I would strongly suggest using a company that is more reliable to facilitate your needs. We have been attempting to have Avila Pallet come to our location since January of 2021 to collect pallets. I have called them once every two to three weeks since January to pick up our pallets. I get an excuse that they are really busy but assure me they will try to make it out to our location the next day. They NEVER show up. It is now May and I decided to call until I received confirmation that they would come collect, however no one would take the call. After my fifth attempt to reach them today I received a text message from them that stated, we will pass on purchasing your pallets thank you. Very unreliable and not at all an appropriate way to conduct business. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of follow-through they showed.
