I am a retired family physician and have been a client of Audio Recovery, from whom I first purchased hearing aids nine years ago, and I have always been very satisfied and pleased with the maintenance, care and service I have received from this group and, particularly, from my audiologist, Jeri Mills, in coping with my hearing loss. I recently purchased updated hearing aids from this group and have, thus far, continued to be quite pleased with the results. I always heard the phrase that “seeing is believing,” but when I got my new Phonak hearing aids from Audio Recovery, hearing was believing!!! Dr. Depp is a genius! He has fine tuned my hearing aids to perfection. Adding a TV connect device has been a great help as well. Answering my smartphone with a tap on my ear while my phone stays in my pocket is another plus. The technology is amazing!

Nell Wilson the audiologist was kind and caring toward my mom during her hearing test. My mom is 84 so she responded well towards the advice that Nell gave.
