Appointment was made I walk in looked like a empty place. No one to greet you. Finally Rick comes out didnt even know why I was there as far as being prepared for the appointment. He had to rummage through some files to find my file. This was supposed to be a 3 day set aside (just for you) to demonstrate the newest hearing devices. That never happened! I was also told by the appointment setter that the insurance would help with the cost. Not so! I felt mislead, misinformed. I also felt that Rick likes to argue. No compassion! Besides all that the cost for the hearing aids even on their value plan is outrageous! Waste of my time the whole thing! Im gone! Oh guess what? Hearing Life never attempted to call after their post! That must tell you they really care!

The staff was very professional and took great care and explained everything to us. They have great products and my husband can hear again! Much cheaper if you can go through your insurance company, if not they have a payment plan.

Was able to get an appointment in reasonably short time. All of staff was caring and compassionate. Made my mom feel comfortable.

If you have hearing loss then this is the best place to go! I have had the best help ever to determine the severity of my hearing loss. Rick and his staff are always patient and kind with the help they give. I didnt even realize that my insurance would cover the brunt of the cost for new hearing aids, until Rick explained all that to me! I am hearing great now and I highly recommend Hearing Life to anyone needing help with hearing loss.

HearingLife is an excellent facility specializing in hearing and healthy ears. Knowledge of sound and its relationship to hearing is extensive and easily explained to customers in layman’s terms. Service is great and professional.

The Hearing Aid business model is wacker than car sales, new or used. My phone cost $100, is rechargable in about 20 minutes, I can talk, text, and search the worldwide web, take pictures, videos, watch tv, and it has a computer more powerful than the one Nixon went to the moon with. Meanwhile these folks, along with nearly all the others, want $850 for hearing aids that require you to change the batteries once a week, at an additional cost of about $100 per year. This would be like buying a $300 toaster. By the time I finish this review my phone will probably be priced at $49.99. And without insurance, the hearing aid will be $3450. I think I will pass.

I had a great experience here. Great customer service and good product that had changed my life for the better. With hearing aids, I can actually hear what my wife and coworkers say. Dont wait. Im only 50 and glad that I these tiny nearly invisible devices have helped me so much.

Buying hearing aids is like buying a used car or may be a little worse. Hearing Life really did not want to sell us hearing aids as I had told them I was calling the manufacturer as soon as I got the hearing aids to make sure they were new.The lady at the from desk lied to us about not being there after calling me to confirm my appointment. She is the one that takes the information for financing and the technician also lied to as to why she was not there. There did not get there stories straigh. If they lie at the beggining you know they will lie again.Do Not Recommend Hearing Life!!!!!!!!!
