I would never go there again. Took a truck in for keyless entry and touchscreen radio and get the speakers working. Walked away with a touchscreen radio, new front speakers, a dash board that none of gages work, and $1500 poorer. When I called to talk to them about it, they said they wouldnt even look at it to see if they accidentally smashed or cut a wire behind the dash. Now I have a truck that is not drivable because it has no working gages, wipers, blinkers, or lights. I will be taking you to court.

I couldn’t be happier with the level of service at Tint World. They offer a wide range of services for your vehicle. They ceramic coated my blue 2014 Subaru WRX for me. I dropped the vehicle off with them for a couple of days while I was out of town. I came back and my jaw dropped with how well they did. They did a full paint restoration wash, clay bar, compound, polish, and a full alcohol wipe down to get any contaminants off the paint. They applied a two stage base coat and ceramic coat and even coated the windows for me. I couldn’t have been more pleased with how the car came out. Pictures don’t do the car justice. Once I got back in town, I took it out on a nice sunny day. Let me add in that I’m very particular about my car in how I clean it. I was amazed with how they made the blue color pop on the car. It looks better than the day I bought it. The color stands out and looking into the paint is like looking into a mirror...flawless.I will recommend any person to Tint World in Lenexa for any service, especially if they are wanting their car refreshed or want their vehicle to stand out more. After seeing how outstanding of a job they did, I will be doing more business with them and recommend any other person to Tint World who is looking for a business that treats you and your vehicle like family. A man of integrity and character - Austin, the owner of Tint World. Tint World owner Austin is a hands-on owner and a really great guy. He agreed to warranty another installers rear window tint that bubbled on my Sonata rear glass after 11 years. It is not customary for a shop to fix another shops window tint install that goes bad, not as warranty work anyway. Tint World did just that and they deserve recognition and praise for the decision to do the work after the original installer dodged the responsibility. Tint world had to remove the old film and install the new film, and it looks really good. Austin also got my 4Runner tint job and it turned out great.A Note to Consumers - make sure you deal with a shop that will stand behind their work!Also important to point out, SunTek also stood behind their product (window tint) and ensured Tint World was compensated for the work they did. They might be great at window tinting but dont have these guys install remote starts. After going back twice, one to have it reprogramed and once to have it replaced, it still doesnt work and they refuse to refund it. Poor customer service and have ripped me off for $400. Thanks for nothing.

Great experience with Tint World on Marshall Dr in Lenexa! Straightforward and knowledgeable staff. Favorite part of our interaction with Tint World was that they cut a custom vinyl sticker to replace one that had to be removed from the car without being asked!

After screwing around with the dealership (Olathe Toyota) for three days trying to diagnose an electrical issue with my truck, I finally took my truck in to these guys. The dealership said the aftermarket remote start was causing my electrical problems and needed to be removed. They wanted $700 to pull the old system out. What?!?The guys at Tint World were straight forward and great to deal with - the first guy heard all my problems and suggested I bring it in for them to look at. He didn’t make any promises but said they would do the best they could to help. When I got there, Brandin came out and talked with me about the truck. He looked it over and explained why I should consider just pulling the old remote start out. Not only did they quickly remove the old system... they also found an issue with the factory ignition wires that were causing all of my electrical problems and fixed that within an hour! So how much did it cost me to have the system pulled out? $100. Dealership wanted $700 for this work. And that was after I’d already spent $150 at the dealership having them misdiagnose the problem. It was apparently an extremely easy fix and dealership didn’t even find the actual problem. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I took my truck in to these guys.I ended up buying a whole new remote start system from them... You might be thinking that they upsold this - nope. They didn’t even try to sell me something. In my opinion, the two guys that I talked to at Tint World were just good dudes that heard my problem and wanted to help. I’m going to have them install a remote start on my wife’s car too.I’m thrilled with these guys. Definitely recommend using them.

I received a call from Austin that the parts to install were backordered 2 weeks. Not a good start, but...this was out of their control and he called as soon as the parts were available. Got the jeep in quickly, and they installed everything without a hitch! Very impressed with their work and all the staff were extremely polite and fun to work with! Will be taking her Wrangler in again soon, to add more lights and replace the stereo system.

I’ve been here twice to get the “radio”/ reverse camera installed. The first time, I had to bring back my car because the sunroof/ moonroof wasn’t working after the system was installed. The second time, five lights on the dash turned on including antilock break system and tire pressure.They got my car in quickly but were extremely unprofessional, including foul language while speaking with me. They started working on my car without talking to me first. Bathroom didn’t have soap so that’s the reason I didn’t give a 3. Throughout the 2.25 hour experience, workers were playing with a remote control car, which brings it down to a 1. Mostly a good job on the car, but otherwise a very negative experience. It can easily be improved at least.

Had my remote start installed Monday morning and upon picking up figured out there was a problem that occurred when it was being installed. Thankfully with the help of Toyota in Mission we were able to sort of “prove” that in fact it was a problem on your guys end. Which all in all I understand how it could of seemed like it wasn’t in the beginning but I do appreciate you guys owning up to the mistake you made in the first place and I get why proof was needed in the end. I truly hope you guys as well understand the lengths I went to as well. While I get that in fact I could of taken it back to be fixed by your people I hope you understand that I didn’t feel comfortable doing that in the first place with the situation that occurred.I would also like to add for in the future this clearly is a possibility and while you originally told me numerous times no wires are cut when installing, in fact a wire was cut so I hope you are able to figure out why that happened in the first place and why it took until my dealership finding this to realize it did in fact happen.In the end all that matters is you guys did own up to the mistake and made it right by paying for the bill, not a lot of places will do that in general. Mistakes happen and all in all I am happy with the remote starter that I wanted in the first place.

If you have to come here do not deal with Anthony all I needed was one part a wire harness for my car and he let other customer go in front of me then could hardly get the guy checked out when he wanted to pay part card part cash then even just for me to give this man my money and get out the door it another 10 minutes and a calculator for my change it was 16 cents !!! Smh Im sure this is a great business just not with anthony as the face. Sorry not sorry

This place is amazing! I had made the folly of going to another business to have my remote start put in . Sure enough, on the first big snow fall of the year, my remote start stopped working. It had only been 1 month since having it installed. On top of that, when I reached out to the business that I originally used, they were now permanently closed! I called Tint World regarding my situation and Brandon told me right away just to stop by and they’d take a look at it. That alone was awesome customer service. I popped in after work last night & right away I was wowed with the facility! Clean, professional and so friendly! Brandon asked if he could go take a look at my car. I called to make an appointment for window tinting. They put me on hold. Then, a second person answered. Instead of scheduling me in he advised me to just bring in Saturday since I planned on dropping it off. I brought it in on Saturday & they tell me they couldnt get it in. Also, they didnt ask or advise me to make an appointment again. I truly believe theyre trying to reduce the amount of work they have to do.

First off I want to thank the guys at tint world for taking care of both my vehicles, job well done. If I just left it there, that wouldn’t give justice. Austin, Brandon, and Anthony were the guys I worked with the most. Let me start by saying, Is Tint world the cheapest in town?... probably not... but the saying is true, you get what you pay for. And honestly I’ve never minded paying a little extra for quality and working with people who do the job right, even if Its not on the first try. With both my vehicles over the course of a few months, with covid and all, my totals where between 6-8k, maybe more. I got quite a bit of stuff done from alarms to sound to tv screens, and it was worth every penny. As I kinda mentioned earlier I did have to bring my vehicle back a couple times, but they made sure everything was right when I did, and I couldn’t ask for anything else. Things happen, but you want people who stick by there work, and get the job done right. That is Tint World. I’m the type of person who doesn’t get angry with a business, I’ve learned to just speak with my wallet, and for me to continue to go back, says a lot about this place. Great guys, great work, and a quality selection of products. Oh yeah and they tint windows! Thanks a lot guys! And I’ll be back!

They had my Subaru for 24 hours, for a simple installation of remote start. Made the appointment a week in advance. I went to pick up at 5pm. IF they had even begun the project, it was only to pull my car into the shop. They had us waiting for over 90 minutes, and when I ran out of patience and asked for my car and keys so I could leave, it took them less than 5 minutes to do so. (I guessed they hadnt even started!) After all of that, the tech came out and argued with us. Rude, rude, rude. Dont recommend trusting these folks!No record of the work done because no work was done, despite keeping us waiting over 90 minutes beyond the promised completion time.

Great business! Highly recommend! I got a remote start with drone mobile done through these guys. Did all the communication with Austin (the owner I believe). Stand up and honest guy. They did a great job and everything went super smooth. Will definitely be doing business again. Even the workers were nice and had a great sense of humor.

These guys are great! My husband has been asking for a remote car starter for 3 years and for Christmas this year I finally got him one. Getting an appointment over the phone was quick and painless, they were ready for me when we got there. They told me about all the differences and virtues of each starter, didnt try to upsell me at all which I greatly appreciated. Initially I bought one at best buy including installation for 294.00 but the install was going to be 4-6 hours and the earliest they could get me in was the end of February at a store 60 minutes away. Tint world got me in, in 2 days and it took 90 minutes for 454.00. One of the absolute best things is theyre completely off the grid which is awesome. Their whole roof is covered in solar panels and they get all their electricity from the sun!

Great experience there with Austin. Brought in my 13 F150 Limited to get front two factory tint matched. Was able to do it within a few days (with appointment). The front passenger started to crease, and they fixed it without question. They gent who actually does the tint is cool as hell. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I needed to have my front end radar detector swapped to a newer version and buy a new remote. They were unable to quote me any prices for equipment or labor but wanted me to set an appointment to do the work saying they had no idea how long it would take. I understand there are always unknowns in most work but to have no idea how much labor is required to remove and replace a front bumper cover to do the work made me nervous. Im not going to pay someone an hourly rate to learn how to do something on my car.

Tried to call to ask information about a remote starter. Anthony answered and kept repeating the same information and talking down to me when I asked him to clarify. Sorry you do not have the patience to answer questions for potential customers but many of us do not have knowledge of automobile and want to make sure we are sending our car to a reliable place. This is def not one of those places. Will not be calling back to get sighed at and talked down to.

Got a remote start installed on my truck today @ Tint World. Works great, good install cant even tell someone did anything in my truck. Thats the way it should be. Other than that they washed it and put tire shine on. Very happy.

They really take care of their customers. I made an appointment for my truck to get tinted. Showed up but unfortunately the guy who does the tinting called in sick last minute and they said it would be best to reschedule the appointment which was fine. They throw in a detail package for free because of the issues. Once I got the windows tinted they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently brought my car in to have the stock stereo replaced. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. They even helped me with some leftover wiring from some aftermarket mods made by the previous owner. My new stereo looks awesome and everything is working great. Just moved to the area and was looking for a place to get new speakers installed on my car. I really didn’t want to drive an hour back to my previous town to get my car done at a place I was familiar with. I found Tint World on google with great ratings and reviews and came in to the store to get a quote. Brandon was very helpful with picking the right speakers for my car with my price range. He also didnt pressure me into getting anything I didn’t need or try to get me to spend extra on something that is better quality than what I picked out. Very straight forward and great to work with. Got me an appointment same week and love my new speakers. Will come back for future work with my vehicles.

Great place to customize your ride. Got some rim lights put in and boy they spice up my ride. Austin is great. Took me to get a rental while my car was being worked on. Stayed a couple mins past close to insure I made it back to see the finished product.

I told him that Tuesday I was told to show up first come first serve basis. (I get there 15 mins before they open. First one in, me and one other person is all thats there) And he sits down on stool and tells me look outside their already lining up... I say you mean her car (talking about the lady thats now in the store) one person lined up huh...? Too busy huh? No your just flat lazy!!! If Id have known they dont stand behind their word I would have called other places then I wouldnt have wasted gas and my time O and most importantly Id be getting the job done I wanted today!Ill never call them for anything again!!!So I guess I cant write a reply to your ignorant response, so Ill do it this way.Now I see they are also a straight up liar as well because I told you exactly the brow I wanted lettering and size of font. You told me it would take 2-3 hours and I agreed to drop by and had no problems with waiting as long as needed as I stated. I see your trying to save face so to speak. I call for a price over the phone for my new Lexus, i wanted 35% ceramic window film, i received a price $450 drove to tint word spock with different person not the most friendly and rude, gave me a different price for $400 for my 4 door Lexus, i was nat comfortable with the situationi went to my car and google auto window tint, i call all A1 window tint it was close to me gave me a price $350 and was was told it was on sale $295 drove to A1 tint the price was the same and i was showed a sample of film and i was showed how it keeps the heat out of my car, very friendly . i dont recomet Tint Word Very expensive not friendly,Please i know the difference on the film (ceramic) i am 55 and get a new vehicle every 2 to 3 years tinted, i suggest you and or your help would handle business in a professional matter, dont insult your customer that wolk true your door, that would be good ethics Good Look

Ive tried other companies and Ive found these guys did a better job then most like squeaky duck no offense but a rip off.Ive ordered a set of rims for my Honda lx. Cant believe the deal their sales man made with me. I had a remote start and alarm put in at the same time as the rims were put in. Lets just say the more u buy the better the deals. Absolutely garbage dont ever go here for a detail. You can do a better job detailing your own vehicle! They took the whole day to do my car and put leather shine over my sons milk stains like seriously..... They dont take pride in there work and wasted my time of course they refunded me but I live 45 min away waste of gas and time dont recommend at all.

Just had my 2012 Camry Hybred detailed. They quoted me a price of $250, and then came in UNDER that cost. That never happens. The car looks great. The guys were kind and helpful. No qualms here - take your car to them - you wont be disapointed!

Had appointment at 1 said it would take 2 hours. I come at 530 and install wasn’t done. First thing I hear is we are putting it back together. Next line I hear is firmware was wrong. I will never come to this place again. I will gladly pay more money somewhere else than come here. Service is very important and it was very bad.
