I’m a regular customer of Smico Manufacturing for last 3 to 4 years and it’s definitely my favorite company. One thing I like most about them is that they are always seeking to improve their product and services. The staff at Smico is so knowledgeable and they deal with their clients so politely and explain each and everything about the products in a complete and easy manner.

Go somewhere else with better quality.*edit* You sure seem to do a lot of defending on here. Maybe that should tell you something.

DO NOT buy a mixer, screener, or any equipment from this SMICO or AJ Mixing. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We purchased a $100,000 machine from them and not only did we have a 8+ month delay on delivery the machine is built awful. Malfunctioning & craftsmanship is a 0/10. I need to warn any and all potential customers because they require 50% deposit and 50% before shipment so the buyer is stuck once the machine arrives. This issue happened in early 2019, I have since found other customers who are dealing with the same thing. Why did they not write a review to warn others?? Customers have sent machines back 2-3 times to be fixed, months and months of delayed shipments, production lines closed all because Smico sales will tell you one delivery time but in the fine print of the contract/quote you sign it says they are not responsible for any delays. Watch out for the management team too, Zack Martin and others will lie to your face without blinking an eye.
