-22-2016 for my deliver order. I waited 20 minutes at pro desk, Nobody show up.Then I been customer service desk ask for help. the lady who work on customer service desk tell me pro desk on the meeting right now, nobody will be show up after 5:30. and she tell me came back after 5:30. I say:pro desk is only one can help me for deliver order? could you mind help me complete this order? she say:sorry I can not I say, that is fine. but as far as I know pro desk will closed after 5:30, now is 4:00, if you sure they will be there after 5:30 I can wait here until they come.Unfortunately, the lady Very impatient repeated ：‘ I already tell you they at meeting now, please come back 530, and you can leave now!’ I say :what? leave? could you mind tell me, are you sure they will be there 5:30 or not? if not, I am not going come back...and.....she tell the other lady who also work customer service say:he stay here for trouble， I had told him six times about the answer。。。。“then I say :what? I just want to know, are you sure they will be back after 5:30? could you mind... now, the other lady tell me:hi, sir, we are busy nowwe need to take care other custome! could you mind leave？“......ok,that is it! later I come back to pro desk .Bob helped me that order already。look like everything just ok! but I feel so bad about customer service! and I still wait for them deliver for me on this friday!(Bob try deliver for me on today,but, they can not make it heppen. so they change to friday.)so.....Let me wait for deliver! I hope the deliver people better then customer service! by the way, home depot have better service then lowes. but Does not include this one!!~!!!!!!oh, yes, at that time they say busy.....I saw there just had 2people wait on the line。。。。。and 2 worker work onCustomer Service too.... they say busy! ！！！home depot check camera please! they will tell you how is your worker work on Customer Service! the lady never smile for your Customers......
