The guys in OKC store let me walk out without informing me that I needed another part. I guess they assumed I already had it. A good parts person would have asked if I had the correct power supply. The bad thing about it is I am fixing to open up another business which will require one or two new sprayers. If I dont deal with Paul, who is the only one in the store who will tell you straight up if he has any knowledge of a product and who knows more than any of the others including the parts manager, I will turn around and walk out and hopefully keep my mouth closed.Paul is the only reason they got a one star rating. If I could rate him only, he would get a 5 Star.
