Never got the order. They tried to deliver on a day that was not scheduled and they sent me a email saying they would try again. I’ve called them the following Monday and left two messages and no response. Now I’m out the money and have nothing to show for it.

We purchased from the NW Expwy location. I was skeptical at first after reading others reviews. This is our experience:We ordered a fruit bouquet, chocolate covered fruit, and candied pecans online a few days before delivery. The vendor stated in their fine print they could not provide a time estimate. At the end of the delivery day, they delivered the fruit bouquet and chocolate covered fruit, but no candied pecans. I received an email from them with a real-time picture showing what was delivered. Regarding the missing candied pecans, I called after hours and left a brief voicemail with info to call back; I did not receive a call back. There was no e-mail or info about missing pecans on our order.I called the store directly during business hours, and a nice associate resolved the issue quickly. She apologized, informed me they had been out of stock on the candied pecans, and processed the refund right away. From there, I received the email confirmation and refund. Immediate issue resolved. Using the Marcus Lemonis reference of people, process, and product, I believe the people and product are good; the process of communication may need improvement.The gift recipient was surprised and extremely happy with what was received. Nuts are a favorite snack that was missed--oh well, hopefully another time. Overall, we are satisfied customers.

Just placed an order online for delivery but after a while, realized that I forgot to sign my name on the note on the order... I finally got through and was hoping to catch them before the delivery went out! I was informed that the delivery truck wasnt working so they couldnt deliver my arrangement.. so if I hadnt called the store, what would have happened to my delivery?

Ordered Wednesday with a same delivery to a high school (and the high school name was listed), requested delivery between 9-2….school hours. No delivery. Ok, I get it. Surely it will be delivered the next morning. Thursday afternoon I finally call, was told they didn’t know it was a school delivery but it would be prioritized and delivered. Again, no delivery. I got a message from Janine that evening apologizing and that the order would be fully refunded for their error and still delivered Friday. Friday afternoon, I’m told it’s out for delivery. At 5pm I’m told it was undeliverable. Yea because the high school isn’t fkn open at 5pm!!! I call and leave a message demanding a return call. Saturday, I call 2 HOURS after the store opened and speak to a manager. She tells me she’ll process the refund and hangs up on me. Never again. This place is HORRIBLE!!!

I am so disappointed of this place. The delivery service is horrible. If you expecting your love one to get there gift at a decent time. Please don’t hold your breath. I order a gift in advance thinking it would get there good time since the promote same day. But my friend birthday gift wasn’t delivered until 7ish the next evening. I called the place 2 times to check the status of order since the online order status wasn’t updated or not locating my order. All I was told over the phone was that delivery driver had over 45 orders and it would get there when it got there. They didn’t have a timeframe or they didn’t know the drivers route. Never again will I place a order here. I only did because I was recommended by a family member. But I should have check the reviews horrible customer service.

Failed to deliver the day they agreed to. Don’t use this company if you want your delivery as expected when expected. Cancelled my order and used fruitbouquets.com who delivered the day of after i had to cancel.

I went in to this location a week before I wanted my item delivered. When I walked in I waited 10 minutes (the guy informed me that he was working alone) I looked through the book and picked out an happy birthday arrangement I asked him to dip the strawberries and pineapples he told me it would extra and I said no problem. I tell him I need the package delivered on the 18th to a business and it has to delivered before 5 pm I give him the address. ( the whole time that he is typing he keeps looking in the back of the store where I hear music coming from) I ask him to read the address back and it was correct. So I pay and give him my email so that I could have a copy but I never received the copy but he gave me a paper receipt. The day of the 18th I call the store because it is almost 5 and when they look up my order he did not put the address as a business and my order was nowhere close. I was asked to give them a home address (which I provided) but I also informed them that I needed it sent to the job because the person was going out of town for their birthday. They told me they could leave it with a neighbor if needed be. Which is exactly what happened because the receiver had to get on the road after waiting an hour so when the package was delivered it was NOT what I ordered 🤦🏼‍♂️ So I call the location on 3-19-21 and I leave a voicemail for a manager to call me back explain what happened and as of 3-23-21 I am still waiting on a call back. On top of everything else I do not live in Oklahoma I was visiting so I would have to drive 5 hours just to go in this location and speak to someone. Moving forward if I need to order from edible arrangements I will do it online and avoid this location

Placed an order, they moved the delivery date twice. The day it was supposed to arrive, nobody called to communicate they would not be delivering it. To get a refund is a joke also! Do NOT order from them!!!

I ordered an Edible Arrangement for my sister-in-law for her birthday. I called in the order from Texas, Laura was very helpful & professional, Herman, the delivery driver, called me twice when he delivered the arrangement. My sister-in-law was super pleased with the arrangement & I would highly recommend Edible Arrangements on NW Expressway, OKC, Ok. if you would like a great gift experience delivered to a friend or loved one. Ordered fruit platter for friend in hospital and was delivered same day. I went to visit and was able to see platter for myself. Very nice presentation. All fruit was delicious, fresh and sweet. Recipient was very pleased and even stated enjoyed having such a nice item to offer visitors. She was not familiar with Edible Arrangements but will be a customer now. Very pleased.

Two stars for the arrangement itself, which is a nice holiday gift. Unfortunately, the driver ran across the street and handed the arrangement to a person in a neighbors driveway. No phone call, no pounding on the door, no trying again later. Bad policy.

This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with! I got a call from a horrible lady who canceled my order the same day with no explanation or efforts to fix this or make it right! She hung up the phone in my face! I don’t even live in Oklahoma! But if I did I would be making a trip up there right now!!! Horrible customer service! Save your money and time! You made a special day horrible!!!

Will not use this company again. Worst experience ever! I placed an order on Monday to be delivered on Friday. Did not receive by end of the day. When I called they said it could be up till 630 or 7:00 that evening. I’m sure there’s a reason why they don’t share that on their website. Don’t waste your money!

Ordered online. I ordered the assorted cheese cakes for my husbands birthday. They did not look like they did online at all. The whipped cream that was supposed to be a fluffy layer under the fruit was more like a thin layer of melted icing and the strawberry was overly ripe and squishy. Most of it still tasted great, but for how much you pay for one of these to be delivered, my expectations were very high and I was disappointed. I know its just presentation, but when you pay for quality thats what you expect.

Paid for same day delivery, got an email saying my order was delivered, the order was not delivered and no one answers the phone.

The customer service is amazing! I’m visiting OKC for the first time and for the ending of my birthday celebration and I was sent a free birthday 12 count dipped fruit. I called the Edmond, OK Edible Arrangements location, and I received incomplete information and the service was dull and she told me she couldn’t assist me. I called the Oklahoma City, OK location and she IMMEDIATELY assisted me with my order and Built a rapport with me by sharing her favorites. Thank you Edible Arrangements in OKC !

Great fast and friendly service! I ordered an arrangement for my wife and it came out fantastic. Everything tasted fresh and delicious with just enough chocolate on the strawberries. I will be using them again for our anniversary and future Valentines day. I would strongly recommend them to my friends and family!

I wish I could give zero stars. My teenaged daughter and I walked in at 4:25 on a Saturday afternoon ( they close at 5) She wanted a chocolate covered strawberry cone. Maybe they’ve changed things but they used to have a few pre-made refrigerated cups of fruit they’d keep for walk ins like us. We weren’t ordering a big thing, but we were still customers. First off we wondered if anyone was working there when we walked in. No one came to help us. Then this guy comes in from outside and shouted at us that they were closed. I apologized, but the door was unlocked and store hours posted said they close at 5. He said he would take an order for tomorrow if we didn’t want to do it online and my daughter told him what she wanted. He seemed to get angry and yelled “we are not here for you to have a snack, this is a gift store!” We are not used to men yelling at us, so I just told my daughter we should leave. I turned around to ask him if he was the owner and he said yes. I didn’t catch his name. But he claims to be the owner at NWX and Rockwell location. Never again. I cannot believe he felt like he could talk to us like that and then talk down to us when we didn’t have a big enough order. Oh well, there’s lots of places to buy snacks, so it’s not a big deal to me. But as far as buying gifts, I’d buy Shari’s Berries before I even think of walking into edible arrangements ever again. What a shame!EDIT TO RESPOND: If you close your store early, you may want to add your new store hours to Google and think about locking the door when youre closed.

This store is amazing! I ordered a bouquet and forgot to tell the store what time is too late for delivery. I called the store the day of delivery and Heather was so nice and didn’t get irritated that I forgot to add that important detail. Instead, she told me they would do their best to get it to the destination in the next couple of hours! The delivery driver called the recipient to make sure they were still there and made the delivery!!! So impressed with the service and delivery - thank you!!!!

The friends were over the moon when they received their basket. Never seen anything like it. So excited, so happy.The bear was sooo cute. The delivery service was over and above. First attempt the house, called the numbers available and ended up taking it all the way to the hospital. Thank You Edible Arrangements.. you are awesome.

They need to better prepare for holidays. Spending $80+ on a Valentines Day delivery and being told around 5pm that they have until 8pm and no refund will be issued is ridiculous. I can understand if the delivery was residential, but to my wife’s work? I was pretty much told good luck getting a refund and I should be more understanding? I will look elsewhere going forward.

I was very impressed my daughter received a box of Chocolate covered strawberries they perfect WOW! Juicy ripe strawberries absolutely delicious. Ive received chocolate covered strawberries before and they were green on top not ripe at all : ( Edible done an a great job on having nice juicy ripe strawberries for Valentines Day good wrk guys.

I needed to send something to a friends book signing party several thousand miles away. My 3 fruit trays were a big hit. Not only did they earn lots of thanks but several also commented that they were so beautiful they were the center piece of the entire evening.

Just had literally the worst experience with this store. First of all we are reoccurring customers to edible arrangements and havent had a problem until now.My husband had ordered a box of the Apple truffles to be delivered to our house for me, he made sure they had specific instructions to call me when they were on their way. We have dogs and if the package isnt handed to me they will eat it.Well an emergency had arose with our youngest son and we had to take him to the hospital. The driver called me but my phone had died right when I went to answer. Not their fault I get it but I was rushing my 2 year old to the hospital and wasnt worried about having a phone charger.My husband calls the store he ordered from and informed the girl who answered that I wouldnt be home to accept the package and to have the driver just bring it back to the storefront location. She told my husband she would call the driver immediately and tell him not to leave the package at the porch per customer request.We thought all was good, until we went to pick up the arrangement at the store. My husband walks into the store, no one is at the counter, he waits about 10 mins. In the meantime the stores phone is ringing over and over. Finally the clerk comes to the front and my husband explains who he is and about our situation. Well she looked up our order and it was delivered to our porch. She never called the driver to inform him of our request. Im horrified when my husband comes to the truck and explains what happened.I remained optimistic that our package might still be in tact and that the animals havent gotten to it. We pull up to our house and low and behold the delivery is on the porch ripped to shreds. Plus its about 87 degrees out today, so the chocolate would have melted for sure. Im hoping my dogs dont get sick as well from consuming about $50 worth of chocolate covered fruit.I call the store, no one answers. I call again, now the line is disconnected. I call the customer service line and they tried to reach the store as well, no success. I now have a complaint order in and waiting for this location to call me back. They have 48 hours to make things right before corporate takes over. Im really hoping they make this right, Im not asking for a lot but I do want my order or a refund. We took all necessary steps as responsible customers to make sure our order could be accepted. If its made right I will make another post confirming it was taken care of.

On very busy day(Valentines Day) I had a great experience. I had ordered online and arranged pick up time. I arrived and store was very busy but all employees were very nice. My arrangement was ready and waiting. Quality was great and I will be using them again.

Two years running, I buy a Birthday gift ($100.00+) to be delivered to my wife and it shows up at the end of the day, just before she leaves. I can tell you it will not happen again.

As usual, I was late on my birthday plans for my mother, now in her 80s 😖 Many thanks to Laura and her staff for the arrangement that arrived beautiful and on time! Whew! Hope they keep the customer service a priority! Mom was thrilled! 😀

This has been the worst experience with this company. I drove from out of town to get my mother an edible arrangement for her birthday. I called the store first and was told what time they closed. No one mentioned they had stopped taking orders. I drove across town an hour from close only for the young lady to tell me she didnt have enough time. I asked how long does it take and she replies 30 min. I said but its an hour from close and she says I need to start closing😳😳. Is this a business or what??? Closing does not begin an hour out. Either you close 4 or 5. TERRIBLE

I called this location beforehand to make sure that delivery before 6:00pm at a business was a possibility, I was told that businesses are done FIRST, and should be done by 5:00pm. Fast forward to my order; not only was it not delivered by 5:00pm, it wasn’t delivered at all. I called continuously and was kept on hold for 20 minutes before I could ask why it wasn’t delivered. I wasn’t given an answer, but was told that I can have it delivered the next day, (which ruins the point of having GUARANTEED DELIVERY ON THE HOLIDAY,) or I can go pick it up before they close at 7:00pm, and be refunded the delivery charge, (which ruins the surprise of having it hand delivered like I was guaranteed,). Needless to say, I’ll pick a florist next time I need a holiday gift delivered, and I’ll make my own chocolate covered strawberries, since it takes this location over a day to get it done and still not deliver.

Wanted to order an arrangement for Valentines Day, didnt need it delivered so I stopped by the store to pick something up.It wasnt that crowded however no one ever acknowledged my presence nor was I told there was only one book to look through.The lady behing the register could have cared less about anyone in the store which was apparent by the look on her face.Will never use them again, in store or on line.

The service was terrible! Me and my family had to wait at least 30 minutes just to order the strawberries. While we’re waiting we heard the phone ring 3 different times and no-one came to pick it up. But the strawberries! The chocolate fell apart every time you took a bite and they seemed old. I won’t be going there for a LONG time.

This N.W. Highway store needs improvement. Ordered a $75 Birthday basket for my brothers birthday and the honeydew melon and strawberries were spoiled! This was my first time trying Edible Arrangements and my last. Thought it would b fun but was very disappointed. Phone rang and rang while I was waiting for someone to come to front counter. Boy why ppl keep them in business is beyond me

I wish I was aware that the deliveries only happen in the afternoons, I probably would’ve reconsidered what type of arrangement to send.

So, this place changes $17 to deliver some DAMN fruit locally so I can promise you for whatever tiny basket you get you will be paying a minimum of about $100 if you get it delivered, but beyond that when you call for a rough timeframe of when that delivery will be made (which, again, you pay dearly for) they tell you that can’t even give any estimate, that it is expected the person receiving the delivery (usually for a special occasion) is to just wait around the entire day and see. Their reasoning? We only pay 1 person to deliver for all Edible Arrangement location in OKC. WHAT?! When you’re changing $17 a delivery you still won’t hire more than one driver because you’re so cheap?! I’ve used this place for pickup once already and can tell you the quality of the baskets is also nothing to be proud of for the price. I won’t be using them again and urge you to try Shari’s Berries or Fruit Bouquets because this place will literally charge you a fortune then act like they are doing you a favor. Truly terrible business model and you should have seen the way they acted like chickens with their heads cut off looking for my basket last time I ordered, when I picked it up (they found it on the counter right in front of them where it had been left out for who knows how long).

Perfect timing! I ordered a dozen strawberry chocolate dipped bouquet online 2/13/17 late night for a 2/14/17 delivery which I knew would be a long shot as most places are busy and the odds of my wife receiving her bouquet at work were slim. The next day I checked to see if the order had been completed, but the tracking did not show any activity, so I gave the store a call and asked about my order in which they said it was not received on their end, I am sure the system crashed with so many orders coming through. I screenshot the order information and emailed it over, the employees were so attentive and apologetic. During that time my wife called and said she left work early, lucky for her, (and myself) I can go pick go pick the order and surprise her at home with the arrangement. I left work to go to the shop, when I arrived, the bouquet was not only completed, the management threw in a bear, and some extra chocolate dipped strawberries, and a hug from one of the ladies on their staff. The delivery fee was refunded back to my Pay Pal account before I even reached the store. I will definitely be back!

I had ordered from the edmond store which was up the street and i called about 4 hours later wondering where my order was.. I was told it was in transit... two more hours later I decided to call and they told me it got transferred to the NW Expressway store... the nw expressway store was so sweet and apologized and got my order here in 20 minutes.. Def will order again.

Worst Valentines day mistake Ive ever made. Its now the day after and i still havent gotten ahold of anyone there, they just kept hanging up yesterday and now today. Just buy cut and dip the fruit urself, its cheaper and u can be reliable.

Terrible manager, even worse quality. I recently received an edible arrangement from this store. I bought it for my mother, but after she bit into them we soon found out almost HALF of the strawberries were old and decomposing! I immediately called the store to get a hold of a manager as this is disgusting. After called the store, I got in contact with Ethan, the manager, and firstly he refused to tell me the Facebook page (as I said I would be posting a review), and secondly he denied me a refund of any kind! What kind of business is this? It cost me money, time, and stressed me out terribly as I had to throw together another gift for my mother. This store has appalling customer service, and a truly disgusting manager.

Went in to get an order I had called in the day before...the 1st person that came from back didnt get my whole order and they had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING out except 2 day old fruit that had been sitting out..I was told they would have some stuff ready in a few hours so I went back hours later and still nothing..because they were in production apparently for days.

Dont use for Valentines Day!!Order was placed 3 weeks ahead of time - the day it should be delivered, to a business address, no delivery, no call, and the store doesnt answer their phone. NEVER again!

I really enjoy the fruit but it was terrible 4 me on Valentines Day IDK if its cause its winter or what but it was very disappointing I guess Ill try them in the summer

Not sure I will ever order from them again. Placed order yesterday and it is 4:45 the next day and it still hasnt been delivered. I paid over $100.00 and have called twice. The worse part is they are 14 miles from where it is to be delivered.
