This place has changed, drastically! So I placed an order back on the 7th of this month ( August) and STILL no order. Initially, I was calm and patient. After I started receiving shipments from other business, located in Oklahoma City, I began to question business practices at this place. This is my first bad experience and Im extremely disappointed. I usually try to lift smaller businesses up, but this place have left me feeling like, NEVER again. I called and spoke with a very nice young man, I dont blame him, I blame the owners. He stated that the owner said, The package was shipped but didnt have a tracking number🤔🤔🤔 So I went to my local post office, once again( today) and STILL NOTHING. My post office just laughed and stated that without a tracking number, wheres the proof that it was actually shipped? Thats a great question that I still dont have an answer for, on day 2. If I didnt ship things ALL of the time, the story would have been believed.I uploaded photos from the post office, and look, theres a tracking number printed on it! I personally feel like I was scammed😩The amount isnt a lot, but its still money that I worked hard for.

I love this location. This is the only one that I go to. I really love the staff they are extremely helpful and attentive. I trust them with all my workout and pre-workout needs.

Went in today and spoke with Parker. He was super knowledgeable and understanding of my goals. I am definitely not a pro and have a lot to learn and he was more than happy to help me understand what I was buying and why I needed it. He even put up with all my questions!

Total Nutrition is 5 Star for me. I will for now get everything I need at these stores. Not only are there multiple locations over the entire metro, but each staff member really does a great job informing the customer with what they need and provides it. I was helped by Parker at the Northwest expressway store. I was impressed by his knowledge of each product and also his very friendly demeanor. On top of the great customer service the products are much more purposeful and specific than other supplement stores I have experienced. Total nutrition goes the extra mile by giving you a reasonable price to go along with it! If youre someone who is in need of a supplement or advice in the fitness realm I recommend you stop here before anywhere else first!

I love this place. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I have found exactly what I need. I will remain loyal to them in the future to show my appreciation. I know I have been picky and high maintenance, but they have been patient with me every time I walked through the door.

This place has everything you need to achieve your goals! Not to mention everyone in there can answer any question you throw at them while keeping it 100% professional! 10/10 would recommend!

Ive given this Oklahoma City store on Northwest Expressway a one Star because they do not stand by their policy. I went in the store purchase T boosters took the T boosters and they upset my stomach very bad did not like how they made me feel. So I took the T booster back for a full refund as as it stated on the website. That if you have your receipt it doesnt say whether the items are open or unopened as long as you have your receipt you can either have store credit if you want or a full refund return back to your method of payment. I asked the store clerk that was on duty if he could call the manager he said the manager was on vacation. And then he in return and call the manager and the manager stated that I cannot return them because they were open. Ill proceed to speak with the store clerk and his kind words was hes just an employee there dont shoot the messenger. I will never shop at this store again and I will never recommend anyone to shop at this store!! !! Not a good look for business

Great store with very knowledgable staff. I was looking for some new supplements and Jon was able to put together a stack suited specifically to my needs with very detailed information on each product. Also, youre not going to be able to beat these prices anywhere in OKC! In store staff is friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Best shop in the city and definitely will continue going to them for my supplement needs. If you live anywhere in the metro area it is definitely worth the drive to shop here!

Although I couldnt give them a Five star review I am willing and will more likely shop with them again.
