This was an unplanned stop and they actually had a home with all my needs.. Very excited that we approved... and hopefully be in the home in a few months due to getting septic and let them know where I want the home set at.

I wish I could say good things about the service after the sale but thats just not the case. Nothing that was promised has been finished so far. Without a doubt the worst follow-up Ive ever experienced. All smiles and promises until the funding goes thru but no completion on setups lots of costs for things not disclosed up front. There are a lot better dealers you can spend your money with. Dont let the price they give you fool you. By the time you finish paying for everything they dont tell you about your not saving anything.

So my parents is buying a home from them. Not only is the new home beautiful, but the price is very reasonable. John McKee helped us,let me tell you, John has went above & beyond to get my parents their forever home( as we had a few hurdles to go thru) also I would like to thank Anna Rowe, she too went above & beyond. My parents & I are very very satisfied with universal manufactured homes. I would tell anyone & everyone if youre looking for youre forever home,go see John McKee over there, you definitely will not regret it!!!!

I recommend these guys to anyone interested in getting a mobile home. These guys went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. Being a first time home owner I had no idea what to expect or what all I needed done. These guys walked me through everything... im very satisfied with my home and the customer service they provided.

Bought a used home from them, salesman said it came with air conditioner and it did not, took way longer for them to set up the delivery than promised. Quoted 1 amount for tax and title and after the home was delivered we discovered that the back taxes were almost triple of what they had wrote on our final receipt.

No rush, no hurry customer service focused on the customer. Great deals as well!

I bought a home from them. So far, the services that I received have been so unprofessional. They have not finished putting my house up and its falling apart, leaking roof, damaged ceiling, cracked walls, water coming out from bathroom wall, water damaged, bedroom door cant be closed. I closed the home in April of 2020 and now in late December 2020 I am still waiting for them to finish their jobs. I was told at closing that it will take only a couple weeks depending on the weather but where I am at, its very dry. We hardly have rain. Weather is not an issue here. So frustrated

We found Universal on Facebook & from the moment I messaged them they have been nothing but friendly, polite, & helpful! The home we bought was at least 20,000 more at another dealer & didnt come with the kind of warranty we got either. John Paul has gone above and beyond to make sure we have what we need & answering all of our questions patiently which is HUGE since we have never bought a home before lol. Our home is supposed to be delivered this week, weather permitting & I will update this review again at that time. Definitely go with Universal if you are buying a home!

They are liers and very unprofessional take your money and want nothing Else to do with u have blocked my number out that is so rude been telling me that they gone fix stuff done had my house Feb 24 furnace leaking,siding had blown off when it got to my land,doorknob broken flooring broke

I am a hard person to deal with when spending 100,000 dollars on a manufactured house, i have hard questions!!! I first had a problem with the sales person Raymond when he called and told me that my wife and i were approved and it was actually just a pre approval. I remarked on fb messenger and Jon Paul text me and apologized for the, what he called a miscommunication. I decided to go ahead with them because Jon Paul had a really soothing voice and seemed like he wanted to make it right. They told me they would come look at my mobile home, it does have mold in it, which I told them that up front, and he said he would come tell me what he would give me for trade - in towards our new home. I told him also that I had 20 thousand down but I wanted my house to be part of the down payment. After I mentioned the 20 thousand cash I could not even get him to answer me about looking at my house any longer, I mentioned it 3 more times and he talked around it every time. Then Sent me a message saying he needed my down payment lol!! After I got upset about him asking for the down and not looking at my house, the end result was that he didnt care if I took my business elsewhere and that he made the final decision not I. This is all in text as he texted back and forth with me for over an hour telling me how I was wrong. To me, mobile home salesman are just like used car salesman, they puff things up and when a person has hard questions they get angry. I found a home at the same price and I treated them the same way I treated Jon Paul. So, please shop around and ask all the hard questions. What Im saying i have proof of, Im not just some irritated person, I just wanted them to appraise my house for the down payment and because he knew I had cash he did not want to even talk about it any longer. Not only was he in the wrong, i have a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath skyline with metal roof, new heat and air, new double hung vinyl windows, new doors, new hot water tank with a little bit of a mold problem in the far bathroom. He would have gotten a great deal i was going to practically give it away!!!!! Good luck just dont tell them you have cash if you have a trade in!!!!And if you go down through the reviews you see that they only answer the good reviews and a few bad reviews that are answerable, like why their arent prices on their website, but when it comes to a review about them keeping a persons good faith money, or then lying about things, they just ignore those reviews and try to leave it to the consumer to determine wether those are just disgruntled people or wether they are legitimate complaints, back to what I said earlier, hard questions, they do not know how to deal with so, again, please make any place you deal with answer everything and put it in writing!!!!

I just called to inquire about the homes and how to get approved and also want the land.. So and after a week of talking to rental property management folks and they’re kind of rude and pushy so we’ve decided to look into buying a home! I called and talked to a gentleman named ‘John’ at this particular company he was a nice voice on the other end! He was extremely knowledgeable about how pricing, steps, and he broke down the costs of how the whole thing works! Property pricing in the areas I was interested in, the price of electric and water wells, the slab.. everything.. and he didn’t sugar coat anything. The prices were agreeable! I have never called about this kind of home and to find out almost everything in one call was amazing. I look forward to dealing with you guys in the future! Thank you again!!!!

The selection of homes were nice, and the prices are better than the other places

I went on the website to look at price and floor plans and became quickly frustrated due to most of them only having one picture, even when it says click for more photos. I will continue to look at other companies, due to the disappointment of what you offer on your website!

Was lie too. Kept my good faith payment, after my wife became extremely sick and I had to leave the state due to her health and having to make major changes in my life. I wasnt in the market any long to purchase a home. I guess thats how they make there money, by being dishonest. I thought I was dealing with a good honest company. NOPE.
