I had a very bad experience at another Midas location and I said I would never go to another. I’m so happy that I decided to give this location a shot and I was extremely impressed. Chris and all the folks there were very helpful, professional, and take the time to answer any questions. I was able to get financing for my service thanks to Chris that had to assist me and he was happy to help me. Will never go any place else because these guys here are outstanding and trustworthy!!!! I drove in mid-day Saturday without an appointment. I explained that I had a new rattle in the rear of my car and that I wanted to make sure nothing was seriously wrong before I spent two days on the road returning home to Virginia. Within 30 minutes they had made sure there was nothing seriously wrong and reattached a mud flap that had lost a screw. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs car service. Awesome staff, no hassle inspection and repair on my vehicle. They let me know what I needed to get eventually but that it could wait if needed.

Great experience! I was a walk-in and they were able to get me in and change out 4 tires within an hour. The best part was my 2 and 5 yr old were able to watch them work on the tires through the indoor window so it kept them entertained.

Drove in with a very flat tire. They were so helpful and worked me into their schedule. Very nice and the price was very fair.

I had a few issues. I was on my way to my Dentist. My brake went to the floor. I met zack and he told me that Chris was there. God was on my side that day. Im so happy he got a promotion. I came in for an oil change (they have good discounts on those during specials), and after quickly finishing that, they found a huge issue with my alignment. My back tires were on the verge of going out due to wear on the tread that was caused by that. They were patient, letting me go back home to take the time to evaluate all of my options for replacing those tires and fixing the alignment, as I didnt want to pay for all of that on the spot without thinking through it first. In the end, I returned later that day, and they promptly fixed the alignment and replaced the tires. They also tied up a loose splash guard for me for free as well. This is a good, quality auto shop, and they are my go-to guys for auto repairs.

As far as I know they did a good job changing my oil. The only problem is if they changed the oil why only set my mile at 1800? Usually its 5000 or more. I have a VW Jetta and I have read stories where its a pain in the behind to change and some places will act like they have changed it. I didnt see them do it so I dont know. I will check my oil tomorrow. Its only been about 3 weeks so it should still be clear if they did. They did change the wipers as requested. Im just really confused by them only resetting my miles to 1800.

They said they did a wheel alignment. Dont think so. Tierods were bad and I had to take somewhere who knew what they were doing to get it done right. Wouldnt take nothing to them no matter how bad it needed fix

I took my car here to have a rattling heat shield reattached. They got me in at my appointment time, dealt with it quickly, and then didnt charge me, since it just took a washer to fix it. Great service, very clean shop (which I appreciate). I will definitely bring my car here again.

Called the place up told them the model and year of the car and told them the oil I needed they said it was $49.99 plus tax. Soon as I get there they said itll cost $79 ..Thank God I brought extra money .

I’ve been to this business twice now for the same reason. My car makes a loud grinding noise while driving and especially while slowing. Upon my first visit I was told it was the brakes/rotors and brake line. So, I replaced all of those things. I was told to let my brakes “wear in” . I let my brakes “ wear in” for a good month before calling back because my car was still making the same noise and nothing seemed different. Upon my second visit I was told the noise was actually a wheel barring and the power steering hose. I replaced all of these things. Still, the noise persists. At this pint I have spent close to two thousand dollars and my car still has the same problem. I’m obviously very frustrated at this point. I call to speak to the manager and he tells me I’ll just have to come back and to let them check again. I explained how much time and money I have spent there. He offers me nothing but another appointment. I feel taken advantage of at this point. I will not be going back to this place. I offer two stars because it was a nice friendly environment.

Absolutely fabulous! I took my car to Midas in Olathe for a brake job. They quoted me $480+tax for the job, which I accepted. When I picked up my car, they informed me that they were able to save and re-use the brake pad sensors on my car, saving me over $120! Incredibly honest folks and they did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had to bring back the vehicle because it wasnt fixed correctly the first time but they did make it right and corrected the issue and now Im on the road safe and I appreciate their extra help

Great place to take your car for maintenance and exhaust related issues. Tim, the manager, and Joseph, the mechanic, were very helpful in explaining my exhaust issue with the rusted out flange. I received a thank you email from the manager a day later. I would highly recommend Midas in Olathe KS to anyone to bring in their car for maintenance.

I just took my vehicle to Midas to get an alignment. Not only did they work me into the schedule to get the work done in my time frame, but I also observed very impressive customer service while I was waiting for my vehicle. Four or five different customers came in while I was waiting, and each was treated like family. It was a very casual and inviting atmosphere, which is odd to say about an auto repair store. When my vehicle was done, they made a couple recommendations for other repairs, but there was zero pressure and no expectation that I would have those repairs done today. They simply recommended them in the future. I will definitely be returning to this location for future service needs.

I have been using Midas for several years now. Sometimes with appointments, other times, an emergency walk in. My most recent visit was for brake problems on my 2005 Camry. They were able to work me in with no appointment. They quickly identified what repairs were needed and showed me what was wrong. This was late on a Friday afternoon. They replaced rotors, brake pads and caliper sliding pins, along with a much needed oil change. These guys in this shop are excellent. They stayed way after closing hours to get the car finished and me back on the road. I wont take my cars anywhere else. Superb service.

Quoted me $650 on a radiator change, which is insane, but a different employee was able to knock it down to $430. So definitely try and get their second price, dont accept their first one. Other than that, good service

Chris and his team always do quality work on my vehicles. I have been bringing my vehicles to Midas for years and they always diagnose and go over everything necessary for repairs and maintenance. Took my car in for an oil change picked it up with battery light on and saying check charging system. Quoted I need starter for $350 . Car died on me when I got home and wouldnt restart. Had to replace the alternator and starter that night on it became both were out. I didnt have these problems when I took it in. Also car was leaking fresh oil and piled pan which should have been replaced was covered in oil. Will Never take there again!!!

Got in and got it done right away saved me a lot of cuts and bleeding brakes work great. Tim was very nice and the mechanic was great whoever worked on my car did a really nice job. they replace both brake lines coming from the front of the car to the back of the car.

Great place to take your car. Took it in for a strange sound under the hood. Very simple fix. Didnt need any repairs, just a couple of screws that came out where the heat shield was lose. Didnt even charge me. Did need a new belt that was taken care of in very little time. Very courteous people, that answered all my questions. Being a senior I feel I can trust them. Will be using them all the time for sure.

I took my truck there to get my brakes checked after hearing some noises expecting a full brake job. They did a very thorough job inspecting them then informed me no brake job needed. Not sure other shops would have done the same and at no charge!

Chris was able to squeeze me in on my lumch break and had my valve stem core replaced in less than two minutes. Saved me time and was super friendly and helpful. Thanks guys. Been there twice now and been treated like family. You guys rock!

I needed quick, quality and honest service and Chris and his team provided that for me. I had both calipers lock up on my F-150 and Chris was able to get me fixed back up and on the road within a few hours. He didnt try to oversell me, and I appreciated his honesty with what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Highly recommend this shop.

This place knows great customer service with good repairs. They dont try and over sell and are upfront with options. We have been going here for a couple of years with different cars and never been disappointed.

Chris and the team he manages are the level that all other auto shops should strive to meet. Everytime I take a vehicle to Chris, he makes me feel confident Im getting everything I need without the unnecessary fluff other auto shops will sometimes suggest you need. My only complaint is that I cant take him with me when I move out of state! Everyone should use Chris and his team for their auto care needs and should suggest to their friends and family they do the same.

I went there at 4:45pm they close at 6:00pm I had a flat tire needed repair man said nope doesnt have time for that and im literally on flat no where to go stranded they were very rude and not professional

I got a entire new brake set up about 2 months ago and was very pleased. Since then I have been using this location for oil changes and maintenance as well. Only issue Ive had is the credit card services offered, the 3rd party they use is very difficult.

Had an exhaust problem. Took it into Midas. They got me in within 5 minutes and had an estimate shortly there after. They got cut out a bad piece of exhaust pipe and welded in a new piece in less than an hour. I guess I took it to the right place. Good job. Problem repaired.

We have taken all of our vehicles to this specific Midas location for at least 20 years. The management has always been courteous, knowledgeable, offers honest advise, does not push what you dont need, and utilizes their mechanics as great customer service representatives in sharing what they did to fix our vehicles. Joe Voda and Chris the current manager are special human beings and can be trusted 100%. We highly recommend taking your questions and vehicles to be handled with the greatest integrity.

I know Midas would Justify every penny. However, the price for the work was about $75.00 more than expected. I was never told about the total cost beforehand, never was I told about the shop fees, taxes, etc. I went in thinking I had disc breaks. I was told they were shoe. Hence with Taxes, Shop Fees; its naturally a higher cost of course. Disappointed? Yes.I cant say Midas was dishonest. They were just not as up-front as I would have liked them to have been in breaking down and showing the total cost. Will I come back? Perhaps. But next time I will be asking far more questions, including a breakdown of ALL charges and their total.

The car was serviced quickly. Person with whom I dealt was informative and polite. Thank you.

I needed a new exhaust system for my 1998 Acura SLX SUV. I was a bit panicked since Id already been told it could cost up to $2000 if something went wrong during the procedure. I did some research and found that Midas has great reviews here in Olathe. Man am I glad I went with them!The first person I talked with was Joe. He was courteous, kind and very informative. I was told up front the cost which was over $1700 dollars cheaper!! I took my vehicle in and it was done in two days since they had to specially bend the exhaust pipe. Even with that, the cost stayed the same as Joe told me.Im just so grateful! Tim must be doing a great job managing that store, and doing so with great knowledge and integrity. If I have repairs that Midas handles you can be darned sure I will be returning! Thank you Joe and Tim for making my first Midas experience a very happy and good one :o)P.S. Tim, smile more. This is a great place if you want to get your wheel studs damaged! Oh and its also a great place to only get some of your lug nuts put back! Dont bring your car here if you want to save yourself time and money.

I have used the Olathe shop for quite a while, easily over 10 years. Service has always been exceptional. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and well trained. Ive used this shop for routine maintenance, (oil change, filters, etc.), exhaust system work, brakes, check Service Engine light questions, and many other things that I cant remember. This place has caused my engine to blow after a oil change and caused me to have to get a new transmission after a clutch replacement and a new fly wheel I have missed cancer treatments my husband has lost his job these people have ruined my life and are not trying to make it right in a timely manner I am going to have to sue them because they just don’t care my son proudly served this country and for these people to have treated us the way they have is crazy right now this location and the location in Wichita Kansas on North Rock Road your gonna wish you never messed this family over

In 14 years, this Midas shop has never tried to upsell me, and I trust them to work on our daughters car too. They deliver quality work, and we save 30-50%, compared to what the dealer charges for most things, including the scheduled 30k, 60k, 90k mile services. And they donate meals to the Drive Out Hunger Campaign.
