This particular location has auctions that they are rigging themselves. Constantly changing the time frame and running up the bids. I’ve done lots of auctions and never seen something as that was this unprofessional. Tried to get in contact with someone and I’ve been hold for almost 10 mins. This is the third time calling to ask about the validity of their auctions and no answer.They changed the time frame several times and added proxy bids to each of their many listings.I just watched them run up every unit they had to over $200+ & constantly extend the time. I took video to send to the auction website. Please don’t waste your time nor money with these fraudulent people.

Nathan was extremely helpful and professional. He even helped us get a truck set up at a different location when they didnt have one available for a one way trip.

So I scheduled and paid to get just a hitch installed. They knew the make, model and year of my vehicle. At one point I called and since the call doesnt go straight to the site, I left a request to get a call in regards to when it would be done. I finally get a call 2 hours after the appointment time to be told that they cant install it because their technician doesnt know how to install it. But their other technician the next day could. Considering that it wasnt last minute or a mystery about my vehicle this screams lack of professionalism and no respect or consideration for their customers time.

Great experience here, and Roy, the General Manager, was especially helpful and courteous. Moving is stressful as-is, so it was nice to have a good experience here in the midst of a stressful few days. Thanks Roy!

Only got offered the $14.99 insurance an I ran into a pole an the $14.99 DOESNT cover it! But I wasn’t told about another insurance choice! Lady with red hair was trying to be friendly but couldn’t really help with the things I needed. Value your customers! Everytime someone comes in you should treat them like they matter an their things matter! I will NOT be coming back to this location!

I had a hitch receiver installed on my vehicle. Roy rang me up and I am leaving a review solely because of him. Roy is a really nice guy and literally one of the most positive people Ive had the pleasure of talking to. Maybe he was just having a great day, but I would recommend this place just to have a brief chat with him. It will brighten your day.

Unloaded 5 propane bottles to be filled.. Waited for attendant after pressing bell button . Finally went in after 10 minutes and was told button doesn’t work ( and hasn’t for many months )and neither does the propane fill stations . Obviously they don’t have a marker and a piece of paper to put a sign up.

Customer service here is a TOP priority!! When I went to return my truck and put my belonging in storage the lady that helped went above and beyond. She saw that I was alone so she looked for the closest unit. I really appreciated that. When I went to get my bike I could get in so I called the number on the door and the man was so sweet/helpful. I really appreciate the high level of curtsey and respect this location offers. I was truly blown away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We are so happy we chose this location. Staff was helpful and friendly even though they were overwhelmingly busy on top if it being extremely hot. You can tell a lot about a facilitys customer service by how they respond during less than ideal circumstances; you will not be disappointed. If youre looking for a place to store your stuff or pick-up/drop-off trailers and equipment, this is the spot.

Just tried to go for propane. Their machine was down. Ive had u-haul give me bad experiences before, so I asked them to call ahead at the next place. They said they would wait for me. I got to the second location and the guy refused to serve me, even after promising to wait. I have to sleep in 35 degree weather tonight. He didnt give a damn.

U-Haul provides a number of helpful transportation options. The speed of the transaction depends on who is working that day, however. Also, if you are pulling a trailer behind a hero wrangler, you have to have the hardtop on.

Employee purposely gave me a hitch with broken running lights, which caused issues I am not happy!!

I highly recommend this conveniently located storage facility not only for the peace of mind you have knowing that your personal belongings are in a secured well-maintained, dry, temperature controlled atmosphere with excellent lighting. Also the owner Roy went up and beyond his duties to help my wife and I and that U-Haul should be proud to have him as a representation of their great company.

Had a pretty good experience. Was able to reserve my truck online, that whole process was good. The check in a pick-up process was good. Quick and the guy was helpful and knowledgeable.The drop off part of the experience was pretty lacking. There was only one person working or at least around helping customers. The drop off area has signage to park and wait for a rep to come assist with the return. I didnt wait long and Im glad I didnt because nobody would have come, I needed to go inside to wait for the employee to help me. I had to wait to be helped for almost an hour while the employee took care of only 2 other people.Once it was my turn to be helped things went pretty smoothly. The lady helping me wasnt very pleasant but she got things taken care of so overall I was happy.

Best Uhaul store with excellent customer service. I moved almost 2 years ago and this place still sticks out in my mind. Plus the boxes have been used on 3 moves!!! Worth the investment to buy their moving supplies.

Worked with this location for storage and truck rental when our office moved. They have ALWAYS been nice and friendly and super helpful.I would recommend Lonnie and his team for any reason, any day.I am constantly impressed by their professionalism.

This team has been so supportive and helpful! Ive had a helluva month with a nightmare move and they have gone out of their way to accommodate me. I know Im not their most important customer, but Im probably currently their neediest! (I swear they know my life story at this point....) I picked up a 5x8 trailer in Tennessee. The guy at that location said my 2014 Kia Soul would be fine to pull it. While driving to Oklahoma we experienced a ton of drag and learned that the trailer was way too big for my car! We called around and around and Lonnie said he was able to help us out! He took one look and agreed that the trailer was too big. He agreed to swap out 5x8 with a 4x8 no questions asked! He was very nice and friendly! 10/10. Would recommend

I have rented both trucks and trailers at this location and always have a positive experience. The check-in and return processes are fast. I will continue to use the Bricktown U-Haul for all of my truck and trailer needs.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I have always used uhaul I have have never had this much trouble. I ordered a hitch Saturday I paid the overnight next day guarantee and still not here. Its going on 5 days. Everyone promises to help and call you whether its in or not to save you the trouble of driving. Never got a single phone call. All seem nice but a bunch of empty promises not being held. Will not be going back here in the future.

We are very disappointed in the owners failure to reach an agreement with the city to allow Oklahoma Avenue to connect to the new boulevard. Customers can recognize U-Hauls shortsightedness in blocking our progress downtown by renting from Penske and leasing space at one of the many other storage facilities around the metro.

Very unorganized!I rented a uhaul for four hours and returned it on time but over 24 hours later they asked when I was going to return their truck. They forgot to put down that I returned the truck. Thats something they should double check before calling a customer to ask that.
