Had an appointment and was on time, my hair dresser is awesome and takes her time. The shop was extremely clean and good COVID precautions taken.

Hanna is the best! Great place so knowledgeable and carry multiple brands of professional products. Would not go anywhere else.

She didnt listen to what I wanted really. And then they did exactly what my friend didnt want on her hair. And not to mention the lady doing hers took over 2 hrs to foil her hair. Then it turned gray. When I expressed my concerns they didnt even offer to take money off because she was very upset. And price was 2x the amount I was quoted over the phone. We were there for 4 hours. Way too long. I dont think I will ever go back.

I went into the Shop looking for hair ties and accessories for my daughters hair. When IAsked the three women that work there that were sitting at the desk if they had it accessories for children’s hair they just starred like i was speaking a foreign language. One stated we do not sell hair.... first my hair is past my mid back... and if you listened to what your customers were saying instead of assuming due to my ethnicity you’d know what i was looking for.

My son had shoulder length hair, we took in a picture of a haircut that was about 1/2 inch below the collar, over the ears and bangs about 1/4 below the eyebrows - my son ended up with a haircut almost two inches above his eyebrows and layered in the back like a girls cut. Worst experience EVER for a middle age school kid. I have never had a good experience at this place, but unfortunately it is where my husband chose to take him for this very important cut.

I went in yesterday afternoon for a haircut with my mom. Mind you, she was doing something nice for me because I haven’t been feeling like myself being 8 months pregnant about to deliver my daughter. You just feel big and uncomfortable. So I already went in feeling pretty uncomfortable & insecure. Well, as if it couldn’t get worse... I got the assistant manager I forgot her name.. long blonde hair. Anything she had to say was with judgement. I’m aware my hair got messed up last time I went to get it cut. That’s why I don’t like getting it cut. “Did you cut it yourself? What is this? Ok well I can’t make it look 100% considering these hairs right here” I left feeling worse than when I came in. That should NEVER happen. EVER. Nobody should come in a shop that’s to enhance beauty, confidence, healthy hair and come out feeling like sh*t. Other than that, the receptionist was nice and the hair besides the bangs look decent. I tipped & left, but I can assure you I’ll make sure I wait for whoever else is available that can do their job without judgment and attitude.

The Hair Shop has been in business for as long as I can remember. Im not good about making hair appointments, but when I call they always manage to get me in. The staff is friendly, professional, and they always do a good job. Thats the key to their longevity in the business.

Worst haircut Ive ever gotten. She cut it 2 inches shorter then what I showed her I wanted. Now I look like a 9 year old boy with uneven hair.
