I had called overhead doors because there was something wrong with my door. I had no clue what was wrong. The door technician they sent out was Amazing. He was fast pace,clean,organized and also showed/told me what all he was doing. Derick S. Is the reason why I will keep going back to them. I called Overhead Door OKC after hours on Friday evening to see if they could fix my garage door during the weekend. They had their after hours/weekend technician, Nester, call me and he was here within the hour! He started work around 9 pm and was finished by 10. The technician was a very nice young man that was really good at his job. I was very impressed with his attitude and professionalism. He had no problem coming out that late on a Friday night. I even gave him the option of coming out anytime on Saturday, but he said that now was as good a time as any as long as it was ok with me. Overhead Door just earned my loyalty as a customer!

Really fast, very good service and price! I could not be happier with Joe! He came out was very fast at the job on fixing a spring. He even used wd40 on the working garage that he was not working on. He’s very efficient and someone you would want on the job!

I was having issues with my old garage door opener. I called Overhead door and requested it be replaced (not their opener nor under warranty). They told me they would order a unit for me. Within 24 hours they called me to say their technician would be out on Thanksgiving morning between 10 and noon. The tech showed up, removed the old unit, and installed the new one. All was done prior to noon. The new unit is operating perfectly and it is practically silent. Thanks to all involved with this transaction. Definitely recommend Overhead Door of OKC.

Came when they said they would. Didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. Repaired garage door opener that I thought would have to be replaced. Fast,friendly, honest.

I had a small accident with my garage door rail and my car. Needless to say I lost my mirror and bent the rail on the garage door! We tried to fix it so that the door would at least close till we could get home that night. It didnt work! So we called Overhead. At first they said it would be the next day but called us back a bit later and said we can get a tech over in a few hours. He showed up and fixed the rail in a matter of minutes. He was very friendly and professional!! Thank you so much for coming to fix my door!!! Now if I can fix my car as easily!!!!

I order a door. Approximately 10ft x 12ft. The day of the install a guy shows up by himself so I have to end up helping him as I know nothing about overhead doors, thats why I called them. The guy ends up messing up 11 cedar pickets on my gate because he left his side toolbox open on his truck. When he left the door was binding up & he said he really didnt know what was wrong because he usually doesnt do doors that size & the guy that usually does them was on vacation. The regular guy gets back from vacation & comes out to adjust door, works great for awhile but then starts binding up again. After taking a closer look at it, there are bolts that are still loose because they didnt tighten them up & where they attached lag bolts with slotted holes there are no flat washers to hold the track in place. My experience I will not use them again & will not recommend them either. Use to be a good company years ago, dont know what happened. Still not fixed

Kim in the office has an attitude. Dont bother her she will get mad that you walked on her carpet and made her look something up. Loosen up the curlers lady we are all trying to pay the bills . Just go in the back door and talk the the real workers.

It’s a must to know all about overhead doors before you go to get parts. The lady at the front desk will talk to you like your an idiot if you dont know the name of each piece that you need.Maybe I just caught her in a mood but try and pretend you want to be there like most other people.Work sucks but its a must.

Kim is a real piece of work. We ran short on our real estate closings, and I asked her to wait for our payment. I called back to say we were close to paying, and she hung up, and filed a lien. Really tried to communicate with this company and called to keep them apprized of our situation. Wont use them again, and wont refer them either. KIM demonstrated some of the worst attitude from any of our vendors in 35 years.

Very friendly and honest technician: he did quality work for a good price, fixing what I had rather than replacing a bunch of parts and changing more.When he was done, suggested getting additional weather stripping, then realized he had a scrap that he helped me put on for free. Thank you!

No one in the office knows what the other one is doing. There seems to be no communication between office employees. As for the product itself Im extremely satisfied.

I cannot speak highly enough about a service call that I just made to OverHead Garage Door of OKC! My garage door had been acting up for a while. I made the call, while this is probably not typical, the tech was at my door 10 minutes after I hung up the phone. Not only were they incredibly prompt, but friendly and extremely knowledgeable about fixing my garage door. It wound up that the contractor for my house did not install it correctly. The tech took about an hour and it was like new. In addition their prices are fantastic as well! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the metro!

They came and replaced a part on my garage door that was broken and it just deteriorated after they worked on it. They came back two more times during the one month guarantee but it never worked and I am still without an opener. Plus, when I called the receptionist was very rude and acted like I was a hassle. I guess I am going to have to pay another company to fix it after I payed them.
