I bought headlight assemblies for my 2016 Honda Accord and unfortunately the parts went out prematurely possibly due to a bad batch. I contacted AM Auto Parts and they were quick to honor their 10 year warranty. I found their customer service to be superb and highly recommend this vendor for your headlight assembly needs as well as the other parts they carry. They are professional, responsive and knowledgeable and I plan to keep them as a favorite vendor.Thank you
In the past few years Ive placed many orders with them and never had an issue until now for a simple hood release cable. They shipped UPS but decided to use USPS for whats called as the last mile...well guess what, it was NEVER scanned in by USPS and is apparently lost. Now I need to fight for a refund of a $20 part! Wish me luck!
They never answer phone. Dont return calls. I will never buy from this company ever again
I MESSAGED TO CANCEL MY ORDER ON A SUNDAY IN WHICH THEY WERE CLOSED WITHIN A FEW HOURS. THE OFFICE IS SUPPOSE TO CHECK ALL MESSAGES BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH ANY ORDERS. THEY STILL PROCESSED THE ORDER & BASICALLY FORCED IT ON ME. IT WILL TAKE 2 WEEKS TO GET A REFUND. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. IN OTHER WORDS THEY SHIPPED IT ANYHOW HOPING YOU WILL KEEP IT. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE THEM A 1 STAR BUT IT WAS THE LOWEST RATING. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
It sucks September 14 I order online fresh air intake hose four 1996 Toyota Camry 2.2 L engine they took my information credit card told me I will receive an email with confirmation number tracking number for $29.99 for fresh air intake hose they collected my money out of my account never sent me an email try getting a hold of them takes 24 hours for them to respond to you they never respond back to me and still the day they had not respond back to me bad for business I’ll never deal with them again
Had to email customer care team and tell them my order was short 2 front struts and then they only sent 1. Had to contact them through email. Took a bit but got all my parts.
Beware!!! Customer service is a joke. Only way to cancel an order is email and if you dont get the email they send the part out anyways. And expect you to ship it back at your expense. Overnight shipping they charge for is business days not overnight any day beware. Customer service emailing back and forth is a joke. Unless they resolve this I am sticking to my not earned 1 star rating for them. Its very sad that they cant get a phone instead of sitting at a desk reading emails instead of just calling customers. It takes less time than an email. Not worth 1 star.
I am having trouble getting in touch with them. The coil packs I bought from them are of sub par quality.... trying to get replacements under warranty.... I TRULY FEEL THESE GUYS NEED TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE vs wasting time via E Mail .... or atleast call the few people having genuine problems.

I ordered two Infiniti replacement headlights with bulbs from AM-Autoparts for $1053. These looked good out of the box and I had them installed by my local auto repair shop. The installation requires the front bumper to be removed, the total to install the headlights was $315. The hi-beam didnt work on the RH headlight, so I e-mailed AM-Autoparts Customer Service. I offered two possible solutions, send me a new RH headlight and reimburse me for its installation or allow me to buy a bulb, have it installed, and AM-Autoparts could reimburse me the out-of-pocket expenses. I thought that was generous ans reasonable on my part.I was told that AM-Autoparts would not pay for installation of its parts. Again, I explained that I paid for the initial installation, but, due to the bulb defect, requested reimbursement for the removal of the defective headlight assembly (which, as mentioned, requires the removal of the entire bumper) and re-installation of the second, replacement headlight. Simply put, why should I have to pay an additional $315 to have a replacement headlight installed due to AM-Autoparts defective part.Thats me review, it has been frustrating and infuriating trying to reason with AM-Autoparts Customer Service Team.If I could give them a minus star rating I would.
So far everything Ive ordered is working as they should be. Usually have the parts with in 3 days.
