I love jerky. I grew up on it. My grandfather would always take me to the corner store and get some jerky and a soda. When I grew up I tried game jerky and loved it, so I tried finding a place for that sort of meat and found Jerky.com. Ive ordered from them twice and both experiences have been great.The last time I ordered they unfortunately went out of stock for a certain jerky I wanted but they called me and it felt like talking to a friend. I just told them to pick a jerky they would recommend. I was not disappointed and the customer service was amazing. To top it off I always receive my orders before the estimated arrival time so its always a nice surprise when I find my jerky has arrived 1-2 days early.If you want jerky, go with Jerky.com and stop buying the over priced stuff you see in gas stations.

Staff is helpful and courteous, giving different samples daily. I bought original and raspberry jalapeno jerky...both awesome! They will mail products for $4.99. Gift boxes are beautifully packaged. Best buy...gift box with 5 different flavors of jerky for only $25...perfect gift on the counter by the entrance, dont miss it like I did.

I havent even tried the jerky, but the customer service is absolutely amazing. I placed my order and was emailed almost immediately informing me they were out of stock on a certain item. I was grateful they reached out prior to sending out my order. I was able to select another item, and was told they were packing it all up to send out the next day. I am very pleased with the communication, and would totally recommend this establishment.

The selection of jerky and treats is second to none. The service by the jerkytender (I just made that up) was great as well. He helped pick out some of the house favorites and even tossed in some toothpicks with the purchase. Will be a customer for life. 👍🏾👍🏾

I ordered over 60 dollars and paid for 3 day shipping. They sent me 3 confirmation emails. One email was the shipping confirmation. A week went by and the tracking number said it was never received by UPS. I called and they blamed UPS and offered to send me a new box out today. Well first it was a gift and the moment passed with me looking like a jerk. She apologized. But who cares about a cheap Im sorry when you ruined a gift I had purchased for someone after sending confirmation emails......I would have got something else had I known.

I haven’t been into the brick and mortar locations, but ordered online. The website and ordering process is very pleasant. Shipping was quick and holy smokes, the jerky. I’ve just began my journey through their selection. I can say the Bricktown habanero is so far my all time favorite jerky ever. The honey pepper is very similar without the heat.Honestly it is worth a taste. I ordered a few varieties from here and did the same from a few well known places around the US to find a new favorite. I won’t get into a detailed comparison, but as soon as a finish the last few bags of jerky I will be ordering more from this place only. I’m a fellow Oklahoman and I’m stoked that we have the best jerky that I’ve found so far.

There are only two places I go to get my jerky in Oklahoma . This place is number one. They have more flavors and variety then anyone local. I love the product. Prices are reasonable for good jerky. Compared to the kind you can by at Walmart for same price 😂.

Bradley was very informative and the sample I tried was great!The super cool jerky truck inside the Grapevine Mills Mall really got my attention! I just went with the original recipe to start but plan to order the exotic soon :)

The jerky is so yummy and there are so many flavors to choose from. There is definitely a flavor for everyone. The customer service was also excellent and the guys were even awesome with my kids. I will definitely be returning for more jerky soon.

Good soft beef jerky. Nice selection. Should have more samples at the store and some discounts if buy more than 10 bags. Overall, a good place to buy beef jerky.

I order 5 bags of jerky and only recieved 3, due to the fact they used priority mail flat rate envelop to ship to me! The envelope was to small for 3 bags. Absolutely no regard for the product reaching the customer..

First and foremost, I LOVE your jerky! It is hands down the BEST! Being keto, my fav is the Buffalo Wing Chicken Jerky but I also love the Maple Bacon. Second, your customer service is incredible! Every single one of your employees have been friendly and very helpful. They always have a smile on their face and exude the best energy! PLEASE tell me that you will be opening a store at or near Alliance. I live in the Saginaw/Lake Worth area so that would be awesome!

I bought a 6 month subscription for my husband for his birthday. I was supposed to get 3 jerkys each month, all of a different flavor. The first month, we received 3 packages of jerky but two were the same. The five months after that we received only 2 jerkys per month and they were both the same each month. Very poor customer service, thank goodness I only did it for 6 months instead of the full year. Do no recommend.

Im hooked. The Carolina Reaper Jerky is not for the faint of heart, lots of heat and the perfect amount of sweet..the perfect combination. Warning... it will make your eyes water. They have lots of varieties as well.

The best place to get your jerky. They have a huge variety of meats, you can get your jerky moist or dry, and a ton of different flavors. It costs a little bit more than others, but worth it. You get what you pay for.

We stopped in today right before they closed for the day, and they were very friendly when we arrived letting us try a sample of their best seller. They were very clean, and they had the shop door open making the environment super fun to shop around in.After getting home and opening up our three bags (citrus fusion, raspberry jalapeño and elk teriyaki), we were not disappointed! This makes for a fun date idea for those wanting to experience something different together! They had alligator, kangaroo, buffalo, venison, pork and of course, beef!They even threw a little container of tooth picks in our bag! *5-Stars all around*We will be buying next year’s stocking stuffers from here, and of course be back in a week when we run out.
