I went to Oak Creek Homes and I really didnt know at first how many bedrooms I wanted. I walked in and was greeted by David. He showed me several homes on the lot. He did not rush in and out of the homes took time to answer all my questions and was friendly and professional. I still looked around at alot of other mobile homes businesses but truly found out the shisters of the business and the real deal. Which led me back to Oak Creek, met Matt the General Manager and between the professionalism and the quality of their homes I purchased my first home and Im so excited to be in a beautiful well built home! I went by for a consultation about possibly buying a manufactured home in the near future. Don was extremely helpful and gave me all the info I needed to prepare for a future purchase. We’re there problems? Yes of course but handled very well and managed respectfully by Matt, David, Sophia, OKC location. Have not had final detail and repairs done but if as experienced so far no problems that won’t be handled professionally as the precedence has been set by this team in which I have gained respect and confidence in. This made us feel more comfortable about purchasing a home from Oak Creek and Angela. Their construction is absolutely wonderful! Very similar to the house we are selling. After seeing other companies’ homes and seeing The Oak Creek homes difference, we purchased an Oak Creek home from Anngela. We love it and love living in it.

Terrible experience! Looked at a house for over a year at the OKC location, had our heart set on it, finally got our land and ordered our home. There was absolutely NO communication between us, Oak Creek or the contractor to let us know the little things that needed to be done before our home could be delivered. Because of that we had to wait over a month AFTER our home was delivered to even get power to it to begin work on the inside. The contractor that set the house did not set the house level but would not fix it because he said it passed inspection even though it was visually obviously a couple inches off (which you can still feel when you walk across the floor). There was paint spray all over EVERYTHING once the interior was done, and we were left to clean it up even though supposedly someone did come in and wipe up. There were handles and pulls on the drawers and cabinets in the model, there are none in our home, just these TINY ridges that are supposed to be finger pulls. Our fingers are sore from pulling on the bottoms of the drawers and we were told that the handles and pulls have been discontinued. Then take them out of the models!!! The flooring is uneven, the barn doors in my bathroom dont match, and the doors are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING in the master bedroom thats going on in the living room (so much for a Sunday afternoon nap). The electric heater in the second living area has stopped working after two months, the windows are not sealed well so cold air pours in and condensation collects on the inside. Weve called the home warranty people and are still waiting on a call back after three weeks. My dream home has turned into a complete nightmare and Im so disappointed. I would not buy from Oak Creek again and I would not recommend them to anyone ever.

They make you feel like your part of the family the minute you walk through the door. I was always well informed on the process and progress of the home I was buying. I love the quality of the homes and very satisfied with all the selections they had so I could make a wise choice for my needs. Obviously they started out with a really good pitch. But nothing they said panned out. We purchased out house 2 years ago. Ive waited to post a review until I had lived through it a little.First off: the porch they had built was never finished. They promised verbally and then told me they didnt have to put on skirting because it wasnt written in the contract. However they didnt do things that WHERE in the plans. Such as toe kicks on the steps. The handrails actually fell off within the first month because they werent fastened down. Theyre response was that contractor doesnt work for us any longer. Nothing they can do.Second: There where things that they said they would do, such as canned lighting in the living room and ceiling fans in all the rooms, that wherent done in the factory. By the time it was delivered there was nothing we could do.. even light fixtures (ceiling fan) they wouldnt install even thought they where o the plans.Third: the quality of hard where throughout the house was not decent. Ive had to replace almost ever light switch in the house, and most doorknobs dont work properly. Kitchen drawers where broken on arrival and never fixed.Doors are noticable crooked and not square with the walls. Carpet seems to have holes in the padding underneath that can be felt as you walk. Shower pipe not tightened left water damage to sheet rock. Not a huge repair but not what you expect when you spend this kind of money.Also the ac doesnt seem to be big enough for the size of our home. It barely worked the first summer and wouldnt hardly cool below 75 degrees the second. Had to have the ac serviced privately because the warranty people told us its hard to keep a house cool in oklahoma.We where paying a monthly mortgage months before we moved in because of their poor planing. It seemed like once we signed the papers they didnt really have the fire to get things done like when they where trying to sell the house.We signed the walk through as incomplete yet there was never any fallow up. Calling to get things fixed, even the leaking porch roof. Ive been patient i believe in waiting 2 years but I am through. Its obvious nothing will be done for me, so heres a review I hope others will take in to consideration. We read similar reviews before we went to them and their response to that was those people no longer work here. Seems like just a line now.Ill add some pictures later.

We stopped by to look at the selection in person after getting many ideas and floorplans on the website that were very appealing to us. We met Eric, sales consultant, and he was very welcoming and interested in what we were wanting and what we liked. He was very professional and not pushy at all. He took time to show us different floor plans and told us all of our options. He did not force a sale once. He also emailed us some more options and was very knowledgeable on what they had and could get. We are definitely going to purchase in the near future with HIM and Oak Creek homes. The quality of the homes and the style plus the exceptional customer service that he gave us, definitely sets them apart from other competitors. We are not interested in purchasing our future home with anyone else. Total great experience all around! Set an appt and go see Eric to make it happen! Don Houston was great to deal with. My home was delivered on March 21, 2018, and in September 2018 I noticed issues with the roof. Since then I have emailed and called corporate office for this issue to be taken care of. I have had nothing but excuses after excuses! This company does not stand behind their product and their 7 year warranty means nothing!

Even though I had some obstacles that made it a difficult to get financing, the guys at here worked tirelessly to make sure I was able to get a home.I felt these homes are made of good materials and constructed well. With a modern look and feel.If youre in the market for a home, I highly recommend you stop in and see what they can do for you.

These people are dishonest, lazy and extremely unprofessional. We began this process two months ago and have been getting the run around the entire time. Kept being told it would be a couple days until we heard something. Eventually they quit responding, The financing company couldnt move forward until they heard from Oak Creek. So I finally get the manager, Matt Posey, on the phone today after two months and he claims that we told them we werent interested anymore. They issued a refund a month ago without telling me, the check has been at the office unbeknownst to me. He said that we told the finance company we wanted to kill the deal which was blatantly untrue. He was rude and unprofessional on the phone and was literally clueless as to what was going on with our deal. PLEASE do not use these people.

I bought my modular home in January 2019. The care and service Matt Posey showed me was out standing! I got my home exactly how I wanted it. Ive lived in my home for 9 months and the quality is beyond my expectations. I would go back to Matt and his staff again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality home. Buyer Beware!Not BBB accredited, however they do show a B- rating, check yourself. Good luck getting a deposit refund if for some reason you cannot go ahead with the purchase. Terrible at returning calls, except when you are still thinking about it and need some encouragement. Sales team? Persuasive as they come, but unstable. Its a revolving door. Matt, the finance guy, terrible work ethics. Will do anything to avoid a confrontation, including lying to your face well process your refund... Over and out.

I would give them no stars if possible. The salesmen are wonderful. The higher up though cant manage time at all. Weve had our house on the land for three months almost four. They cant seem to get their contractors to do their jobs in a timely manner. My family and I work fu time and got the water and electricity put in before we even heard from the A/C guy. If your okay with paying for two houses and waiting forever to get into your house then go for it but if you dont want to wait months to get into your house and pay for it at the same time I would stand clear.

The whole team is very professional and took their time to walk us around in extremely hot weather being very helpful and not pushy. These homes are beautiful and well built.

The process of buying this home has been a nightmare. One person selling us the home was very knowledgeable and helpful. The rest has been nothing but a bunch of empty promises. Over a year now since we started the process. The sell of the home goes real quick. We have been in the home since August and that was a major accomplishment! During the walk through noticed many problems and reported them. Items not installed that were agreed upon, knots under the carpet, ceiling fans not working properly, doors not working properly. Just to name a few. We aren’t unreasonable people. You can’t just talk to someone and have them get someone to fix things, cause then it is passed on to someone else who doesn’t do their job. Many promises broken and many lies. I’ve talked to the sales people, I’ve talked to Corperate people, and people that were supposedly getting contractors to do their job, and still we are over a year into this and can not say that we are satisfied and that this was a good purchase or a good experience.

This place was the most respectful and honest company we considered and were so glad we went through them to buy our home! We worked with Matt Posey the whole time and he went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and that we were getting the best loan/insurance etc. From start to closing it took only 2 weeks, once we decided they were for us. :) will update once we move in.

We are very pleased with our experience with Matt and Andrew ..My wife and I had to act relatively fast due to our house burning the week after Thanksgiving .. Due to having not so great credit we were having some issues but they stuck with us and recommended us look at a home that was a little smaller than we originally intended on buying (unlike a competitor up shields from them),but we really liked it and will be closing soon, thankfully Matt made the deal work ! They try to get you more of a house loan than you will need and be careful if you put a down payment early on they take forever in a day to get your money back to you. They may seem nice but they are crooks

Worse company ever!! My husband had to leave out of the states for 6 months so we put everything on hold. We had already given Oak Creek our $1,000 deposit. I asked if I could get that money back so I will have money while my husband is away. I was told the check would be cut within 10 days. It’s been over a month now and I can’t even get them to call me or answer my emails. I was working with a man named Bruce that works there. He was so nice and knowledgeable. But now I question how they run their business. If you want to take a gamble on life decisions, then they are the people for you.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK Daniel Altdoerffer has been very helpful and quickly responsive via telephone calls and emails to the many questions Ive had in trying to make decisions re: purchasing a modular home. I stopped by the office unexpectedly last week and Daniel made time immediately to give me a tour of the home I want to purchase. Daniel is very knowledgeable and is helping us navigate through the many challenges of living in a remote rural area and removing a mobile home to place a modular home in the same spot. Daniel and Oak Creek Homes is easily able to handle many issues such as adding an attached garage to an existing cement pad, and moving existing and new home in/out of gravel road with 90 degree turn into driveway that is fairly steep. Needless to say that requests such as expanding the area in utility room for the large geothermal heat/AC unit, building walls and doors where there are none in the standard layout, lowering the kitchen cabinets on the walls to my level were all easy fixes. I highly recommend Oak Creek Homes and Daniel if you are looking for a new mobile or modular home.

Andrew, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable about the homes he had available. He patiently answered all our questions and followed up with an email as promised. We were impressed with build of the Oak Creek homes.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! The salesperson was friendly enough and had all the right answers to our questions. You better bring your accountant with you when its time to look at financing because these people are criminals. We had an agreed price for a new double wide at around 75K. Their truth in lending statement said purchase price was 83K, with 8500 down payment, and loan amount was 79K. When asked how they came up with those numbers, they couldnt explain it and said they would have to discuss with lender. In follow-up email, the explained that home price had gone up (without our knowledge) and also that buyers (my kids) were paying points that they hadnt agreed to. The truth in lending statement said expressly that dealer was to pay 8 points. In email, was told buyers were to pay 4 of the 8 points. This is a blatant violation of federal laws and they didnt seem to care one bit. I still have the papers to prove this. Told them they could keep their trailer and to have a nice day. Seriously, stay away people.

Worst mistake I made was doing business with these people. If they are talking to you know they are lying. We signed final papers mid September unable to move in as still not ready. And just found out today contractors for shop building wont be starting til 2nd week of January. Matt is the manager and David sales person. And now a so called project manager that dosent know whats going on at site. And all have lied about when goung to be ready when things will start. There are so many other things that if asked by someone, I would telk you this wouldnt be place I would use.
