Super nice personnel working there when I arrived. Had no problems with the truck. Returned it and was out of there within 1 minute.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at u-haul location. Whats surprising it was the general manager who checked me out. She was bossy and degrading. I will never use this location again.

The two Ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful to me and had my hitch out even before I was finished paying for the thing. If I had a problem with either the trucks, trailer and even just a question about something they are very helpful .

The 2 ghouls at the counter need to return to the bridge of which they came from. Do yourself a favor and just go to the one in edmond.

Horrible experience rude service

Two women behind the counter were rude and wouldnt help my older mother with setting up a no contact ride. Horrible people.

The advertisement says $19.95 a day, but thats not true. You estimate the time your going to return and if your late its 3 time the cost. Not right you estimate the miles you are going to drive and that can change more or less.

They are crooks. I brought the truck back an hour after my time and told them I was on my way and they charged me for 2 day rental. Then on top of that they charged my account twice and wouldnt fix it. Will never use them ever again.

Needed 1 day rental and got it. Return was simple and quick!

Weekend people are very friendly. The guy during the weekdays is a complete jerk with no people skills.
