Seriously, this place has the best staff and customer service!!! I called to order a cartridge not knowing much about them. Make sure you know the yield you’re getting out of the cartridge. Apparently there are starter, regular and high yield cartridges. I was pleasantly surprised I received a high yield (6,200 page) refill for a great price. Oh, and my order was delivered for free! You won’t be disappointed.

Vance with Toner Refill just delivered a Laser Jet C4096A toner cartridge for our HP printer. Their prices for refilled cartridges are amazing and Toner Refill delivers free. We only paid $59.61 for a cartridge that is rated to produce 6,000 pages. Vance was on time, is very personable, and answered our printer questions about laser jet vs. ink jet and color vs. black and white. Vance even spent time (without charge) to help us with a paper feed printer problem. I guess we have been using Toner Refill for at least 10 years. I found an invoice from 5 years ago and the price in 2012 was the same as today, $59.61. What a deal! And the lady in the office is always real helpful too when I call to schedule a toner delivery.

Toner Refill is wonderful! Call them in the morning and your receive the cartridges that afternoon after 1 pm. They are very easy to deal with from when Stephanie answers the phone to when they deliver/pick up the old cartridges. Van is helpful and friendly. If you need help with your printer, call them and they are happy to look/service it. The biggest plus is the price ... very reasonable!

I have been using them for at least the past 10 years. The quality and price can not be beat. If you ever have a problem with any of their cartridges (which is extremely rare) they step right up and fix the problem. Vance is extremely friendly and always there to help. If youre looking for a top notch company to take care of your printing and toner needs in Oklahoma City then youve found the right place! I was out of town and had an emergency so I called Toner Refill and spoke with Vance. I told him what the issue was and he advised he doesnt normally do what I needed but he went to the location anyway. Once there we went over the problem again and he updated me on the status of what hed done to rectify the problem. He set everything up in a manner that allowed the employee to easily scan, print, and email in the future. I cant thank Toner Refill enough for taking care of us when we were convinced a new printer was our only option.
