Never before I had a problem at this store, I love Matt his friendly. But the other guy so rude don’t remember his name.

The guys are fantastic. Ive been late on a few payments because I lost my job but they worked with me so I did t lose anything. Every time I go into the store I stay for 15 minutes longer just to talk.

Ask for Matt! Great guy and will take care of you and make sure you find the right product at a great price! Make sure you pay off within 6 months though to avoid the extra fees. Ive personally purchased several big ticket items there and paid them all off. Staff and delivery drivers are prompt and courteous as well.

New manager made sure things went smooth. He helped make sure what I needed was gonna be comfortable.

My husband and I dislike the employees and especially the manager- Rose at Olathe Rent A Center. I would not rent/buy from them. They have poor customer service. They are very rude. Please save yourself some stress go find an alternative - they have no respect for the customer.
