Dropped vehicle off for standard service. Service center called to inform that air filter needed replaced. Authorized replacement and informed them that the audio system had factory reset a couple of times and asked if they could check if there was an update. He said he would check and hung up. They could be a little more professional when dealing with customers. They are hit or miss when dealing with them. Some days they are super friendly and others, they could care less. Never had these issues when we had a Toyota Highlander and dealt with Toyota dealerships.
