Have you ever done business with a company by paying them higher price for the same quality product you could find on Amazon or elsewhere? Only because they know you and provide good service? That company is NOT Cartridge World. I highly recommended NOT using them for your toner needs because when the time comes, they will not hesitate to insult you and disregard the 6 years of business you gave them! Find somebody else.

Horrible customer service. My suggestion is find a business that values your patronage.Ive done business here 10 years, and last couple years have before unbearable. Time to move along. Even be better to pay retail for ink than to deal with level of unprofessionalism. Also, you can buy ink from Amazon for less, get it faster, and not deal with undesirable individuals.

The cartridges cost roughly half the price of new cartridges. Only been there once. They said they would take them back if they didnt work, but they worked fine. I recommend it.

Always helpful. Love the delivery to work. They take my word for it when a cartridge is defective and needs a replacement. Appreciate these guys!

Recently my printer would not work. It just stopped. The message said one or more of my ink cartridges was not genuine HP. It was confusing because I had been printing with these cartridges for at least 2 months. I went to Cartridge World and they told me that HP Was causing the problem because I had purchase refilled cartridges at a more reasonable price than the grossly overpriced HP factory cartridges. They also told me that HP had put out a patch that I could load that would invalidate HPs rejection of aftermarket ink cartridges. I took the cartridges back home reloaded them in the computer and downloaded the patch from HP With Telephone guidance from Cartridge World I installed the patch and immediately the printer started working again. Cartridge World saved me the cost of a new printer because it is cheaper to replace HP printers than it is to purchase HP ink cartridges for nearly ANY HP printer.My thanks to Cartridge World in Edmond, OK on 2nd and Broadway.

I just got my cartridges filled here and was having problems with certain colors not printing! The guys there were more then helpful. First they just gave me new, full cartidges. Then when it was still not working they helped me over the phone to try to find a solution. Then they offered to bring me yet another set of new cartidges to my house. After all this they had me bring in my printer to see what was wrong. All along it was definitely my piece of crap printer and yet they were wiling to help me free of charge. After everything, they referred me to a new great printer and gave me store credit for the cartridges I had just purchese from them.You cannot find people this willing to help very often. You know they love their business and will do anything for their customers. I highly recommend this place. And of course you are doing something great for the environment by not buying and throwing away cartridge after cartridge!

Very professional local service

I have used Cartridge World in the past and was always treated well.I called today and was placed on a 7 minute hold. I hung up and called back and they just answered and hung up. When I called the 3rd time the answering machine picked up. Horrible customer service.
